JR and Javon were great to us last night, even though we kept them after closing. JR came up with a plan for us that worked and we were taken care of without any complaints. Customer service in general has gone down the drain in the US, but they showed us that good people still exist and are truly there to take care of the customer! Thank you again!

Had to return a defective tv stand. While i was doing so, one of your employees decided to interrupt me as i was talking to customer service and made the comment ughh i just cleaned that warehouse. Extremely unprofessional. The associate at customer service saved the conversation. I wouldve tried to find another tv stand there if it wasnt for that one woman. My kids safety comes first, its not my problem she was annoyed my one item was an inconvenience and she had to do more for her job. Shes the only one though, the others I encountered were kind and helpful. Good job to them.

Bought an insignia freezer from this store, got it home and unboxed it. The bottom right side of the freezer was caved in. Tried calling the store all you can get through to is the automated person on the phone, could not get through to an actual person. I live two hours from the store and am quite pissed.

It was time to replace our TV.. Best Buy had plenty of brands & screen sizes on sale .. we left with what we wanted. I will say this, though. NO CUSTOMER should ever have to Google the phone number of a store... And ask for help in ANY department, as staff stand around. Plenty of staff walking about... Many were chatting it up with coworkers instead of, reading the room, seeing if folks needed help. It was a bit ridiculous to have to call the store to get someone to show up & ring up the purchase. Perhaps they need those pole lights like K-Mart had? (Blue light special lights) Staff just needs to be more attentive to their crowd & focus on what theyre there to do.

One of my best friends bought a TV with delivery. Delivery broke TV in delivery. He has been trying to resolve with customer service,who is not willing to deliver. I have been pulled in because I have a big enough car to pick up TV. My friend has spent hours because Best Buy customer service has not been willing to do their job. One fulfilling original order. At every turn he gets it is not our job. Really fxxked up. I wont be shopping here again. Recommend caution in purchasing anything you cant carry out the door.

So disappointed in the Best Buy in Victoria Mall. I came in to purchase a watch. The only person who acknowledged me was the door greeter when I walked in. I stood in the watch section for 10 mins and No-one came. I asked an associate if anyone could help me and his response was Its gonna be awhile. There is only 2 people on the floor and Im warehouse. Today is Dec 3rd. Christmas shopping season. And you mean to tell me you have 2 people working the whole store floor. Hmmmm okkk. I wait 3 or 4 more minutes then leave. Ill just order the watch from Samsung. Im not happy with the lack of service provided today.

I tried to buy a Verizon prepaid wireless hotspot for a gate at my ranch. Trace Walker spent an hour and a half try to communicate with Verizon to load and set it up. He was met with incredible games by Verizon while trying to decider Verizon s BS. He rocks along with the rest of the patient crew in the cell phone department. Two hours. Best Buy needs to drop Verizon as a sales item.

I am Beside myself , I have been a Total Tech Member for many years and my membership renews automatically. I just got off the phone and was told that someone at the store set up a 2nd membership account and now all the recent items I purchased are not covered!!!! I literally waited over a hour for help! I was ready to buy 2 big appliances. Even went back up to the counter letting them know I would be purchasing the items not just inquiring about them. Still no help after other 30 minutes went by. So they just watched me walk out the door with the money I would have spent. Surely these employees are obviously hourly employees, because any commission employee would have jumped right on the opportunity. Still letting paying customers walk out the door losing the companys money. I will just take my business down the road to Lowes or Home Depot. So for anybody looking for a fast and helpful service, just keep driving. BestBuy turned into SlowBuy in my mind. At least the place is clean. Previously, I had a good experience at another location, but for this location and this shift in Victoria 2/11/23 4pm - 6pm was not.

Son broke lens on his oculus so I took it in to see about getting it repaired and what it would cost. She asked my info and looked up my purchase and told me I had also got the warranty for it, which I didnt even know I did. So they exchanged it for a new one at no cost. Right before Christmas I was out shopping for gifts with my husband and snuck off to look at the tables at Best Buy. We purchased a warranty for our dryer. The dryer stopped working 1 month ago. We had 3 different techs come out including geek squad and every time its the wrong part . Last guy left a live wire hanging inside the dryer . We called them and he said it works, it did not work just started smoking. It was worse off. I contacted the manager and Noone called back .They keep saying we have the wrong number and we updated it so many times. We are waiting for someone to help after a month at this point Im just never wasting money on a warranty again.
