Came here for the first time today. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was just perfect, not too busy. But what made my visit extra special was the outstanding customer service from JD!. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and their attention to detail and friendliness really stood out. With food and service like this, I ll definitely be back. I love Cava so much i eat here all the time every chance i get. I usually have no complaints but to lady was different this is a warning im not saying don t go to Cava but if you re being served by Sergio i would suggest waiting until his off days. Cava is usually known for its fair portions of food but Sergio serves the food like he gets to take the left overs home at the end of his shift. I always get rice and spinach and after addressing Sergio s baby scoops for the first time in my entire history of going to cava both in Florida and Texas Sergio charged me for extra rice his idea of extra rice is the amount that I have been accustomed to. I watched as he prepared other customers bowls with the same baby scoops. If I walk in and see Sergio im going to walk back out every time. I would like to add an honorable mention to the employee J. He was kind and apologetic. We asked for fresh Pita Chips and when Sergio tried to hand us chips that were sitting out for a minute and J set them aside and got us fresh ones without us having to repeat ourselves. I ll never stop loving Cava but this was a pretty aggravating experience I hope it doesn t happen again.

Cava is SO GOOD. If you haven t been I would highly recommend checking it out. This was one of my first times having Mediterranean food and let me just say I do not think it will be my last time trying it. The only thing I didn t love was the drinks, but that was just because I wish the strawberry drink and sweet tea were sweeter. All in all it was great and I wish I had one back home.

Had to wait way past the time they told me falafel would be available just for no one to tell me it was there while I waited. The portions get smaller and smaller. There is barely any lettuce in these salads anymore. Then on top of that they didn t give me my pita even though I saw him put it to the side for my salad. Love it here and will continue to come but I want better service and possibly a refund. They don t work well under pressure it seems like. Never a complaint about the food itself.

This is my first time ever coming to this restaurant so I got to sayCit comes down like chipotle but it s even better than chipotle. Been here with a friend for the first time and it s pretty good except their portion sides are really bad and lousy. I keep telling them to put more and they said we re gonna have to charge extra, which is very ridiculous and they also charge extra for the dips if you want it separate on its own which I thought was kind of stupid if you want customers to keep on coming to this restaurant, you better give them what they want and stop charging them for extra food. Be decent with your portions and stop giving them less portions you need to be reasonable with your portions when I say I want more of this, and I actually mean that I want a big portion of rice and chicken. The food was great and I would come here again my favorite thing to order from here is the grains bowl with brown rice, harissa honey chicken, fire roasted corn, tomato and cucumber, crazy feta dip, harissa dip, Tzatziki, pita chips as croutons, and garlic dressing along with cucumber apple mint drink. And that was my overall meal and I got to say that was really good

Horrible customer service! Rude server and expected me to take the bowl that was made after a fly flew on it. Then, had the courage to short me on protein for the new bowl. Lastly, the server forgot to give me pita chips which is what i paid for. Unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location. The food here is GREAT, the service not so much... the workers are constantly rushing you and have attitude. They dont offer the free pita, you have to ask for it. Also, if your gonna be charging over a dollar extra for the lamb, please put more than 2 pieces on it they do not provide silverware or napkins with your orders either. This used to be a great place but service and qc seems to have gone downhill. Last time we went there, they gave very very little greens, were in a rush and scooped a ton of liquid with the toppings, and there were a lot of pieces of chicken with bone. So there was a day me and my husband come in here to get some food .. there was few people in a line and 4 workers and we was waiting with empty line for at least 10 minutes. They saw as and never help - we didn t eat and will never ever come back here - since there is millions places to spend money and enjoy food with great customer service . Think Chipolte only Mediterranean. I had a create your own bowl. Wow!! I power made the bowl except Im weak for braised lamb. The lamb did not disappoint! It was so screaming delicious! Everything was amazing! I had low expectations but they really proved me wrong! If you dare to gobble an entire bowl you will not walk away, but wobble away being completely stuffed. I walked in and was immediately greeted in, making me feel very welcome. Everything looked fresh and cleanly, they have many options to choose from on their menu! I was helped by a employee named Madeylnn she was very sweet and helpful and guided me through the process of getting my bowl made. For the portion of food the prices are a comfortable range, especially worth it for the good quality food. I got the Greek Salad everything was fantastic and very flavourful. I ll start with the positives - I m a CAVA fan who has visited stores in different states/cities and I always appreciate their fresh, tasty, healthy, affordable and well-portioned meals, so I enjoyed my food. The service was great and the store + surrounding areas were clean and quiet. However, I ve had better CAVA before - the chicken here was too salty, the rice was dry, my pita bread wasn t toasted well and the food was overall not as fresh. Maybe I went on one of their bad days so I still recommend you go ahead and get some CAVA especially if you ve never had it before! Way better than Chipotle! lol ;) and get a drink too!

This places is always good. You can eat healthy and delicious. They chicken harissa is the bomb. To drink cucumber fresh water 100% recommended.

Gosh!! I heard about this place a couple of weeks ago and decided to try it out earlier this week, but here I am, back at it again! The food brought me in but the people brought me back! This restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and the vibes are immaculate. JD and Ren have incredible service skills and have made me a regular customer in the future. They recommended a drink blend of the fresh juices made in house here and WOW!! Loved it! Looking forward to my future visits and trying more food on this menu! Keep those great vibes! Dietary restrictions: Great for anyone on strict deficits and any diet known! Parking: Easy parking!
