This team is awesome. Highly recommend. I showed up with mustard stains on my shirt after eating a delicious hero sandwich, and they were sooo nice. Lucky for me they has some club sodey nearby and we knocked the stain right out. After dealing with that mess, they further blew me away with how knowledgable and caring they were about making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Id give them a solid 7 out of 7 if the star count went that high because 5 out of 5 just doesnt feel like it does them justice. I highly recommend you use them. I will again gladly.

My husband and I highly recommend Derrick Martin. He expertly guided us through the home search and purchase process with wisdom, wit, and patience. We were relocating to Tyler from Nacogdoches and needed someone to be our boots on the ground here since we couldnt come see every house as soon as it came on the market. Derrick tirelessly visited houses and recorded videos of so many houses for us. I tend to be a perfectionist - paying attention to the smallest of details. Derricks attention to detail rivaled my own. As an example, he sent us a video of one house that he toured for us where he thought there might be some damage to the flooring. He knelt down and rubbed the spot with his hand to see if the spot was damage or just dirt. How many realtors would do that for you? Derrick helped us find a great home that we love in a neighborhood we love. We moved here in late January. He continues to check on us from time to time and has been our go to for advice for information about service providers for our home. We dont anticipate moving. But if we ever do, well call on Derrick again.

I blindly moved to this area and basically did an investigation as to which realtor to choose and Judy Kunzman won the Tag Your It game. Upon emailing her, I immediately heard back from them and they set me up with Ian. I had already read many reviews about Ian so I felt like I already knew him! I came out to look at the area first and Ian took me out all day on a Saturday. I kind of had my heart already set on a house but kept an open mind. There were set backs because I still needed to sell my home and in todays market being like wildfire, I did get a little discouraged because contingency is a thing of the past. Once things were going forward, he kept in constant contact with my broker. Long story short, I ended up with an awesome home, which by the way was not the one I had my heart set on, but a better one! Ian was awesome and took care of everything! Attention: If youre looking for a most wonderful real estate agent, please dont hesitate to contact Derrick Martin -- hes one of Judy Kunzmans team members. Derrick helped me (us) buy a home in Tyler, a task that required looking at probably 20 homes. Happily, I never once felt rushed by Derrick during the three month process. Frankly, I dont know how he does it. Its got to be quite challenging going from house to house with a buyer who has a list of wants several feet long. I remember him telling me over and again that he wanted to make sure we got it right (right home for us) before signing on the dotted line. He said he didnt want me calling him in a year unhappy with the purchase. After looking through more than a dozen homes and listening (in astonishment) as Derrick pointed out any given homes flaws, I came to respect his word and his integrity. In all sincerity, if youre looking for a wonderful human being who truly wants you to find your perfect home, I highly recommend Mr. Martin. I could go on and on and on, but Ill spare you...
