First, the pizza was the best thing about my experience at Palios in Mansfield, and that pizza was a 1 out of 10!!! 10 of the 19 tables had trash still waiting to cleaned off when we arrived and they still had trash on the same tables ( including the one we sat at because we couldn t sit at the high tables) as we left. The salad my girlfriend had was a huge pile of saggy vegetables. Without question the worse pizza place I ve ever dined at, needs immediate improvement!!!I

We love love love Palios pizza. Weve tried nearly all of their menu, and have really enjoyed all the different pizzas. They are fresh, with lots of toppings. Crust is not too thick and not too thin, Id say somewhere between a thin crust and a medium crust. We prefer to order ours well-done. And their menu isnt just the same ole pizzas that you can find everywhere else (although theyll make that for you if thats what you want); their pizzas are creative, with well thought-out flavors and fantastic combos of ingredients. We also REALLY appreciate that we can order GLUTEN FREE and/or VEGAN (in any size) for our family members with severe sensitivities. If you check out their specials and BOGOs, their pizza becomes an even greater value for the money. Service has always been great. Arlington needs more businesses like this; they deserve your patronage. Dine in or take out, you cant go wrong.

Great pizza made with fresh ingredients. Their gluten free crust is really good. Just expect your GF pizza to be a little small since the crust shrinks some. Next time we will be ordering the next size up. Dietary restrictions: GF crust, vegan cheese (I didn t try it)

I love the pizza. It s great. I wanted to try the chicken parmigiana but it was literally chicken nuggets and a pile of spaghetti. That was a huge disappointment. Last time I got a sandwich. It was good but I asked if I could get tea instead of chips but they said no. Tea costs way less than chips so I didn t see the point in saying no. I have not been back since.

This is a hidden secret, THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. We now never buy pizza from any other place. Greate place to sit with the family. Have a small birthday party or a mini family reunion type get-together. It also has a few locations. Try the Mollies with extra peppers.

Nice cozy pizza shop. It s clean inside, and the digital menu is very well lit. The staff was very nice and they even run special promotions throughout the week. They use fresh ingredients and do their best to maintain a high-quality product. I will definitely eat here and recommend to a friend. Pizza was just ok. Atmosphere was alright except one of the owners or managers kids was running back and forth in the cooking area and getting cups etc.. Not very professional. We got 2 Lunch pizzas. 2 small 8 inch with 0ne topping and a salad. It was 47.00. They told us they just went up on their prices. Ridiculous!! Everyone knows how much it costs to make a pizza and a fountain drink is pennies. They charge 3.50 for a drink. We will not be back!!

Been going here for years. Palios was the first place around to offer tasty gluten free options. Everything I have had here (traditional and gluten free)has been delicious. Food, service, and atmosphere have been a 5 over the past almost 20 years. I have recommended and continue to recommend. The best pizza around. I was in the line to order and Kyle was plating someone else s order. He dropped one of the meatballs on the counter and proceeded to put it back on the customers plate. I asked him if he was still about to serve them the food and he stated that the counter is clean. Regardless of how often it is wiped down with a dirty rag, that is cross contamination and down right disgusting.

- Overall Experience was nice. - The Staff was friendly. - The order took a while to come out and when it arrive it was not hot. - The flavor was ok. The Sauce might need more seasoning or taste for my liking. But to say it was bad would be unfair. This one is definitely one of those situations were is all about personal opinions. This was the first time here but will be back many times. The atmosphere was festive and the food smelled great as it was being prepared. We had pizza and I especially enjoyed the Lasagna. The prices were very reasonable. The manager Juan Ricardo came out and made sure our food was good and that we were being well attended to I recommend PaliosPizza Cafe in Mansfield.

The food is pretty good, but a little pricey. My children both ate everything they were served though, so that means well be coming back. They were playing Christmas music in September, but it was kinda fun. Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed getting to pick their own meal and even though my older daughter dislikes pizza, she was able to eat the chicken nuggets. There is outdoor seating which the kids liked as well.

Very nice place. You can pickup or dine-in. The environment is peaceful. There are regular tables and pub tables and two large tvs. The menu is simple, yet offers a large variety of options. We ordered by phone an hour before a scheduled meeting with 10 people, incuding one on a gluten-free diet. We also had three large Hawaiian salads and three Greek salads, which we served in 2 large bowls at home for all to share. My three children and I went to Palios in Mansfield with my parents this evening (6/18/2023) for Fathers Day dinner. The only tables big enough for six people were still filled with left over food from previous diners. There were 5 tables that were untouched. And when we had arrived, there were only three cars in the parking lot of current diners.. so they had to have been sitting for a while. One of my toddlers ordered the kids mac and cheese. It was penne noodles swimming in a cheese soup! I took it to the counter to ask if they could just drain some of it so that she could reach the noodles. They threw away her dish to make a whole separate bowl, and left it just as soupy.... but only gave about half a portion in the bowl. It was inedible. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce, which upset my stomach for several hours. My dad had been excited to try them because they had a decent selection of gluten free items. However, he did not like the veggie pizza, because the ratio of veggies to pizza was about 3:1. The prices were also quite high considering the portions and quality of food made. We wont be going back!

I m usually a boring chain-pizza-type-of-eater but I have now been exposed to awesomeness! My go to is Maria s BBQ Chicken pizza which never disappoints. There was a time I decided to try a regular Pepperoni with Jalapeños and my order was made incorrectly (Olives placed on pizza instead of Jalapeños). After huffing and puffing once or twice because I was hungry and couldn t eat my purchase, I called the store and the correction was made and delivered instantly. Life s not that serious. Most people just want honesty and great service, which you provided in acknowledging the mistake and correcting it. THANK YOU!

Finally! I finally found a pizza place with a decently spicy pizza! I love my food as spicy as I can get and Il Diavolo lived up to its name just fine. The peppers and wing sauce were great! Also, if youre not into spicy pizza, the Ralphies is delicious. The chicken, bacon, and especially the ham are phenomenal. I dont know how all of their meats are so much higher quality than other stores but I love it. The alfredo sauce is creamy and filling. Honestly cant go wrong. Definitely ordering from here again! By the way, the apple pizza has a lovely nostalgic taste with a great cinnamon flavor, if you want a dessert with your meal.

What can I say?!? Not only do they have excellent food but they also have outstanding customer service. Taylor and his team took good care of us for a graduation lunch/party. If youre looking forward to an amazing date light, girls night out, family time, or an easy to-go order then I highly recommend Palios Cafe. You wont be disappointed!

Great place just no one was paying attention last night ordered 2 calazone and 2 salads came away with 2 small pizzas and 2 ceasears salads. Will most likely make this my last stop before cooking and first place to avoid when eating out. No one in kitchen nor at the cashier area are checking the orders going out. Sad sad story.

Great pizza, usually good service, except tonight! Went in there, ordered a Pizza, uneventful in ordering. Provided a nice tip when paying, asked for two wine glasses, and a cork screw. Waited 10 minutes, brought out two soft drinks plastic cups. Asked again for a cork screw, was told all wine glasses were in use, and they were trying to scrape up a bottle opener. Finally, told them to box up the pizza and take it home. Very disappointed in service! Lousy service, very good pizza! Although, it will be a long time before I purchase pizza from Palios!
