Made a visit today the manager Janal was cursing at the front and not happy and not wanting to help customers. Also over heard her not wamting to help online customers. The store was extremely messy and no one was willing to help. The only present employee was Silvia the cashier. Store was a 1 star as fare as Silvia she deserves 5 stars.

Be prepared to wait. Had my son pick something up and he waited for almost 30 minutes before anyone got to him. I had to take time to call them and tell them someone is waiting for an order. They arent that busy. I guess it broke into their social time. Not the best Customer Service.

This is the first time my son took me to At Home!!! I immediately fell in love with some of the items they had. Unfortunately, a lot of their items were overpriced for everything I needed. After going through just a quarter of the store, we decided to go someplace a little more affordable. Thats not to say this isnt a good store to shop deals. I found some awesome items. I just need too much for a new home.

My 1st trip to an At Home & I now have a new favorite store. There was so much to choose from, and the prices were pretty fair overall. Its July 1st & they already had some fall/Halloween stuff out. Thats my favorite holiday & time of year, so I was thrilled. I collect pumpkins, so i picked one up (pictured below). We got a ton of stuff, and I literally cant wait to go again soon. I absolutely love this store. Please know that the plant in the pictures was the only thing not purchased at At Home.

I just want to say I am absolutely appalled by what I saw when I was in the College Station store this weekend. Im not sure who the manager here is or if this is a corporate wide thing, but having a large whiteboard directly next to the cash register displaying your employees loyalty sign up percentages for EVERY customer to see is dehumanizing, disrespectful, and extremely distasteful. Those people are hard workers and I have worked in retail before where we had certain goals to meet, I realize that this is the norm, but to display it?? You should not be harassing customers to sign up for your loyalty program and when they say no, counting that against the worker. What are they supposed to do? No is a complete sentence and marking percentages in red on that board is so belittling. Yall ought to be ashamed having a management team that would do that to their workers. If I was coming in for an interview, I would turn around and walk out the second I saw that. Do better; take the board down, appreciate your employees, and reward their hard work instead of publicly shaming them. Im sure the intention here is to incentivize them, but it really comes off as very controlling and demeaning.

Great selection inside of a huge store. This building structure was originally built for a Gander Mountain store with boat and atv sales, so the building and shopping area is very large. Excellent selection all around, areas nicely staged for the upcoming seasons (example: patio furniture and outdoor stuff getting ready for Spring time) and great help from the staff.

I enjoy shopping here. The prices are pretty good on most things. The store is usually pretty clean. Staff is friendly. They always have random things that I find interesting. Occasionally you have to wait for a while to check out but I can live with it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Lise was the most rude and unprofessional person Ive talked to that works in retail. I left after waiting 20 minutes for my pick up item. This morning I was charged for that item I didnt pick up. After calling the store, I was told they accidentally marked it as picked up but it was still sitting in the back. Zack, the store manager, refused to refund it and would not even ship it to me to attempt to resolve their blunder. Im now having to file a complaint with the BBB to get my money back. To the store: you commenting that youre sorry isnt going to fix the issue. Take accountability and resolve your mistake. Update: I finally got a refund from corporate after filing the BBB complaint. It really shouldnt have taken those measures to get it done. The manager (Zack) needs to be taught how to properly deal with the stores mistakes.

Its a huge store, tons of selection. Very early Halloween decorations which is convenient. Great staff, just about couldnt ask for more. One note if youre thinking of shopping there for these items specifically; the shower curtain and bed sets are a bit lacking, sort of not as nice as other comparable stores and not as cheap as walmart.

amazing store! beautiful selection of everything, nice prices. went in early morning and there weren t enough workers available to help but the ones that were there were pretty helpful. great clearance selection on quite a few items (always be sure to check bottom shelf and look for the red sticker), quite a few scented candles, pictures, pillows, pillows and more pillows! a few pieces of black art, beautiful! both indoor and outdoor decorations, almost anything you can think of and to make it better, many colors to choose from. i would definitely recommend to friends and family

Customer service there is non existent. Need something from the top shelf? Good luck getting someone to get it for you. New merchandise advertised in the emails sent to you are nowhere to be found, and if you ask them about it, theyre flippant and say its probably still on the truck in the back. I work in customer service. I know when new stuff comes in thats advertised in any way, shape or form, you get it out to the sales floor quick. As much as I love this store, Im not sure if Im coming back. Think Id rather pay more for something at Target or Amazon because at least if their website says they have it in stock, I can trust that it is.

Very poor customer service for returns. I had a defective curtain rod and wanted an even exchange. I was told to get at the end of the checkout and then I could get a refund. I would then have to go back and get the new one and get in line again. Not good service.

At home, has a mind blowing collection of decor. From the artist perspective it s awesome, but from the businessman s perspective it s a nightmare. Big box stores are one of the huge reasons that smaller businesses have struggled to acquire some of the supplies they ve needed, especially in the pandemic. So I have found myself having to shop here on occasion to fill in supply chain gaps. However, every time I have gone, I spend 30-60 minutes at the register dealing with tax exemption. The procedures set in place are poorly laid out and not saved. Each time you have to redo the whole thing. While the store has amazing products and a nice diversity, I will be considering other stores beforehand due to the arduous nature of purchasing at this place. It is never a pleasant experience.

Visit this place even just for the fun of it. Basically a giant potpurri of home decor and furniture items. There are so many choices in each category. I like their color choices for vases, mugs, and birdsbaths. Their mirror collection is ginormous, so is the collection of the paintings. Prices are on the higher end but seasonal sale and clearance is there. Plenty of parking and in the evening, there are lots on birds on the trees lining near the front gate.

Lots of selection on home decor. Prices are high for the quality of goods though. They also put out seasonal items many many months in advance (Christmas decor gets put out in August). They usually have fantastic Halloween decorations, but this past year their selection was limited and they took down the Halloween section halfway through September to make room for the Christmas decor.

I love this store!! They typically have everything I need, and I love their furniture. Their furniture is great as decorative pieces. I don t recommend getting anything here if you re looking for longevity of use - more of a decorative table or cabinet. This store is also pet friendly! You can bring your furry friend as long as they stay in the cart (see the photo). I also really like getting bedroom stuff here, like pillows or quilts. They aren t the greatest and highest quality, but they re great prices and they ve lasted me long enough! Definitely recommend this store.
