Hey everyone, good morning! I just had the best time at Bayou City Wings in Pasadena, TX for my daughters sweet sixteen. Adrian and Karo provided exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend asking for them. The staff and management were so supportive as our group kept growing throughout the night. It was such a memorable event, and the place did an amazing job. The only thing to note is that they dont take reservations, so its first come, first served, which made it a bit challenging as our guests kept arriving. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

UPDATE: I had lost all hope for this location. I had been here so many times and received bad service that I would drive from Pasadena to Baytown just to go to Bayou City Wings there for better service. Well, today I was too tired to make the drive to Baytown, so I stopped here expecting subpar service as always. However, I was blown away by Julie. Shes great!! She has changed my entire opinion about this place. She was busy with many tables but still very attentive with a smile and i know she had to be tired. She didnt show it one bit. She made the experience the best one ever had here and if shes here, I know I can go back. I really hope they take care of her and keep her. Shes a gem! You dont find many like her anymore

Great service...great food. Definitely not my first time here and wont be my last. UPDATE came back here as usual.... todays service was petty good, she couldve been a little bit more faster. Also, food was tasty but today wasnt as good the last time, I have to admit. Everything else was awesome had a fantastic time with my family either way....of course I will be coming back to this one soon! ** Came back here as usual, the fam and I really love it here! service was good, the wings i had were really hot as I love spicy food! Called and placed order. Whoever was near the phone and answered was not paying attention and were playing with the other employees and laughing in the background. As soon as I said I wanted to placed an order they were not responding for a long period of time. Went their this past Saturday, July 19th, for lunch and was falsely accused of walking out on a tab this past Tuesday July 9th. I had not stepped inside this place in over a month. I, like many other people, was tending to my home without power after the hurricane on July 9th. I asked the employee who falsely accused us for video footage. She told us she was the manager and that she would show us footage. Shortly after she sends our server with our current bill and we were told we were banned. I called later to complain to the GM about the false accusation. The GM was not in at the moment. I checked my account later on and seen I was not only charged for the meal I had actually ordered but also the order I was falsely accused of walking out on WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Called to complain again and come to find out it was the GM who had the false accusations. The employee I spoke with gave me a full refund. Thank you Skye for being a great server. Jessina, you need management training. Looking forward to hear from corporate.

We Sit down, waiter came took our drink order came with drinks and took food order. In less than 5 minutes our food was at our table. It was NOT fresh. Tenders were old not crunchy. Friday May 31 8:05PM After going to the bathroom, I walked towards the front to get some service. Despite trying to get the workers attention, they all acted as if they didnt see me. When I signaled for help, a Hispanic lady named (Christina) rolled her eyes and immediately told me she was busy with an attitude emphasizing disfavor before I could even place an order. Pretty chill place, not a lot of people on the bar side when I was there. Bartender was decent as far as attentiveness.The foodd was tasty, so there no complaints from me. I will definitely return again to watch a playoff game again. Ordered wings & chicken nachos. Both were delicious. We started with an appetizer of chips with salsa and queso. I ordered teriyaki wings, regular fries, and a pepsi. My husband had the chicken sandwich with curly fries. The service was excellent. My food was horrible. The wings were just drizzled with sauce, not tossed and the sauce was sour. Both our orders of fries were cold and stale. I returned my entire order except my drink and my husband returned his fries. I did however enjoy my Pepsi with the chips and queso.

Been coming here for years. Their food is really delicious especially their Buffalo Chicken Fries. Each appetizer taste good as well! We love getting our Fried MacNCheese and Fried Pickles. Only downside is their service, some servers are rude, don t check on you, take a while to tend you but there are a couple that are really attentive.

If you are thinking about coming for dinner and there is a waiting list, do yourself a favor and wait to dine in the restaurant area, do not go to the Bar area, it took 10 minutes to take our order for a pitcher of beer; After that, when taking the order, they made a mistake in one of the orders. This is my go to place on Fridays so I dont have to cook dinner! My family and I have been coming here for years and we still enjoy it till this day. When we go there was ALWAYS but I mean ALWAYS ask for Julie. She is our favorite!!! Julie is extremely passionate about her job and always is open to conversation any day of the week. She takes care of us as if we were her family. Drinks and food are great and especially the alcoholic beverages! They have specials almost everyday! The staff was exceptional. A special shout out to the Manager Miranda and The Mixologist Rija. Was treated with the utmost care and respect. The food was scrumptious, came out in a very timely manner being that our wings were grilled. The Adult beverages were super cold. Ambience was laid back, inviting and cozy. The layout of the Bar area is large and plenty of elbow room. And all the T.V.s were all turned to sports in general but most importantly and in particular tuned to my Stros without me asking! 5 stars!

Fridays are a must if you like a packed house with DJ and drink specials! The bar staff is friendly and they move fairly quick! The DJ was good, played different styles of music and kept the crowd going all night! You definitely can not go wrong with the wings, they are good!!! If you re looking for a nice clean place to eat some pretty affordable and delicious wings this is the place. I used to frequent another wings place but this is now my family s GO TO and it was definitely not just the food we had an AMAZING experience overall thanks to our exceptionally attentive and very knowledgeable and sweet as can be waitress JULIE. She tended to us quickly asked multiple times if we needed anything. It s been a while since I ve had a great server like that. Any city bayou wings Ive stopped always has excellent wings and service, this one here has TVs on tables which makes it so convenient and TVs all around the place I was pretty fascinated, the service waS great , the young gentleman that attended us was very aware of our table, coming every 10 mon to check on us. Took my family here for dinner. They were apparently out of kids pizza which was a bummer. Then the waiter dropped a full plate of chili cheese fries on my son. It was not the incident that bothered me but the lack of professionalism. Not once did a Manager approach us to offer an apology. Instead another waiter told my son he should go to the restroom and clean himself up. Then after this they apparently ran out of chili. It was by far the worse experience I have had in a restaurant. The 20% off they gave is didnt make up for the embarrassing situation they put my son in. I hardly ever go here and will more than likely never return.

The wings are HUGE, but their seasonings are lack luster. Spicy garlic is just like a hot tobasco with some garlic powder sprinkled on top as the garlic. A lot of their sauces are kind of like that. Its 1 sauce and to add the other flavor they just sprinkle some powder on top. Its not very impressive. Their best seasoning in my opinion is their pepper as I prefer dry rubs. We always get grilled too which takes longer but its a better option if youre wanting to go out but dont want all the heavy fried aspects of wings. If they could up their sauce game like wingstop or something like that this place would be SO perfect. They have the wings, they just need the sauce!! Servers are young and the last time we were there our server was nice and attentive. He was very kind and helpful with questions. But other times weve been here sometimes they are distracted or I guess so busy so sometimes youre struggling to catch their attention for refills or other things. Its not the worst but I do hope people are reasonably patient. Fries and onion rings are also fantastic here. The onion rings are thin and crispy and taste great. Curly fries, waffle fries or straight cut. Ive tried them all and theyre all good. Fresh and crispy the entire time! I otherwise do recommend this for their meaty mutant wing sizes and the fact there is a grilled option. I am personally picky on sauces but for most people Im sure the sauces are fine. Personally if they could have actually infused flavored sauces it would be impossible to beat this place.

First time here. The hot wings were amazing. I didnt like the habanero flavor I only taste sweet not spicy at all. Went during lunch and the restaurant was nice and quiet. Mango margarita was strong. I liked it. Must try

Its good. Who doesnt love wings , but the waffle Fries were kinda cold. The wings were hot, the service its decent . It gets very busy on Sundays especially when football is on. Dont get the Mac and cheese
