Worked 12 hours, picked up take out. Asked for lettuce and tomato on the side so the crispy tacos would not get soggy. Well I didnt receive the lettuce and tomatoes on the side and the other plate was just slopped together. The dining room has several dirty tables and luckily I was the only one inside. Sad because the early morning crew is awesome! Will never come for dinner ever again! By the way the tacos were not crispy.

Went thru drive thru ordered a barbacoa on corn tortilla with an extra tortilla, got home and it was on flour no extra tortilla. Call and go make for a remake, please tell me why they took my taco out the bag and reused the meat and put it on a corn tortilla. Then I ask about my extra tortilla, oh I didn t charge you for a extra tortilla, so no extra tortilla, even though I had to drive back to the restaurant to fix my order that the gentleman messed up

The enchiladas mexicanos are fantastic. My dad loved their chicken Verde enchiladas and my step mother loved their lunch plate. Very affordable lunch plate! Did not like their lemon agua fresca but overall loved the food.

Ms Griselda (if I m remembering her name right, I m so sorry) was an absolute blessing, very accommodating, checked up on me regularly but not too over bearing, made sure my food was good, my drinks, everything. I had the Carne Asada Gorditas, with an Arnold Palmer. Fantastic. (I think they hand squeeze the lemonade, could be wrong but it doesn t taste artificial) I ll definitely be back

Food was ok, but cold. and 10 dollar plate and water should not have been 21 bucks at the register! Diss honesty Will always get you a negative response. Because people dont appear to understand Spanish isnt an excuse to over charge or scam. No tip was left to the server since the man at the register got greedy. You sir are the definition of corrupt.

Flautas had no flavor, neither did the refried beans, and the carne guisada was very fatty. The only thing I d recommend is the cheese enchiladas.

The wait time is outrageous. That said. I really wanted to complain further, but the FOOD IS AMAZING. The wait is worth it. This is the best place on this side of town. Im reminded of all the family gatherings growing up with each flavorful bite. I was there around 7, and there wasnt much of a crowd. Still waiting for Amazing food was worth every moment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service was not the best, food was good, but when it came time to pay they told us our total was one amount so we swipe our card and when it come to sign the receipt the total was 5 dollars more than what they said our total was. When my husband asked about it the lady said they charge tax twice. How can you charge taxes twice? So then I look at my bank transactions on my app and they charged us an additional 10 dollars on top of the 5 they had already added without telling us. How many customers are they screwing over and people are just not looking at their receipts.

I used to like this place but their food quality went down so bad . I had Barbacoa tacos on flour tortilla today for lunch . Barbacoa meat was swimming in the water and tortillas were packed they used to make their own tortillas but I guess not anymore . Chips and salsa they gave you was packaged as well. I mean if you can t make your own tortilla or fry your tortilla chips why would you run a Mexican restaurant go open a Tacobell . Very disappointed with the quality of the food .

Drive threw experience is unsatisfactory due to the unpleasant experience they provide. I do not eat very much Mexican food because it doesnt compare with the food in Mexico, just saying For the most part, when Im in San Diego CA and I want Mexican food, I go to JVs Mexican Food on Morena Blvd. But in Corpus Christi Taqueria Mexico Limbo is just as good and reasonably priced Not only is the food great but the staff is informative and friendly. The portions are large. Bring someone or a party of people with you so can order and share multiple items on the menu This is a must go to place
