This man did not help us at all, we paid him an exaggerated amount and he only went to see my father once and that was because he had an appointment with the judge. Later he did not want to show me the police reports even though the contract was with me, he promised to show them to my father but he NEVER went to show them to him. We lost contact with my father until the day my father marked us from Mexico and was deported. Furthermore, my father told me that the lawyer had never gone to show him the police reports and that he had extended the appointment with the judge for 2 months after the first. The lawyer had told me the opposite, that he had nothing to do with speeding up the case or delaying it, that he couldnt do it, he wanted money for my father to plead guilty as quickly as possible, the secretary promised us me and my mother who would come out with papers after jail. That man will not help you and only serves to take money from people.

Charged an outrageous amount for my ex husbands criminal case, took about 2 years to finish the case and still was not able to free my ex husband. The office does not communicate or give you updates. The attorney was very rude when visiting him. Waste of time and money. Choose another attorney who will truly advocate for you. Do not recommend.

Mr.Perez did an amazing job with our case! My husband faced his second probation violation and his bail was 100,000. Mr. Perez was able drop his charges from a F1 to a class A misdemeanor! My family and I had a terrible experience with Mr. Perez and his employees. He is incompetent and very unprofessional. We noticed he was very uninterested in helping because he wouldnt even visit my brother in jail and when he finally went it was about a month after being hired. They wouldnt even sit down to talk about the case. I would suggest investing your money and time in a better lawyer.

If I could give him 0 stars I would! They are terrible and very unprofessional. All they want is to get your money. Mr. Perez would always give an excuse to not visit my uncle and barely kept in contact with my family in order to let us know further information and steps of the case. I understand that they are busy and might not get a chance to be calling every family, thats why we called and visited their office. However, the employees were very rude and would give us information that they would soon after contradict themselves.

I would like to thank Attorney Mark Perez, Adrian Dunn, and Gabby for their timely assistance with my my husbands case. Attorney Mark Perez and his staff is one of the best in Dallas County. He truly cares about his clients and his staff is amazing. I was contacted by a detective about a very serious allegation by a female that I had been dating. The allegation was completely false. She (the detective) wanted me to come in for a interview. After doing some research, I knew I needed a good lawyer. Mark was referred to me by a family member. He told me under no circumstances talk to the detective without him being there. He guided me through the entire 5 month long ordeal. He told exactly what to do, and what not to do. He was very professional and always a phone call or text away. I was extremely worried because if I wasn t able to defend myself, my life would change forever. Finally after 5 long months he contacted me with the good news, my case had been dismissed. My husband was sent to jail for a misdemeanor and a felony and had an immigration hold. Mr.Perez was able to get him off with just a ticket! They will lie and get your hopes up and will not do anything for you, but still take your money. They will tell you they forgot about their conversation with you and state they didn t know about the court dates. Their employees are the worst starting of with the lady who signs you in, she is so unprofessional and rude, Adriana will give you advice on criminal cases and will later tell you she doesn t help out unless it has to do with immigration, and Gabby will try to smart mouth you and still tell you that what Adriana promissed is not what it is because Adriana is just the immigration paralegal. They never once spoke to the inmate after hiring them but they still wanted to be paid, offered to go see him and paid them after doing so, they promised three months in jail and when the court was coming they said he would be there for other atleast 4 other courts. We had to hire him a different lawyer 1 week and a half before his court and was able to negotiate and get my father out before his court even arrived.

My husband and I hired Mark Perez back in 2015 for a federal case he was fighting. Before hiring him we had spoken to several attorneys who gave us no hope. Mark Perez was very upfront with us. Answered any and all questions anytime of the day. The outcome was better than we could have ever imagined. But that wasnt the end we still had to fight for him to stay in the United Stated. So when the time came we hired him once again. To be honest we had very little hope my husband case wasnt good. But we knew Mark was his only chance. We have bad experience with Mr. Perez, first at all he does not speak Spanish, although his announcement say so. He never retuned our calls, email or texts. He went to see my brother at jail one month after he was hired, always giving an excuses for not visiting him. Every time we asking him to see the evidence against my brother he provided us a contradictory information. He is incompetent and unprepared attorney, or he is just lazy. I not recommend this attorney. not spend your money and losing your time.
