Very cool! Tasty! Really delicious! I tried Mexican food for the first time, so for me the menu is just words) The cashier, a very nice girl, showed pictures on Insta, so I chose from the pictures) I ordered assorted Tacos, meat, pork and chicken, everything was served as in the pictures on Insta. So, traveler, if you are reading this and you are hungry, come here, they will not deny you anything) P.S. Unfortunately, I didn t take any photos of the food. I pass this baton to you.

I have been visiting Rudys for years. Even after moving from Frisco I will still stop by any chance I get when Im in the area to indulge in his kindness and authentic food that you can tell is prepared with a love and passion for it. To top it off, the store that his kitchen is in has more variety in beverages than most super markets so you can easily find your favorite or try something new.

This place used to be great but lately the customer service is getting bad. Prices are too high for mexican food. Like for real its a taco, nothing fancy but the prices are like almost $5 for one item like gorditas. Also the Chubby lady at counter was not nice, cant see her face if she is smiling or not because she might be sick wearing a mask still. She seems not happy to be there. I hope the owner makes this place cleaner, it used to be clean. If youre going to work with restaurant and customers then make them happy. I will come back in a few months to try again see if anything gets better.

They are indeed located EXACTLY at the address stated. It s a shame someone would leave a one star review for a small business just because they don t understand the concept of a business operating out of another business. You d think someone that was an Owner and Massage Therapist at Massage Artz, which Operates out of The Oasis Massage Room would understand the exact concept of this. Rudy s Kitchen is phenomenal. We moved to Frisco from Chicago about a year and a half ago and so far have been pretty disappointed with the food in the DFW area. Rudy s is one of the few places that delivers authentic flavors and amazing food. Since we found out about this place, we have been here at least once a week. If you have GPS and two brain cells to rub together and are lucky enough to find this place, you cannot go wrong with the barbacoa tacos, they are incredible.

They are not located at the address given!!! I couldnt find them!!! Went into one of the other gas stations that has a restaurant in it and they said they are located near Dallas North tollway. And not here at all! They need to update their location or take this down. I was starving for some tacos and ended up having to find some other restaurant that didnt have the kind of tacos I was looking for. But they were good too. Still.. I drove around in circles several times thinking what the heck!!

BEWARE Patrons ordering via delivery app: The torta Cubanita was good .if only that was what I ordered. Got my food via a deliver app, for a Torta Carne Asada. The disbelief when I opened it up to see sausage and egg in my torta which is not even close to a carne asada torta. Got a refund, ate the torta that arrived but you guys really need to double check your orders before you seal it up for delivery.

Finally some real Mexican food in TX. I been searching for non-texmex and this is Mexican for real. **UPDATE*** something has changed! Idk if they have new cooks or what but I order here at least twice a month and this time everything was different. We also asked for extra green and red sauce and we only got 2 of each for 4 entrees. Also the red sauce changed, not bad but it would be nice to have enough for all the meals. Just really disappointed if this is how it will be now.

I have never dined in - it is a stand withina Chevrongas station. I either order for take out or delivery. I ordered a plate of two gorditas (rajas con queso and the second one was trocitos de puerco en chile verde) with rice and beans and made two meals out of it. This place is the real deal. Vegetarian options: They definitely do offer some vegetarian options, though not extensive. The rajas con queso are great. You can have them as a plate with corn tortillas on the side, in tacos or in gorditas.

Quite honestly, this is Mexican food but it reminds me of the places that aren t popular in Mexico. The food lacks flavor. I got a brisket gordita plate and the brisket was more of a carne asada. The beans I assume are canned beans because that s how they taste. My husband and daughter got burritos and they were alright, same issue with the beans plus they didn t have bacon, not sure if they had ran out already or ?? (I ordered around 11:50 am). I also ordered esquites (corn in a cup) and was not impressed at all, this is the first time I ve experienced esquites with salsa Valentina instead of powdered Chile, the corn seemed to be canned corn as well instead of fresh cut corn from the cob as it is done in Mexico. We got churros and those were good. I am very new to the north Texas area, we recently moved here from west Texas (odessa/midland) which has a high Hispanic population so it s easier to find Mexican restaurants there and are on the hunt for good authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. This might be a hit for certain people that are used to this flavor in food but when you come from an area like Delicias, Chihuahua or Mexico City like my husband and myself then you truly know the intensity of flavor that certain Mexican food should have.

Best authentic street food from Mexico!!! We have tried so many dishes from the menu at Rudy s Kitchen and EVERY single one was DELICIOUS!!! Our gage for good Mexican food starts with the beans and rice. If the rice is bland and the beans taste like they came from a can, it says a lot about the restaurant. We can honestly say, the rice and beans here is so good you will ask for more. Our favorite dish is the GORDITAS. You can tell it is authentic, homemade, and so yummy!

This is not texmex, this is Mexican street food (from Aguascalientes) as it should be, the fresh masa for the tortillas and gorditas is prepared in front of you. Many options available, you cant go wrong with gorditas or if you want to sample a large variety order a few street tacos to try the different types of meats. I have to thank the other reviewers for sending us here. They are right on. Absolutely the best Mexican food we have ever experienced. This is your Mom n Pop authentic type place. The owner is a real nice guy and does all the cooking. My Wife in particular kept going on and on throughout the meal of how good the food was. We had the gorditas but with shredded beef. The shredded beef is only available on Fridays and Saturdays because they said they marinate it over night. So we took three gorditas to go to help us make it through until the next week. Anyway, big thumbs up. Ten stars.

ABSOLUTLY THE BEST TACOS IVE HAD IN A WHILE. Ive been to alot of places here in the DFW area and I have not been able to find good authetic mexican tacos in the Frisco area. UNTIL NOW!! <3 It is located in the Cheveron Gas Station but these wonderful employees did not disappoint me on my lunch break today. They were kind and very quick with my order. The Taco Platter is what i got today. It comes with 3 tacos on 2 white corn tortillas. I asked for the Al Pastor meat and although its not like a true mexicn pastor which is on the stick spinning with a pineapple on top that doesnt mean it wasnt good. the meat was wonderful and tender. it comes with mexican rice (has peas & carrots) and refried beans, both of which were also amazing. the price was great for the protion i recieved. I paid $10.10 for my meal. Most tex-mex places here in frisco charge $5 a taco or more and even more if you make it a plate. I only ate 2 tacos and half the rice and beans and I was WOWed. If you are looking at trying a new place out i highly recomment this place. They do have other options for plates and tacos. definitely coming back here for my next lunch -Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

Anyone with RGV roots will tell you the best spots are in a gas station (usually a stripes!). The rule follows here as well: Their breakfast tacos are hot, fresh, and very well filled for $2 each! My 4 year old kid was asking for seconds on chicarron!!! Whaaaa?!? Either way, Frisco doesnt have any shortage of Taco Bells or Chipotles, but if your looking for that mero-mero taco you see the homies eating under the tree, this is that spot. ¡Bien provecho!

First time here, everything we tried was great. We ordered the street taco platter which included 2 chicken and 1 pork tacos, rice and refried beans. We also ordered the chicharron gordita that was our favorite, it was recommended by the cashier. Staff was really friendly. Will definitely be back for Mexican fix.

I went to this place on my lunch. I was anticipating having a great experience. The place is located inside a gas station and the tables and seats were dirty. The person taking our order was rude and did not speak very good english. As I struggled to order there wasnt anyone who tried to assist to make sure I got the order that I requested. The food was $9. If you used a credit card there was a fee that is not explained of $0.90. We got our order and the food was given to us in bags with no eating utensils. This food was DISGUSTING. The tortillas were rubbery and hard and the same goes for the meat. I had beef and it was overcooked probably from the day before. The rice and beans had no flavor. I have eaten at gas stations a 100 times before and this was the only time that I have regretted it. The service sucked and the food was a complete wast of $9.00.

This place is awesome, authentic Mexican food. The restaurant is inside the gas station and has about 6 or 7 tables to dine at. The gorditas were really good. We got the chicharon and carne asada. Cant wait to go back and try the platter with beans and rice or the tortas.

I got the taco plate or whatever and it was really good. I had 2 chicken and 1 pork. The beans and rice were ok but kinda cold but thats fine because the tacos were amazing. The chicken was absolutely bomb, the pork was spicy and delicious, and the corn tortillas were soft (also doubled up as you can see in the photo). I wanna go back and try the breakfast menu too because it looks so good. The place was kinda hard to find because its actually in the convenience store but overall, pretty amazing food. Also, I would bring cash unless you want an extra 90 cent charge for using card, just fyi

High quality tacos and rice. The chilaquiles taste really good as long as their hot, but if they get cold it tastes a bit weird. The places looks kinda sketchy since its part of a convenience store and its hard to see from traffic but thats because its part of old Frisco. The food is good.
