David Chilek was absolutely the amazing with handling my case. I was extremely nervous at first, but just after our first initial conversation, I felt like I was in good, knowledgeable and experienced hands. He actually listened to me and gave me realistic advice on what all was going to happen while still fighting for me on the things I was adamant about. Molly and him were almost always available and if they weren t they got back to me very quick. There s not one bad thing that can be said about the way my case was handled, (and it was pretty big, tangled mess). The level of patience, care and attention to detail that David and Molly had with me was unmatched to anything I ve previously dealt with and I will forever be grateful for having the Chilek Law Firm represent me. Thank you David and Molly for fighting for my little girl, it honestly brings tears of happiness to my eyes as I type this. I just don t think five stars gives enough credit here, there should be 10!

This man is a Legend. If you want an experienced professional whom will fight on your behalf to ensure victory, this is him, he is that guy. I went from not having any access to my child to having primary access. This man gave me hope. Ive heard horror stories of people getting subpar representation and suffering because of it. Do not make their mistake, hire an absolute game-changer who is worth every penny. Prior to hiring David Chilek I got a introduction meeting with another lawyer in Tyler and she said I would have to pay 9k upfront and that my case was not a winner offering me no guarantees that I would even be able to get non primary. David Chilek is a complete 180 from her and ensured victory and changed both my childs life and mine for the better. David chilek is reasonably priced and well worth it for the results he delivered.

I hired David Chilek to represent me in what turned out to be a nasty, and expensive, seven-month divorce. I was worried I would lose everything I had worked twenty-five years for to retire. David guided me through the initial trial, deposition, mediation, and arbitration. I was very impressed with his knowledge of family law, preparedness, origination, and experience of when to cooperate, and not cooperate with the opposition. David Chilek is the best attorney Ive ever had to deal with. I needed a lawyer for a divorce in Hawkins, Tx when I live in Houston (4 hours away). From the start David made me more comfortable with the whole process and did such an amazing job he helped me to get custody of my daughter. The process took around a year and he was always available even at times after hours in a few critical situation where I needed immediate help with an issue. Going through a divorce is usually a difficult time. In my situation, it was extremely difficult to say the least. Initially I visited another attorney, whom i was going to hire, but something just didn t feel right. When I arrived for my consult with David Chilek I already felt defeated. I was lost and broken down. David reassured me he would help me, guide me, and fight for what I was rightfully entitled to. The same way I left his office that day was the same way I walked out of the courtroom. I was able to hold my head high because I wasn t alone and David did everything he said he would.
