Ive been shopping at Hot Topic since I was a teenager. Ive been in the last couple of weeks looking for birthday gifts (that I did purchase). As soon as I walked in the first time, Shannon greeted me and was very kind to tell me about the different sales they had going on. Nik, assisted me on the phone, so kindly and professionally, earlier that day and also helped check me out and helped me save even more money on that purchase which I was super grateful for. And then today I was assisted by Leo, who also was extremely kind and welcoming. They all made both experiences exceptional and they are all so awesome! Thank you!

Great customer service. I was told they were having a spin-the-wheel raffle. I received 10% off but was aiming for a $100 HT gift card. There s never much room to do any shopping without crossing paths with someone in your way. The store is clean and dark. I really couldn t see much with all the people in the store. I think it s best to come when they open if youre interested in their products.

Its hard to find pants or shirts in XL and up. Most of the shirts for men are either small or medium. The employees were friendly and willing to help and answer questions

It was fun workers were nice my ten-year-old went for some anime shirts for his birthday and the workers were very attentive helped him pick out the right sizes and the types of shirts that he wanted

I really like the vibe going into this Hot Topic it s dark, and has that hot topic feel I remember from high school. It s a little cramped, and the cashier wasn t the most engaging person ever. But that totally fine! Felt like I was being rung up by a sleepy vampire lol maybe it s part of the Job description.

Went to hot topic and This Worker with brown curly hair would not stop staring at me and my son like I didn t care at first but when they were staring for like 5 minutes I asked for them to stop because I m person with anxiety and they said Okay but kept staring

Went in and saw a bunch of different items compared to the Hurst Hot Topic or the Southlake one, also extremely good customer service everyone was very friendly and Lio helped me out a ton with helping me get the correct fit, best Hot Topic Ive been to so far, will return!

Just picked up an online order. Found a t-shirt I really liked. The sales associate checked both the cube, and even in the back. She even tried to order it in store. Way too dark in there. Hard to see what you even came in there to look at. Their body jewelry collection was pretty much nonexistent. They didn t have much to choose from it all. However, overall customer service was good.

Lucas was super helpful and literally helped me find 25 shirts that I wanted :) while still helping other customers. He was extremely kind. Max was the lady that checked me out and she was so sweet and the store was so busy but she was patient with everyone .

As a former mall rat, Ive spent a lot of time in hot topics over the years. This location has overall very friendly and sweet staff. While the vibe has changed over the years, we still stop in most mall visits and its the store where the kids talk us into the most impulse purchases. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they carry very few plus size items, usually just a few returns. Ill often see a cute dress or shirt, but not in my size. They have extended sizing online, but the entire reason Im shopping at the mall is to try things on before buying. This isnt the fault of the employees, but rather corporate so there isnt any point being unpleasant to the workers; I just wish I could try on some of the cute things they carry in the store.
