I love McAlisters, HOWEVER, in my last 5 visits in a row (take-out) I got either the wrong order or had something missing from it. Every employee that has taken my phone call did not repeat the order back and just hung up without signing off the phone call - not even a goodbye (which I wouldnt care about if the order had been correct). I will be happy to change my review when my order is made correctly and completely on a consistent basis.

McAllisters Deli is consistent! The food is hot and fresh. The tea... I will always definitely go for the sweet tea. Just a shout out at them for being there ready when we need them@ Parking: It can sometimes be a little tricky getting in and out of parking to the road. Which always seems busy.

Made a phone order and was clear on my order. I repeated it at least 3 times to confirm all was the way I would like. The cashier was rude when I said I needed to bring it back and told me I ordered another item when I did not. I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich with only meat and cheese and they gave me a sandwich with mustard, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Hardly any meat on it either. I m never usually one to complain but the cashier was very rude and I won t be coming back.

McAlister s Deli is a solid choice when you re craving something fresh but still filling. The sandwiches are legit, with generous portions and quality ingredients. I usually go for their Club, which is stacked and always hits the spot. Their sweet tea is famous for a reason it s dangerously good. The sides, like the potato salad or mac & cheese, are solid too. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a nice spot for a casual bite. It s like a step up from fast food when you want something quick but a bit more satisfying.

I came in today to check on the status of my application, as I noticed this location is hiring and would be ideal for a side job. When I inquired about speaking with a general manager or hiring manager, I noticed a man in the back who seemed to be avoiding coming to the front. Eventually, a lady approached, and I asked her about scheduling an interview, explaining that I was following up on my application. She interrupted me, claiming my interview had already been scheduled, even though I hadnt received any updates or interview notifications. I suggested that she might have me confused with someone else, but she proceeded to ignore me and backed away, which I found very unprofessional. The man in the back also continued to avoid addressing my inquiry.

Never order delivery from this store. On more than one occasion I received someone elses order from this location and the store refuses to do anything about the incorrect order. Look at the other delivery reviews and you see this is common at this location.

The sweet tea and strawberry lemonade are my favorites!! Also the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich is my go-to sandwich. The employees are always kind, and the place is always clean. I have yet to have a negative experience here. Everything I have tried, was really good. I love meeting here for a sandwich or soup, and the environment is relatively calm. I prefer this location to most DFW ones I have been to, if that s any indication.

What a slap in the face for an employee to accuse us of trying to get something for free when we have paid for it! We renewed our Tea Passes on 2/22 and it s been mostly problems, additional costs and insults from employees. After purchasing 3 Tea passes, almost every day we get told we either don t have any Tea Passes or we only have one. I show the receipt where we bought 3 Tea Passes and the confirmation email with date of purchase that it s active, and get told call Customer Service. An Assistant Manager also told me the receipt I ve got from my McAlisters order history, that s not a receipt?? Funny, because at the top it is clearly written ORDER RECEIPT!! I went and talked to the GM, Corey, on 2/28 at the restaurant because the problems continued. He was professional and assured me it would be handled and took my information. Made it two days with no issues, then yesterday 3/2, my wife stopped by and the employee said no Tea Passes are showing up. My wife told the employee she has the receipt, the GM said he was resolving and my wife was told the GM isn t here and we are not going to keep giving you free teas, you ve got to buy them. This is the last time we are giving them to you!! Giving?? Something we bought? Your doing us a favor after we bought Tea Passes and on 2/26 & 2/27 my wife had to pay for three teas each day because no record on file, after she showed receipt? So we have spent $26.73 for the Tea Passes, then another $18 and change on 2/26-2/27 because the Tea Passes aren t showing up . I would be more understanding about this, even looking past the GM not resolving yet- solely based on his professionalism. But the accusations- not only when I know we bought, but when I have a receipt in hand- that s simply unacceptable. We have bought Tea Passes on a monthly basis, photo below to prove, and this is the only time we have had this much trouble.

Got no help from the woman that was in our section but her friends next to us she cheated up a storm! She never ask if we need a refill or anything else we had to ask someone else to get lids for my grandsons food to go! My company ordered a decent size lunch order for 11 or so people. We used DoorDash. To say the food was poor quality was an understatement. Sandwiches were thrown together in such a way that they fell apart upon opening the box. The spud max ( the one that is supposed to be loaded with cheese, ham, bacon, chives, olives) had quite literally 2 bits of ham, 2 bits of back, 5 pieces of olive and a tiny portion of cheese that felt like an afterthought, nothing like the loaded up potatoes they used to offer. We also had missing items( missing Rotel that was on the ticket) and to top everything off, a hair in one of the salads. I called the store to address this but was told that no refund could be issued because we used doordash, no comment was made about the hair, or missing items, or general lack of quality we used to expect. The manager said you can just come up here sometime and I will give you a free meal, and I will speak to my back of house about the food, so sorry. We have just decided that we wont be ordering our large lunches from here anymore, this has become a pattern of missing items and lack of quality for some time now, we will spend our companys money elsewhere.

I LOVE McAlister s!!! Always great food here. Drinks are large and free refills. I always get a nacho basket to start. My meal is usually the Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich. I also get a side Caesar salad. I always leave filled up. I usually spend a little more than $20 for myself on everything but most people s meals are usually $10 - $20. If you have never had this place you should definitely go. It s one of my top 3 places to eat when I m not eating Mexican food. First off the service really is good here. Employees are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. But it seems like we always have mishaps here. Sometimes they are out of something. My sister and ordered a baked potato and chicken salad to split. The potato was not hot and the butter was frozen; therefore, the potato was not good. If serving spuds, always make sure they are hot and the butter is room temperature so it will melt and be fluffy. The chicken salad was ok but there were a lot of stems which I never put in my salads. Of course, the sweet tea is the reason we stopped here!!!

Usually love McAllisters especially the Chicken Tortilla soup and I m not the type to leave negative reviews. The staff is very friendly and the food is usually pretty good but I found a live wasp or some sort of bug in my chicken Caesar salad tonight so obviously there s some sanitation issues. Luckily I saw it before I even got the chance to eat it. Edit: they reached out to me and were very apologetic and even provided with a a gift card which was very nice. Sometimes these things happen. Definitely still a favorite of mine

I ordered a meal and sat at a table, not really paying attention while on my phone but itd been a while since I ordered (maybe 10 mins) and an employee came by name Estaban to check my ticket and see where my food was. He then came back within minutes with my food and apologized for the wait and even gave a free cookie with it! Thank you Estaban for being on top of things and fixing an issue before I even noticed!
