Pj Hartley and everyone in the Remax office made this selling experience the best I could ve asked for! I was fairly overwhelmed by the idea of selling our home but Pj was so incredibly knowledgeable and there to provide answers to questions I didn t even know I had! I m so incredibly thankful for how quickly everything was processed through and how accommodating their office was towards my busy schedule! Doug was our realtor. Always got back to me right away, was available at all times, never got upset with all my questions and gave me recommendations for people he trusted to fix problems with the house when I was having a difficult time finding help during Covid. His wife does all the work behind the scenes and makes sure everything is ready for closing. Good team to go with especially if you live in The Woods.

Debbe Hill was our agent, acting on our behalf and serving as our eyes and ears from out of state. She gave us honest and open feedback about the property to make sure there were no surprises, and assured us that she was with us whether we ended up with that house or another. She conducted a virtual showing, was VERY responsive to all of our questions and concerns - even connecting us with experts and other professionals as needed along the way, and helped guide us through the process. I called these folks when I got ready to sell my house in Tyler, and it was a good call on my part. I knew about their reputation from others, and the fact that they were an established local firm.
