Beautiful venue . Great place for an event. Only negative was 3 levels of very steep tall stairs . No accommodations for handicapped persons unless the event is all downstairs which is the smallest area because of the bar that occupies most of the 1st floor.

We hosted an event at One Eleven for the American Cancer Society. The place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Eric was easy to work with. We would definitely host another event at this location.

One Eleven 100% lived up and exceeded my expectations for the launch of my Brand Design agency. Eric went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my event a success. He ensured that the rooftop space was enjoyable for my guests as well as took the time to elevate the ambiance by adding colored ambient lighting through out the building. I had Brad Ackland perform for the event and I must say that the acoustics were also very good throughout the building. Without missing a beat, I would recommend this space for a plethora of events. Your guests will have a stellar time! And the added value is Erics superb customer service.

One Eleven is a beautiful multi-level venue that is versatile, yet stunning. Eric and his team do a phenomenal job. My sister and I are a string duo and we enjoyed our time there for their open house this past spring. Highly recommend this place!

10/10 would recommend for your next event!.. the space is very versatile and accommodating not to mention gorgeous. the rooftop views alone sell the place but Eric the owner will guide you each step of the way to help you pull off what ever you envision. our company christmas party this year at Venue 111 was a smashing success and turned out better than I ever imagined.

Eric took such great care of us! From the initial booking process to meeting with vendors, he was so accommodating and answered ALL our questions. Our company event was a huge hit with our employees, who all raved about One Eleven. The rooftop was by far the favorite space We added a few twinkle lights and with all the heaters and fire pits lit, we had no issue with the cold and it was a total vibe! We had activities on each floor which helped with congestion and the flow of all 120 guests.The only challenge was the stairs, which actually werent much of an issue for the event itself, but the setup process. No need to hit up the gym the day of the event. Thank you to Eric and One Eleven for a wonderful experience. Highly recommemd to anyone looking for an event space in Tyler.

The perfect venue for a company Christmas party! We started on the first floor with cocktail hour, then moved up to the second floor for dinner and ceremonies. The best part of the night was the 3rd floor-roof top patio with a bar! We will definitely be using One Eleven again. Thanks to Eric for all the help with getting everything coordinated and set up!

Magnificent venue for my 60th birthday party!! The venue coordinator, Eric, made certain that every little detail was covered and was a great communicator throughout booking, planning, and setup, and even checked in on us during the party. 120+ guests, a live band, a casino party company, full bar (you bring your own, but the bar space is spectacular) and a taco bar, with room to spare - no one felt crowded! And that rooftop with the firepits burning - perfection!!! I couldnt recommend this place enough for private parties, wedding receptions, whatever!! Were already booking for another party next spring.

We hosted our client appreciation party at One Eleven and the venue was a hit! Everyone enjoyed the rooftop bar, and there was plenty of space for multiple photo booths, large decor displays, and a spacious bar that we used for catering and bar service. They were able to accommodate our large party with plenty of seating on each floor, and standing bar height tables as well. We have gotten lots of great feedback from our guests, and would recommend this venue for your next event!

Held an engagement party for friends and family! Its a fun space with 3 floors to create and come up with unique ideas on how to make your event awesome! Rooftop patio has a great view of the downtown square. Eric is a huge help and answers any questions that you have. Would definitely have another event there again, small or large.

Held our yearly fundraiser for Vino for Vets there this year and it was amazing! Beautiful venue! As one guest said best year yet ! Absolutely beautiful venue, all 3 levels. Great space, awesome vibe, and a beautiful view of downtown Tyler on the rooftop. Eric was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. We had the Tyler Young Professionals Network monthly after-hours here and WOW what a beautiful building to host an event in! If you want to host an event with a rooftop space that has a view of the Downtown Square, you have found the right place!
