Very bad, poor experience, I feel cheated, they lack interest in the client, there is no professionalism, they are focused on making money, not on helping the client, there is no preparation, communication as clients, you have to call the paralegal and that is counting on the luck that he answers when he is most likely. he needs them conspicuous by their absence. Scam they told me they accepted my stepfather case , then we went to the office they didnt even have anything under my stepdad name ,no case and they wanted 2500 dollar for what if they werent doing anything for him. Then the guy call Omar went to see my stepdad and asked him what information you have for me and my stepdad was like you have to come and update me about thing your the lawyer not me this lawyer are trash. Do not trust this firm please it s just a scam. All this positive reviews is from them they create their own positive feedbacks just read them and you ll see that it s same person who wrote them . they will be nice and helpful until they take your payment and you won t hear from them anymore. My migration story began 4 years ago where I hope to be able to summarize it in short words and serve as inspiration, my husband was separated from our son and me by the border, at the time I hired a lawyer who took advantage of my time and money and made it difficult for him. Even more so in his case, I told my husband to keep an eye on his colleagues who were having positive cases of successful immigration departures, he did so and there he contacted the Couseiro law firm, even though they told me in immigration that they would hire The lawyer I hired was not going to leave, from the beginning they did not charge me for the first consultations until they were sure that my case was feasible which I thought was excellent on their part, my husband had already been incarcerated for 1 year and they told me ok now. We studied his case and in 15 days it came out, I couldnt believe it because of my past experience, however I put myself in their hands and it was the best decision, they fulfilled exactly the time they promised me and I had the joy of having my husband with me and my son to his dad where there was no hope. I had to decide on my asylum case and I hired them and it was the best decision, despite the setbacks and immigration times they were met, effective, professional and above all patient with me. Understanding my situation and explaining in detail what I should or should not do, I recommend with great conviction based on my own experience since MY ASYLUM CASE WE WON was a team effort with the help primarily of Jehovah God to place me in the best hands! Honestly the worst experience with lawyers. At the beginning, everyone is very kind and with a good disposition, when they received 3.5k from my family to represent my husband, they stopped answering the calls. The lawyer spoke only ONCE with his client. When my husband disappeared into the US system, they claimed that he was no longer in the United States and that he was probably missing in Mexico. They told us that they had done everything possible to locate him and it was a lie. Two people, without papers and without command of the language, called all possible detention centers and managed to locate him, but a buffet with offices in Brownsville and Mexico did not know what to do. Of all the times we asked to speak with the lawyer, it was never possible, nor did they return the calls as they say they will. They dont really give you advice, they tell you that they are going to review the papers, but in the case of my husband they made an application with a draft. They are not professional at all and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We hired the services of this lawyer and when we hired him we made a payment of 1,500 dollars before making the payment, they were calling us and everything was until we paid after there they didnt even answer and they did nothing for the case that we hired their happy service, it happened a few days and I decided to call to say that we no longer wanted me to continue with the case and of course I already had the 1500 without doing anything, and now it turns out that they call me saying that we have a balance of 1000 dollars and that if we dont pay they are going to sue us DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PEOPLE ONLY STEAL FROM YOU
