My husband and I have always heard great things about Beijing Garden so we decided to stop by for lunch. And Im so happy we did, we absolutely loved it. The food was fresh and delicious and service was great! We will definitely will be returning customers.

December 6, 2023. The husband and wife owners were elated that we had came in for lunch. Four of our party of the five were frequent patrons pre-covid with me being a first time guest. I was pleased with the Pepper Steak. It was served at the perfect temperature, a generous serving, and taste left me wanting more. I ll go back soon!

This Mom and Pop offers authentic style Chinese cuisine upon request. Daily specials are delicious all the way top to bottom. I recommend the General Tsos Chicken. The fry is just right on all foods.

Very bad service, owners are very rude, the table beside us they received fantastic service, maybe we weren t the right color didn t say one word to us the whole time,when I asked about the ticket she just pointed at it. All other asian restaurants in Victoria are more appreciative and courteous to their customers. Not the first time with this experience here, just thought we would give them another chance.

Dragon Palace is back, fully open for dine-in. Looks to have a limited menu as we were there during lunch and only the lunch menu was available. We were practically the only table and only two walk-ins for pickup came in. Delicious and great service!

I ordered carry out and had great hopes. Its difficult to find good Chinese food in Victoria. Bejing Garden is on Main Street surrounded by lovely restaurants, shops, and bars. I hoped it was another jewel of the revitalized downtown. I was so disappointed. I ordered staples of Americanized Chinese food, sweet and sour chicken, pot stickers and hot an sour soup. The sweet and sour looks like chic-fil-a nugget: no veggies or pineapple which seems to be a staple normally-, the rice is cold and gloopy, the sweet and sout sauce had a old oil flavor. Like it was stale? It was fluorescent orange and just sweet- no other real flavors. The hot and sour soup was just strange. Again the stale oil back note and just off. The pot stickers were edible. This wonderful meal was $30. Actually it was $28.50 but the tacked on a fee for paying with my debit card though there was no notice of this anywhere, just a note that said I could only use a credit/debit card for orders over $10. Guys, this was just aweful. If a restaurant cant make the most commonly ordered menu items then I hate to think what had happened of I had ordered something that required a bit of finesse. If I could give zero stats I would have. I will not be returning and hope you choose likewise.

My wife and I love this restaurant! Its definitely one of the best restaurants in Victoria. Everything is good there. And, they are so nice and helpful. Its really a nice experience to eat here. We definitely recommend it!

So let me first start by saying I m disappointed it s takeout only now!!!! You can t dine in at the restaurant. I ve eaten here years back and I always liked it and wanted to dine in again but couldn t. I forgot my COVID mask but they still served me. Took my order and I waited maybe 10 minutes or so for my takeout food. I ordered the Lemon chicken combo with fried rice and egg roll. It s affordable I think it was $14 plus tip. It tastes so good and homey! Brings back memories of when I used to eat here. Their rice has a unique taste to it it almost reminds me of the Chinese restaurant the old HEB used to have. Lemon chicken is delicious though the sauce could be sweeter but it s still good. Egg roll was very good and the gave me sweet and sour sauce! So I m giving a good rating simply for memories and the good taste, but I wish they d reopen dining.

This is the most friendly mom and pop place! The dishes taste incredible. There is a perfect balance among savory and spicy. The sesame chicken is hot, fresh, crispy, and savory. Whereas, the sha-cha chicken is nice and spicy. They easily have the best wonton soup and egg rolls in town! The fried rice itself is on the good side of the spectrum that you can get in town. I do wish there was a selection of dish that offered soup, egg rolls, and entrée for a better value than picking a la carte.

Egg rolls were a++, also enjoyed egg drop soup, shrimp fried rice was bland, needed some veggies & seasoning. Owner was terrific. Will go back try their lunch special. Dinner was bit expensive 18$ for 2 egg rolls, soup, fried rice & had called for carry-out. Have there menus you can take home. They did stay open 5-10 mins longer for me to pickup. Also note they close after lunch, think 2pm & reopen for dinner.

Most authentic Chinese food in the area. Although I know that most of the people here prefer low grade buffets to the more authentic because of the ability to gorge themselves, I think if they knew how the food was actually supposed to taste theyd eat here more often. Definitely one of the only places Ill eat out at in Victoria. Great friendly service, great food, and always a great price for your night out.

Purchased 2 items. $23.25. No appetizer or drink. I should have picked a buffet. General Tao s Chicken........It was very dry overcooked, dark meat chicken, weird sauce, did I say dry? Combination Lo Mein. Noodles were so overcooked they were almost paste. I ate it. I am from Houston and thought I would give it a try. Too bad the Panda Express is not built yet. No guessing on the quality. The fine folks of Victoria will be able to get a quality dish as soon as it opens. It is by far not my favorite, but I played Russian roulette tonight picking this place and my brains are splattered on the hotel wall.
