I am always in search of an edible gluten free pizza. Pizza Hut does not have it. It tasted like cardboard and the crust part could not be bitten into at all. My fellow gluten free individuals, do not waste your money here for gluten free pizza. It makes me sad because Pizza Hut was always my favorite pizza provider.

I put an online order in for Curbside because I was sick and didnt want to go inside. I tipped well because I knew theyd have to bring it to me. Its my favorite Pizza Hut location in Tyler! Cleaner than the rest, and the staff are on the ball pushing those orders even on weekends. Ive never waited much longer than 18 minutes or so from the time I order to the time they put it in my hands (I usually wait and/or carryout). My only criticism so far is the ease of getting in and out of the location on Broadway. Its kind of on a hill, easy to miss the turn if youre not paying attention, and you have to be real careful of the 50+mph southbound traffic as your leaving. Not going to knock them for that, but just be alert if youre visiting here during rush and dinner hours.

Bad Customer Service. The online ordering system glitches out and places the wrong order. Called the store immediately and was put on an indefinite hold for 15 min and hung up. Called again and they just did not even bother to pick up phone. Got to store and told them what happened and response was sorry too bad. Basically we dont care. Ended up taking the wrong order, because it my card was already charged. Too make it worse the pizza was soggy. Dont waste your money with this place, they dont care.

I order extra marinara on my pizza every time I order, it s never right. The pizza is good and the service is good generally. I d just really like to get the pizza I order with extra sauce, it s how I like it. It s never been done, literally never. Ordered pizza, for delivery , they said 30 minutes, 1 hour and 10 minutes later still no pizza. I called and they said that the delivery guys found the duplexes but didn t know what the number of my duplex. When I placed my ordered I gave them my duplex number 3 time and 3 times the guy taking the order said i got it I got it. Then they said the delivery guy called me and there was no answer. A lie there was no call on my cell phone log. They cancelled my order. When we finally got the pizza it was cold, I ll never get pizza from this Pizza Hut again. !!!

This is a pizza store no doubt. But they dont serve pizza they serve left overs. Cold, hard, wrong order multiple times now and wait over one hour delivery. I always give local restaurants the benefit of the doubt but I asked for my money back this go around. If you cant meet the standards of food quality for the public dont serve it.

My food that was delivered yesterday was trash. Not good at all.... food was cold. I order 6 piece wing (bone in) for $9.99 and they gave me 5 bone in and one boneless. If you going to overcharge me on the food at lease give me what I paid for. Chicken wings are already high then you short me one. I get delivery a lot and never has my food been this bad. And the 6 piece wings well 5 piece wings they were overcooked and little to no BBQ sauce. My dinner was horrible. I was not a happy camper.. I spent 43 dollars.

When I ordered there was a 20-30 min delivery time indicated. After an hour I called and they let me know the wait time was then up to 2-3 hours but that I was third in line. When I finally received the pizza it was completely cold. The delivery driver was very apologetic about the late delivery, which I appreciated, but I m not a fan of cold pizza.

The Detroit Style Pizza we got was not much like the one on tv. The sauce was spread all over the top of the pizza, and IF there was 50% more cheese on that pizza I guess it evaporated. We tried Hut after eating Dominos about 100 or more times in a row, and we are very disappointed. If you can send me a link for a Dominos pizza, that would be great.

My #1 pizza place in town. My order is almost always the exact same about twice a month (large supreme with personalized toppings). I frequent this Pizza Hut because they are accurate, friendly, and fast! The only time Ive had a problem with my order, the manager quickly refunded it with no hassle. My only word of advice right now, to anyone worried about COVID-19, is that when I went in there yesterday to pick up my usual order, I did not see any of the staff wearing masks. Other than that, fantastic pizza and service!
