This restaurant is quite well managed. The parking lot was rather full and I anticipated a lengthy wait for a table, but I was welcomed cordially and seated immediately. My drink and breadsticks came out within seconds of ordering, it seemed, and the food was brought quickly as well (lasagna, Bellini tea, and Zuppa Toscana; unbeatable). My sever was Lateia; I ve never had a better server. She is attentive, energetic and charming. A Manager also came by to check each table; nicely done. This was a wonderful visit to a most impressive Olive Garden; Tyler, Texas, is fortunate to have this place.

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants, this location could use a lil tidying up light fixtures above our table dusty, shelving was dusty and glass doors of entrance were smudged, maybe not a big deal to some but I couldnt help to notice.

Ordered take out after a long day of traveling by air then a 2hr drive from DFW. Great chat with the bartender as I waited and she worked. Very disappointed and surprised to finally get home, refresh, sit down and open my food to find the meat burned severely. I lost my taste ad smell with covid but it was so burnt I could smell it. Just threw it away bc I just didn t have the energy to redress and go back.

Ill give this Olive Garden a max rating because I have nothing against them. However, I have a lot against Olive Garden in general. I used to love going to Olive Garden because they had the best menu of any Italian restaurant, and had a wonderful vegetarian selection. Now its the same ol choices, there is no variability, the new menu selections are frequently recycled, and the flavor is no longer tasty. For this location at this time, our server was lacking and paid more attention to other tables and the atmosphere for the time of day (7-8pm) was much busier and chaotic than anticipated. Im honestly at the point where I will refrain from attending future Olive Garden outings as it no longer interests me. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options have greatly diminished over the years and are not clearly labeled. Our server was not helpful with providing information about possible vegetarian choices.

This is the third time this has happened at this location! I ordered the cheese ravioli with some soup. While waiting on the ravioli, it was taking exceedingly long. Mind you, this was on a Sunday night, not very busy at all. After the second update on my food, the waitress informed me that they have my ravioli to the wrong table and they would have to remake it......after I waited so long to begin with! As I said before, this is the third time this has happened at this location. If the staff doesnt care enough to get their orders to the right people, Ill go elsewhere. ESPECIALLY AFTER 3 TIMES!!

Have always loved Olive Garden. Food is consistently good. Recently ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs and asked for 2 extra meat sauce. Was advised I would only get 1 extra with my meal. Hey yall! Love this place. Went for lunch. Had soup/salad. Couldnt eat all my soup... Waitress brought me a fresh bowl to take home plus an additional bowl to have for dinner. Got the chicken gnocchi soup is my absolute favorite. Its like an Italian cream of chicken soup (chicken and dumplings) like my grandmother made. If you have not tried it.. Its a must. If you dont like it they exchange it for your favorite. Lunch was not crowded no waiting. And it was very peaceful and relaxing. Which was very nice since Id just came from the hospital from having a procedure done. My husband had shrimp alfredo... His favorite. Looked yummy. Listen, we had the best waitress Ive ever experienced the other night. I have 4 kiddos and my dear friend I met with has 3 this was the first time in a VERY long time that we got to have a meal with out any distractions. Our waitress Alley and TOP NOTCH. She was extremely helpful, our drinks stayed full, my soup and salad was replenished in a very timely manner, her food was delicious. It was so nice to for once not have to worry about anything of that nature. My friend had recalled coming a different time and having had her as waitress that time and had a similar experience with her as the waitress, so it wasnt just a one off. Shes truly an amazing waitress. We also had a manager come and check on us at the end of our meal to ensure everything was wonderful, which it was. We will most definitely be back and we will more than that be asking for Alley.

Every time I ve ever gone the people have always been so nice, fast, and the food has always been hot and delicious. My biggest problem I ve had with them is when I order a pick up order they sometimes mix up my order but they usually give me a gift card or compensate me in some way for the mistake. What made the meal very enjoyable was our server, Caleb. He was very attentive, accommodating, and personable. Very seldom these days that a server makes an impression on their customers. Vegetarian options: Just order sauces without meat Kid-friendliness: Crayons, kindness, lids, speaking directly to children like actual people (cause they are lol), extra napkins, courtesy during a spill instead of treating them with disgust (it means so much. They are people too, just tiny with poor motor skills and still learning) We had Kenedy, she was gorgeous, kind and treated my daughter with so much respect. I rarely see that kind of respect towards a child. Please give Kenedy a raise for that! Bad service. Waitress was rude Told us we couldnt get salad until we ordered . They no longer have unlimited soup and salad . You only get one bowl of soup . .

My mom and I came to have an early lunch today everything was excellent from being seated immediately, the food , but most of all the waiter was one of the best yet, I was already ready to tip even before we got our food. Andre was very attentive and quick with everything, very nice, we never even had to ask for refills. Keep up the good work Andre with that personality you will definitely go far.
