We ordered by the app, so we had proof. We 2 bigger plates and all 3 entrees on both plates were chicken/green-beans, 4 egg rolls and 1 ragoon. What we got was 2 bigger plates of spicy hot chicken with Red Hot Chili Peppers, I m used to hot food but my wife can t do it due to health concerns. No appetizers. Plus we ve gone rounds with this manager before, because they have a hard time hiring teenagers that are mentally equipped to work in service. I m starting to think the owners just don t care or are just as mentally equipped as the teenagers. This is Texas!

I am severely disappointed to say the least. I came in to the drive thru just before the lunch rush to order a bowl of Black Pepper Steak with super greens. I was told it would be an awhile before it was ready. I asked and was told 8-10 minutes and was more than willing to wait. I was then told I HAD to come inside if I wanted to wait and they couldn t just pull me forward and bring out my order like they have before in the past. I said that s kind of weird you have before but no matter I ll get the Beef & Broccoli with Super Greens. When I tell you I am BEYOND disappointed, I got 2 tiny pieces of what can barely be considered meat or bites of beef from my Beef & Broccoli I feel like I was completely dismissed by the employees and management said they were too busy to come to the window and speak with me. For the amount I spent of $9 I did NOT get $9 worth of what I actually ordered.

I ordered a bowl with just rice and super greens and when I got it the bowl was only half full and they were both kinda cold. The other orders were also pretty light handed and I get it when it comes to the meats but to be skimped on just rice and super greens Another reason Im reminded why I dont like to eat out very often

Many of the menu items were out of stock, the service was okay, but not great. They were even out of chopsticks. Somewhat disappointing given my experience at other Panda Express restaurants. The portions on the honey walnut shrimp were fairly stingy too.

This is my second visit to this location. The first time we got food for the whole family to go. Everything looked good. It was really delicious. This time, my husband and I decided to eat there. Everything was dry or almost empty, but we waited for them to make fresh. Every table there was dirty even though there were just a few other customers. The seats look like theyve never been wiped. We got our food, and it was okay, but not as delicious as last time. Last visit, we didnt get teriyaki, even though it looked really good. I got some this time, but it didnt taste as good as it looked. It tasted plain to me. The honey walnut shrimp was delicious, just like last time. Also, the ladies restroom looked clean but didnt smell very good.

My family and I personally love the food at panda but the service is not great. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up through the drive through. The order was marked to have sauces and they did not add them and as we try to tell the worker at the window she walks off ignoring us and we knock on the window and ask politely if we could have some sauce. The worker replies there is some in the bags and shut the window and we took everything out and looked for them, thinking maybe we missed it. There were no sauces so we pulled around to the front and go in to get some and the workers blankly stared at us and asked what and we asked politely once again for sauce and they gave us 2 sweet and sour and 2 soy for 4 plates.

I was passing through and decided to stop and grab something to eat, I normally love Panda Express and when given opportunity to stop at one I do. This time I really regretted it. The employees were nice, bathrooms were filthy and the food was so bland. I order 2 different bowls, egg roll and crab Rangoons. Both bowls were ehhh, no flavor whats so ever, egg roll tasted like it had been sitting and soaking oil. I was only able to really eat crab Rangoons. If I had not of been just passing through then I would have called and complained but I hardly ever get down to where this Panda was located, next time though I will pass it up. I was so sick all night (I ate about 4 bites out of each bowls, 1/4 of egg roll and 2 of the crab rangoons)

Whenever a restaurant decides to lower the quality of their products, for whatever reason... its disappointing as a customer. You can literally count how few pieces of veggies you get in your rice now. The rice also seems a bit lower quality grain, and trust me, I drive throughout the country, its not 1 or 5 places I assess a chain restaurant on. Id rather play more, than receive lower quality food.

The food is good, but the quality of service is consistently terrible. Had to wait a long time to order, by the time I got to order, I was told to wait, while there was no line and only one person was in front of me at the window... Presumably, this is to make their order times look better, so they only have to prepare one order at a time. There was a 20 minute wait on what I wanted, which I would have waited for had the drive through not been so slow in the first place... if they had taken everyones order in a timely fashion, they would have KNOWN which food to restock, and I would have gotten the food I wanted.

Lawd, there ice tea machine has been broken for WEEKS! Every time we have been at the drive thru! We go once a week and pick up for a pick-Nick at the park and it just isnt the same without the tea. Ya, they have the fountain drink tea- yuck. Their tea is just a nice refreshing finisher. I love the food but weeks on end without the tea has turned me more sour than sweet, sauces! Plus the workers are not what you would say friendly. They are straight faced bland and seem annoyed when you ask for chopsticks. Making us feel guilty for asking.

Made a mistake with an option for an online order, couldnt find a way to cancel, so I tried calling the store. The phone rang for a second before it was, answered with the same noise of me trying to call them; but the screen shows that the call was answered. This location has gone bad quickly. The rice is ALWAYS undercooked, hard, and almost crunchy. Its been this way for months. The sauce on anything is hit or miss; sometimes there is enough other times its almost dry. Where is the management to fix this? DO. YOUR. JOB. Or fire them and hire anyone with an IQ over 15 that can fix this as the current team is worthless and just ruins the name. Edit: Another week, and lower quality food.

Needs to update their hours. Everything says they close at 9:30 pm during the week. 3 weeks in a row I got there 5 to 10 minutes before 9:00pm, a little earlier every attempt, and was either told they were already closed, or their kitchen was closed. I get cleaning up early 5 or 10 minutes before closing, but there were multiple cars in the drive through every time. Thats a lot of business to lose by deciding youre going close down your establishment over HALF AN HOUR before your posted hours.

typically a good place... but today i went there...and EVERYTHING i asked for they were out of. like seriously? I was here for an hour for one bigger plate, was mischarged by their mistake because they werent paying attention, then got a smaller size than what I was supposed to for one of my entrees because they didnt want to admit to or fix their mistake about mischarging me. Had no ice in the soda machine, was very dismissive and had poor attitudes. I work in customer service so I more than understand having a long day, but that was absolutely ridiculous. The ONLY good thing about coming was the quality of the food itself. Cooks were great tonight. Oh and my cashier was Lidia.

Horrible service. Girls at window were short with us and rude. They said if we didn t like it (their attitudes), we could go somewhere else. The manager stood up for their behavior and hung up when I called to address how they treat customers. Need a more mature manager and different employees. Bunch of kids.

Terrible experience in the drive through. Person was extremely rude. When we spoke up after the lady said she couldnt hear us we were suddenly screaming according to her. Food has been going downhill anyway. Had several orders missing food In the recent past or messed up with the wrong items. Employees have been rude as well.

Today was one of 3 separate occasions with the same server when I didnt receive my order in full. Before I pulled out I looked at my order and noticed food was missing, I then informed the lady that the order was incomplete, and she replied in a disrespectful tone what food and the lady STILL manages to give me an incomplete order even after asking me and looking at the receipt. This is unprofessional on many levels and I hope the sever with glasses , whos name on the receipt is Nariah ( Im hoping its her ) gets some type of training. It shouldnt be soo hard to charge me and put the order in the bag in full.

I ate here a few weeks ago and I was extremely disappointed I literally got six pieces of shrimp in each of my walnut shrimp bowls and there was more rice in the bowl than usual when I have ordered this dish. I literally paid $25 for rice. Maybe it was an off day because it was a Saturday afternoon. When I visit Victoria again I will not be giving this location my business. I sincerely hope this was a one off and hasn t happened to anyone else.
