This Alex manager is a Prick!!! He was very dismissive and not concerned when I was telling him about my family getting sick after eating there pizza. I did not need my money back..if that s why you treated me so poorly on the phone. I was just letting you know..just in case others got sick..He was inconsiderate..this is why businesses go down, when having guys like this running it. Waited 40 minutes on our food, went to ask how much longer it would take, the answer was 5 minutes, then they proceded to ask for my receipt only to be told that they lost our order. Waited almost an hours so at this point we didnt want to wait any longer and asked for a refund. At least they refunded in cash it would be really infuriating to wait 3 business to get the money back on my card. Bad experience for sure.

So on the website if you order a salad it list inclusions which means to include. So I checked lettuce and chicken for a Caesar salad. And I got a box of chicken with croutons. Who does this ? When I tried to call the store back they just kept hanging up on me. So I paid 38.00 for 1/2 the ingredients of a salad and a order of cheese bread.

Stay away from this place. Very dirty and nasty. Costomer service was very bad. Employees has bad attitude. One of the employee who gave our food just drop the food recklessly on our table. He did it tiwice. And one of the lady was rude but infairness to the casher she was nice. Also employees has thier drinking cups work area and prep area. I think it s a health code violation. Personal drinking cups on work area. Food was ok nothing special.

I loved the Palios in my hometown, but I was disappointed by this location. We ordered 2 pizzas; one was forgotten and cooked after the first was brought to the table. They put the cheese on top, so all the vegetables make the sauce watery. Do not recommend.

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here & it was fabulous! The staff was so helpful, attentive & kind! They eve gave our entire group of 30-ish free drinks! So I am a Palio s Stan, the one in melissa is posh prim and proper. I was flabbergasted to find that in this restaurant they put the toppings UNDERNEATH the cheese. What kind of ludicrous thing is that? Not once has my Palio s in Melissa done this discrepancy. I ask the cashier about this and she arrogantly rebuffed me claiming that is how it is done. Upon looking at the other reviews of this place I find that this is a blantly lie. I am truly flabbergasted that I would be lied to like this and not offered to fix it to my liking. Please do not eat here. It may be a drive but the Melissa and Frisch location ACTUALLY care about there food and no give you hard cheese and call it the norm. Ridiculous

We have lost all faith in Palios pizza. This location and the one in Prosper on 380 have both told us they couldnt serve us because they were closing early (30-45 minutes before closing time). Google/website/store signage says close at 930, but they refused to serve us at 840 because they were closing at 9. When confronted with the time it says they close, they stated the owner is out of town and hasnt changed their time. In my mind then you are open till it says otherwise but I guess that is what happens when its kids running the store.

Best pizza PERIOD!. We do not frequent the McKinney area but we were between baseball games at Gabe Nesbitt Park and googled the nearest pizza place. Nice place and staff with an outdoor patio but we only had time to carryout. We live in Allen almost 30 minute away but Palios will be our new go-to for pizza. (And we eat pizza a lot!)

The cashier who helped me was great but the young man pulling the pizzas out stuck his dirty hands (he touched multiple things and didn t wash them) into what looked to me some chopped green vegetable and topped a pizza with it. No gloves just straight dirty hands. I requested to have him not handle my pizza due to sanitary reasons and watching him touching his face pants dirty dishes etc. He laughed and walked off. Just disgusting.

One star for service. Put on the order in two different places for extra sauce for our calzones and cheese bread. It wasnt enough what they normally give. They delivered and they didnt give us enough sauce for our food. No big deal, Ill call and they can catch the delivery guy before he hits the next intersection. He has been turning around to come back to us now for 30 minutes. Food is cold and couldnt eat but about half. Food that we ate... 5 stars. Service and attention to detail and doing what you say they will do. 1 star.

Pizza was delicious and fresh. We went twice with friend from out of town and we all loved pizza at this place. We ordered veggi pizza and Hariyali paneer pizza abs both tasted so good and fresh. My son and I came to eat here this week. I ordered the small pizza. The sauce tastes like it came out of can, so did the vegetable toppings. The ham you could te ll was frozen. It just did not taste good. My son ordered the Fettucini Alfredo with chicken. There was no flavor in his meal, he had to add salt and paper for flavor. The chicken he said tasted dry and frozen. The worst part of our visit did not happen until later. That night my son was vomiting because of what he ate at Palios Pizza Cafe. Judging on how my pizza tasted, and my sons trip to the bathroom, it feels like this restaurant cuts corners to maximize profit, and not provide quality food for the customer.

The past 4 times Ive ordered delivery from this location they have not brought plastic ware even though I have requested it every time. The last time I ordered from there I ordered chocolate cheesecake and they brought me plain cheesecake. Ordered Grace s Alfredo tonight through Uber Eat. I requested small Gluten Free, No Mushrooms and No Shredded Cheese. Came back with just the bread and chicken. My very first visit at this location was great and I was so very disappointed I didnt leave a tip. My second, third, fourth and final visit at this location was horrible. Each time the Greek salad got worse the requests of how I desire to add different vegetables were never added. Now will I be returning never to this location and I really hate to use never. All the other Palios locations I dined in and did takeout were great with no problems. Sometimes were just have the wrong employees those who dont care about the customers, service to the service, the employers and businesses they work for. Be careful who you hire and always and I mean always check on your employees. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone and I do mean anyone.

My family has been to this location many times, but today was such a terrible experience that we will not be back. Ordered two salads that took about 15 minutes to arrive. Another 10 minutes and we received two kids pastas. Then a pizza. Still waiting on cheese bread & a gyro. Kids finished their food. Still waiting on cheese bread & gyro. Went to the counter and asked about the missing items. Was told they were working on them. Gyro finally comes out after both kids meals were finished and pizza was halfway done. Still no cheese bread. Asked about the bread a second time and was told they were working on it. Finally came out at the end of the meal. Was told that they had gotten behind. Did not make a big deal about it at that point, was just ready to get out of there. Had ordered pasta & a salad with chicken to go. When that was ready there was no chicken on the salad. At that point my mother complained about the terrible service with the food and now an incorrect order. The day shift manager Zachary was extremely unprofessional, smirking as he told my mom in a smart a$$ tone that he apologizes and that she can keep griping at him if she would like. Another employee who ran the cash register and said that she was a manager as well stood by smirking while this was going on. Instead of handling the situation in a professional manner that a manager is expected to do, he handled it as if this happens all the time. Had the excuse that they were busy (had 3 tables with customers while we were there). My daughter asked why he was yelling. I can handle poor service and just not return, but a manager displaying this level of disrespect and unprofessional is another story. I will escalate this as high as I need to in order to have his behavior addressed. I worked in management and know that it is not that difficult to handle a customer complaint about poor service. Take ownership & try to remedy the situation!

And even though it was under done it the crust was still hard and tough. We usually go to the store on 380 but we decided to go here tonight. I m wondering if this location has had an ownership change. It has been our go to pizza place for a number of years because it s quick , good and efficient. Recently though, service has been extremely sub par. I call in for pick up and they consistently have it ready in 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 of the last 3 times they told me the pizza was not ready. After waiting, someone finally realizes that it s in the warmer. No apologies, just here it is. I was extremely disappointed. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the chicken tasted like it had been coated in salt, the sauce was completely separated and so thin it didnt even coat my noodles. I felt like a kid eating buttered noodles. There were several people working but a table went completely uncleared from its past occupants for the entirety of my visit. The window sills inside were dusty. I wouldnt recommend this as a place to eat.

Very Bad experience they are deceiving went to buy 2 pizzas and girl at that cash register never mentioned about the manager special, where you get a 2nd pizza half off,even provided a tip with the purchase and when asked why they did charge it that way was because it was not requested so that s it, pizza was in pretty bad shape as well, customer service non existent

Delivery was great! Food not so much! I ordered the Chicken Il Palio Pasta Which is Roasted chicken, mushrooms, artichoke hearts with Alfredo sauce. The chicken was ok, probably out of a can. Very little mushrooms and even less artichokes. The Alfredo sauce tasted like water, no flavor. Definitely not homemade. It was a good serving for one. I couldnt even eat it. The Greek Bread which is Tomatoes, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil pesto, olive oil, Mediterranean seasonings. Was pretty good. Looks nothing like the picture, but still good. There were only a few tomatoes on the bread. It needed each piece to have some. The marinara sauce was good.

My mother took us out to eat here yesterday after my sons soccer game. Everything was fine. We got our food in a timely manner. The person who brought our food was polite and brought us extras we asked for. We were the only ones in there for the majority of the time. After we ate, my children wanted dessert so my mom bought them dessert. She ended up tipping the staff on both our pizza order and dessert order. At the end, my son, who is only 3, accidentally spilled his lemonade on the floor. My husband ran to the bathroom and got paper towels and we cleaned it up, found a wet floor sign and placed it there so no one would trip and informed the staff. As we were leaving, my son is saying bye to all the employees and as we all walk out, one of the employees yells Yeah, Good riddance!! My mom and I looked at each other, wondering if thats what we just heard, but yes we both heard it very clearly. Im not sure if he was upset that my children were maybe talking too loud or the fact that my son spilt his lemonade or maybe that we stayed too long for his liking but we all left with a horrible taste in our mouth from that experience. Absolutely inappropriate and rude. We will not be back to this location.

Only thing goid was service. Odered food for takeout was only person in whole restaurant they made there own speciality pizza wrong and all dough was undercooked. Also got the wrong dressing for salad. You would think spending that much it would be better. Bad Palios

I ordered scorcher pizza last night along with other pizza and arrived im 10 min but pizza was still cold. Scorcher pizza was not edible at all, seems like someone has spilled the whole bottle of red pepper on it. We had to throw ia away. I had their scorcher pizza before and normally they make perfeclty spiced pizza and fresh buy i dont know wht happend last night. Verh disappointed .

Against my better judgement (I had their pizza couple times years ago), I got 2 large pizzas, using one of their promotions. Paid about $30 (incl. tax + web order fee). Not sure if all their pizzas come on thin crust, but both pizzas were thin crust, we specified one of them to be wheat (menu did not specify whole wheat which is what it was). For the quality/taste of the pizzas (toppings quality and amount, flavor of the cheese), they were overpriced even with the promotion. Would have been better off with a larger chain store pizza (from value perspective). I understand the range of toppings offered may be a bit better than chain pizza but not worth the price. Not going back.

My favorite neighborhood pizza place. I used to love in Allen and go to the one on Stacy and that one was great too. I haven t tried anything other than the pizzas. I would say the quality has been great consistently. I always pick up and it s always been pretty quick 15-20 min. Recommend.
