If I could give it a negative, I would!! They are doing inventory, so there an excessive amount of people working. Everyone involved was yelling across their section. One manager was walking around the store yelling, another walking around yelling an employees name, one yelling fir everyone to clock out.....So not appropriate nor was professional!!! Too damn loud!

I have purchased lots of tires here. Havent always been pleased, but nothing I wasnt willing to overlook. Not today though. WHen I had my oil changed the person told me i had a nail in a tire and since it was a new tire he suggested I take it back to where i purchased it . SO I went to this walmart. AS i always do, I parked the car and went inside to arrange the service I wanted. I expected to leave the vehicle and pick it up later that evening so they could work it in when they could. when I get inside there is a man ahead of me with some auto batteries and the clerk/manager tells him he needs to take it up front to pay for it. Seemed odd, but ok. My turn next and I explained why i was there. the clerk manager never looked up from what she was doing and said I needed to go to the second bay drive in and wait for someone to write me up and they would bring a ticket to her. I had never done it this way in the multiple times I have used the automotive department but OK. I get to the second bay drive in and now there are 2 cars ahead of me. I wait for 30 minutes and no one comes to any of the cars in line. I just want to schedule the service I had n intention of waiting in the car while the change the tire. the front desk clerk did not want to work obviously that is why she sent the first guy to the front registers. no one in the work bays was taking an interest in the people waiting outside --nor should they ...they should be doing the repairs etc. terrible waste of my time and Ill find somewhere else to buy tires.

We were coming to get flea medicine for our dogs and the $5 medication was in a glass locker that has to be unlocked. After someone finally showed up he told us he had to walk us all the way to the front to check out with it and ended up just handing it to us to check out with. Very inconvenient because we were not done shopping.

I feel bad for the non manager employees. They are treated horribly and disrespected. I almost wanted to go to one manager and tell him to be quiet take your employee to the back and have this conversation stop belittling them in front of customers. My only concern is that there is one not enough employees working at this store or they just are just scheduling enough employees to work at all. To many times I have been in there and I cant find a employee or I have to wait up to 20 minutes before I can get assisted or till can find someone who works in the department Im at. At this point I could have went somewhere else and got what I needed faster. This location has potential, but they need to get rid of all leadership and start over with leadership who knows how to respect and talk to employees correctly and with dignity.

Need more motorized carts..... not enough.... the ones they do have are in VERY POOR operation.... jerk stop when you dont want it too. I go here regularly there of course are good and bad just like anything else. I cash my paychecks here every 2 weeks I think her name is Brittany she is awesome I just love her shes never rude when I take to long. I have called and complained about 1 guy but it seems nothing has ever been done about him the older gentleman thats a door greeter yeah he is well I will leave that one alone because I dont have anything nice to say about him at all. The one thing I have found here is that dont like to honor the prices when you find several items under a tag they get mad and send someone back pretty fast to fix it and then refuse to sell it to you at the price that it was showing even with pictures. But really other then that I like this store they have pretty much everything I need.

Went to the garden center for the first time today. Everyone was so helpful in finding what I needed and checking out. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes, which was awesome!!! The store was nice and clean, and the employees were extremely helpful with smiles on their faces. Being a long-term 15-year ex CSM employee recently, you can bet I would criticize. But honestly, I was pleased and pleasantly surprised. Good job to all and customer service experience. The employee at self check out was extremely helpful and friendly. It was funny, though, after I had checked out, I saw the candy and leaned over to look at it and alerted him I was stealing. I told him he was more than welcome to check my receipt, but he was there to help me too many times knowing I rang all of my items up. I just found out humorous.

This may be the best staffed Walmart in all of America, I lost a folder here about a week ago with important and sensitive documents inside of it. When I called one of the store operators had been given the folder by an employee and kept it in her desk. Marie you are a life saver. She tried reaching out on Facebook and even called my bank to try and track me down. Marie held onto the folder keeping it in her possession hoping I d reach out. Thank you to everyone who was able to help reunite me with this folder, and thank you Marie for being dedicated to getting this back to the rightful owner. This Walmart may have its problems like all the rest, but the staff that works here are in a class of their own.
