I called two weeks ago and informed sonic about their chicken and how it tasted wrong. I decided to give them another shot today and it s even worse. The location is either cooking the chicken too long, too hot, or using old oil. The chicken is coming out crispy, dark brown, and has a putrid burnt smell to it.

So I dont usually go here but its close and I always give places another chance. Call me fat Idgaf lmao. But most of the time the food is off or I get sick. Saying that I dont come her often at all. Probably once every couple months(3 to 4 months). But this last time I went I didnt get my order for 18 minutes. Plus the fact that they were getting everyone elses order out. I ordered large fries and medium tater tots. They just kept on coming up to us and asking if this or that was our order and we repeated it for 18 minutes. At one point half way through. They just never came up to us even tho we are at there drive thru window. My gf and I are the nicest people in the world and it kinda stung to see them make eye contact and hide. At the end they had the manager come over like we were mad and asked what was our order for the 6th time. Finally got it and fries were soggy and tatertots were oily. 1/10 review from me sorry guys.

Extremely slow ordered a mango slush with nerds,sweet tea, and a coke all route 44 took about 15 minutes minimum and they were not busy to get our drinks well my slush didnt have nerds and was barely mixed when I pressed the button they corrected it but not being busy it should have not happened.

Dang it, Sonic. I love coming here for my half priced drinks but that wasn t the case today. I placed my order for 3 drinks. That s all. No slushes or anything. Regular drinks. Also ordered five minutes before I got there. Sat there for ten minutes waiting for these drinks while I observed at least six employees standing around on their phones, talking to each other, and one was throwing a receipt paper roll in the air and catching it. Also employees not wearing uniforms. Interesting. As a former store manager, they d all be fired for being slow, unprofessional, and honestly, lazy.

I got a breakfast burrito. My food was burnt. It had burnt bits of bacon in it and the egg was more black than yellow. Also my flavored teas were wrong. I was very disappointed. The place wasnt even that busy at the time. I guess the staff just didnt care to do their jobs correctly.

I requested a second patty for my toaster and it was paid and they didnt put it on there, however, they were kind in making another toaster.
