Kimber did an amazing job helping our day be everything we dreamed of and more!!! I was so stressed out with the thought of planning this, but Kimber took all the stress and made things flow so easy. Her decorations were amazing. She can help with the smallest of ceremonies to as large as you can think of!!! Kimber is the sweetest and pays close attention to detail! Couldn t have asked for a better day! Thank you again Kimber!

Kimber was AMAZING!! We hired her as a day-of coordinator & not only was she a lifeline on the day of, but she also helped by reserving hotel room blocks, setting our timeline, running rehearsal, dealing with all our vendors & solving problems that stumped us. We 100% could not have done it without her experience & help. Everything was seamless & ran so smoothly & there is not a doubt in my mind that it s all owed to The List Event Planning. I recommend Kimber wholeheartedly!!

Kimber was absolutely amazing!!! She brought the table runners, candles/ vases, chargers, napkins, etc. And made sure every detail was exactly how we had envisioned it. The morning of the wedding, she had the mimosa bar set up for us, and it was a big hit! She made sure to communicate with us properly with scheduling as well as handled any conflicts that arose with vendor availability. She also handled the actual night perfectly. We didnt have to worry about a thing as Kimber ran around and made sure that things went off without a hitch and exactly when scheduled. We could not have had a better experience working with anyone else! Thank you so much, Kimber, for making our special day stress free!!

Kimber and her team were great in most areas! I had a lot of very particular ideas for what I wanted. we only had 7 months to plan our wedding, as opposed to the year and a half that most couples take to plan a wedding. Kimber was very on it from the get go, getting me quotes quickly and helping me easily communicate with vendors! I am the youngest of 5 girls who are all but one married, so I already had a good idea of what to do, but the areas where I didnt, she swooped in and showed me the way! She has worked very closely with most of our vendors, so she had great communication with them. We also hired her decor team, clean up team, and we used her 90 day package. She really helped our day come true! I will, however, say that there were a couple of areas that were lacking. There were times that mistakes were made on the companys end, and we had to redo it and fix it. The 2 months leading up to it, I have never felt so stressed, feeling like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, and I felt like I didnt have much help. Kimber had some things going on in her personal life, which is acceptable and cant be avoided, but I had to have my other vendors kind of swoop in and help. I had her cancel some things that were planned weeks out, which for me, was very frustrating because I was planning our wedding from 3 hours away, so I had to specifically take off work for meetings we had up in Tyler, just to be cancelled on or show up alone to, or have another vendor come with me so I could get it all figured out. We couldnt have our rehearsal the day before because of something she had going on, which was fine, but it was just something I was looking forward to with the whole wedding experience that felt like got taken away from me, you know? you only get one wedding. There were times where we had phone meetings and it just kind of felt like everything was forgotten and we had to go over again and again. I chose not to say anything during the planning process, because im quite the people pleaser and last person to be a bridezilla, (the only time I broke down/yelled at anyone was on the wedding day over my lost earring LOL) and we didnt want to lose our planner so close to the wedding. anyway, yes, I would recommend her. she was amazing in SO many ways and I truly love her. maybe there was some changes going on in the company at the time, and these were one time instances, but I just felt alone sometimes. but the decor team was amazing! we had the most beautiful wedding most of our guests had said theyd ever seen. if you need other vendors, we used photo/video: Tara Smith Photography makeup: Chey Cosmetics venue: Dove Hollow estate Florist: Sinke Floral Bar: Pour Me Bar Food: Legacy Catering Dj: Sherman Patton

Kimber and Peyton were both amazing to work with! They worked great with my schedule and were always on stand by for every text or call I sent needing something. There was never anything I could ask for that would be asking of too much. They were both there for my every need and call. I loved doing business with them and I appreciated every single thing they did to make my dream wedding day come true. It truly was beautiful and so special!

I highly recommend KIMBER for your special day she is beyond amazing. KIMBER came through for me literally one week prior to my wedding due to our other planner bailing out , and I mean it was on a very very short notice and I reached out to her at 9 pm and I was fortunate she answered. Her service was on point and she was the greatest help . She is just the sweetest person and made my day amazing and absolutely worry free . I only used her for day off ,but it felt like she had been through the whole planning the last six months . My whole wedding was smooth and not one hiccup . I highly recommend her !! If I could give ten stars I would !! Thank you so much KIMBER for making our best day ever be the one to remember!! I was truly able to enjoy the day and the moments cause she literally had every thing under control not to mention she was alone due to short notice and her other staff was occupied. There is absolutely no words that can explain just how outstanding she is and about her business.

I can t express in words how impressed I was with Kimber! She coordinated my son s wedding to perfection & literally held it all together, running smoothly. Everyone dreams of that perfect day and usually has minor hiccups. This sweet, attentive, talented lady pulled it all together! This company The List Event Planning was definitely the best experience I ve ever had Kimber Lapicki at her absolute BEST I didn t have to worry not one single time she was always very knowledgeable about where and how things were going to be done she was such a pleasure to work with and when she s says I ve got this believe you me she does all the stress for the party roles right down your back her imagination and colorful beauty she brings with all of her ideas is off the charts I for one will definitely be using her again if needed and I will always be there to spread her name around to my friends and friends of friends and my family thank you Mrs. Lapicki for all you help is was an amazing night
