She is very patient, kind, & her classes really show you the importance of why we need this class! Not to mention she makes it very fun & gets some laughs out of you! My experience was fantastic. Definitely recommend to anyone who is taking an exam. They make you feel at ease with their welcoming and how they have the testing room set up. You have the choice of sound cancellation headphones, hand sanitizer and Kleenex. I was very nervous leading to my exam but when I walked in my entire mood change. I appreciate this testing center because it brightened my mood and boosted my confidence! Don t forget to grab a snack on your way out! They are truly amazing!!!

This location was perfect to take my test. They are open on Saturdays and that worked for me and I didn t have to miss work. I took my Life & Health test on 12/30/23 and passed. Troy was very professional and polite. He noticed I was a bit nervous and made feel comfortable and welcomed. The location was well cleaned and maintained. They offer many other services too. I wish I could give this location a 10 star. They are awesome. They are friendly and very patient with you for an already nervous test you are taking. They definitely getting my business. And plus it the sign in was quick, they had snacks if you was hungry and they also offered water. Plus is was quiet and VERY CLEAN we I walked in she was still cleaning. The instructor is the best!! She helped me saved a life with the skills she thought me. When I was walking to the gas station I heard a lady crying for help, turns out her boyfriend was unresponsive due to being overdosed. I took the initiative to start my chest compressions and rescue breaths. I also thought one of the guys because I needed help. Get your training now!

it was so clean, the staff was so friendly, and it was quiet for me to take my test. i am easily distracted and i ran into no issues with noise! if you do, they have noise canceling headphones that really work, i used em for a second when a car alarm outside was going off. this was the best testing experience i ve had. if you want a quiet, friendly, clean environment on your stressful test day, come here!

Adrienne Gentris was my BLS instructor today and she is truly amazing. I have never had hands on training no where near how amazing her training was today. I am so glad that I found P3 Specialized Training because until today, I don t think I would have been able to truly perform CPR to save a life. I had to take a Real Estate Exam. It was a debate between here and Sylvan Learning Center. My initial determination was to go to SLC but they were booked for the next 2-3 weeks. So, I decided to go here. Let me tell you with all honesty I am so GLAD I chose this place. Mr. Troy and Mrs. Adrienne was SO kind. They made my nerves go from 100 to 0. It was VERY clean. They gave me noise cancelling headphones that ACTUALLY cancelled the noise. After taking the test I thought for sure I did a total FLOP on that test but to my surprise I passed both test on my first try. I do believe I passed not only because I put a lot of hard work into preparing and studying for the exam but ALSO due to the comfort, quiet and clean atmosphere this location provided. So would I recommend them to friends, family, and strangers? Most definitely!!! Without a doubt! So if you are due to take an important exam this is the place to take your exam so that you can focus and have a GREATER chance of passing. I personally will always come here if I ever need to take a major exam again. The best part is Mr. Troy and Mrs. Adrienne provide many other services too. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you! Mr. Troy Gentris didnt help me and instead he reported my account to Pearson Vue, he failed to take the $33 dollars for a test at his center. Mr. Gentris also stated me if I filed any complaint against his business, he was gonna take me to court for defamation of character. His center in in the City limits of the City of Humble and other folks according to the staff that works inside City Hall of Humble have similar complaints against his testing center that he isnt willing to adress not fix. Mr. Gentris testing center is clean but his customer service is horrible since he doesnt goes above and beyond to help the folks who take a test at his center to understand the terms and conditions of taking a test. Mr. Gentris doesnt make accommodations to folks due to Covid. Im very unsatisfied with their services!

I recently went here to take my certificate of insurance test I passed. The office is easy to find. The owners were great very sweet and genuine. Please bring a mask. The office was clean and they were sanitizing after everyone left. They provide noise canceling headphones with dry erase board there is hand sanitizer Everywhere. I recently tested for my Net+ at P3, and I had a great experience. I was rather nervous, but when I arrived I found the testing center to be a pleasant, calming place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was awesome and quick to greet me with good morning. Sign in was quick, and I was able to start my test on time. I had an issue near the start of my test, but it was taken care of fast and I was able to get right back down to business. I hope to test again here when I go for my future CompTIA certifications. Much better than going to the college for testing. Edit: Came back today, and took my Server+. Everything I said in my original review is still 100% true and accurate. Just as warm and welcoming as before. This place is the best place to take a test!!! Dont ever want to go elsewhere!

This is the only testing center I go to. The people are super sweet, the rooms are always squeaky clean, and the tests are always set up in less than five minutes- from walking in the door to sitting down taking the exam. I noticed that after every test that I passed, they always genuinely seemed happy that I passed. Its easy to take something like that for granted, but it really does mean a lot. It wasnt just for me either, every single person got the same treatment and if anyone did happen to fail- they were very encouraging and tried to reassure them that they would pass next time. I was here to take a test and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The lady who greeted me was warm and enthusiastic as she took my IDs and my picture, which turned out great because I was genuinely smiling with her. From the moment I walked into the office the staff they were so welcoming. Within minutes I was introduced to Adrienne the instructor. She is the most knowledgeable CPR instructor I ve ever met, I loved her training techniques. I viewed the training videos, she explained the techniques then we had hands on training. I came in with the expectation of a class with long boring videos and some mannequin based instruction. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hands-on, informative, and close-knit instruction from none other than Adrienne herself! I took my Texes 4-8 Science exam 4 times here and finally passed on the forth attempt! I also took my PPR exam here and everyone is always so welcoming and professional. Before taking your test they make sure to share positive words and this is greatly appreciated. The check in process is quick and easy. They have lockers to put your things in, snacks and water if you want any. Each computer has hand sanitizer, tissues, and noise cancelling headphones nearby for your use. They also have the push in earplugs available. After each person leaves they spray and wipe down all computers, chairs, etc. I highly recommend coming here! Such a wonderful experience in what can be a stressful situation (taking tests).

After taking the online course I knew I was going to bomb the test because I had barely retained any information, so I paid the extra $25 and got the in person training. Ms. Adrienne was the sweetest and best instructor I could ve asked for. If you need to Pass your Real Estate Exam this is by far the right place to do it. I did say a prayer before taking the exam and I was much calmer than usual before taking test. But Mr. Troy and Ms. Adrienne made me feel even calmer. The first time I did FaiL the exam, Mr. Troy told me to just go home and read, nothing but read. I m thinking to myself, you just don t know me, I do not do good with test. I did just that, came back and PASSED! UNBELIEVABLE! Amazing testing experience. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Despite the current situation of Covid-19 the testing center and staff exhibited a peaceful, warm, safe, and secure testing environment. Precautions were taken and they carefully cleaned and disinfected after each tester left. Masks were required and measures were taken for the safety of all. Snacks were available for testers, and I left feeling better than I did when I arrived! This is my testing place from now on! P3 Specialized Training is the Chick-Fil-A of testing sites!( Customer Service is exceptional) You will leave feeling good! There are still kind people in the world, and the Gentris surely are!
