I had ordered the food to the drive-through and I had to repeat it to her three times because she kept forgetting an item that I ordered. I go up to the window and she told me a price and I asked her. Did you charge me for the drinks yesterday And supposedly they didn t charge me for my drinks so I got charged twice. They don t give you a receipt to tell you how much is what you paid for it just a credit card receipt service sucks.

Lousy place. First and last time. If you are looking for a good place to eat this is definitely not it. I ordered a plate of carne asada and 1st it was not roasted it was just cooked 2nd I paid 12 dollars and it was a super small plate (it seems very expensive for a very small plate) 3° 1/4 lemon and approximately 5 oz pico de gallo 4° the girl who has a TERRIBLE attitude. She rolled her eyes at me and made faces at me just for asking me not to put ice in a drink and I still apologized for her making faces at me.

This is the absolute worst place. Look at all the other reviews about how people don t get their full orders!! We ordered $60 worth of food and got home and half of it was missing. We called them and they DID NOT CARE and REFUSED to make things right. This restaurant commits THEFT. I will be so happy when this place shuts down. We have been longtime customers, NEVER AGAIN!!!

A whole order of mole only gave me enough chicken for 2 tacos. This is my second and last time I will be eating here. I thought the second time would be better but they are sheisty with their actual food. The majority of what my family got was straight toppings and sauce. Hardly any chicken on my mole and the flautas where sheisty too.

This place closes an hour early while the employees chill inside and collect pay. The open sign will be on, but when an employee looks up from their phone to talk to you, you will find out that they are out of chicken .

Tapatios is a good place to grab a carry out grilled Mexican chicken for tacos at home. Not really a place I would want to eat at though. The chicken you receive will already be cut up, but will be small. You do only receive two small salsas (maybe enough only for one person if they love hot salsas). Good food, average value.

The employees are so rude . They dont even take orders right an if its wrong they tell you before driving off make sure order is correct. Like really thats your job . There is indoor seating, but one thing we love about Tapatios is this is one of Tylers few drive-thru locally owned Mexican restaurants. Our family has been enjoying this restaurants food via their drive-thru, ever since it was named Jaliscos a few years ago. Our favorite menu items are the Horchata drinks, the pork tacos, the beef and chicken enchiladas with queso, the charro beans, the Spanish rice, and this restaurant has some of the best Burgers in town! The prices are affordable. The serving sizes are reasonable, though we could eat larger portions of their food because its so good.

I would have give 4 stars to this place if they would do their job by giving the customers exactly what we order. On June 26 ,2020 i drove by to just order some churros I ask the girl in the window if they where fill , she said that they had cajeta in them. Place my order of 6 churros , got home and this sorry churros had cajeta at the tip of the churro ! Just double check your order when buying food at this place!!
