I cant adequately say how wonderful Esther and her staff are!! We had 6 months to plan and execute my daughters wedding. I started to try to do it myself, but after our first floral appointment, I knew I needed help knowing who to hire. I wanted vendors who would do good work but also wouldnt break the bank. Esther knows those vendors. A couple of months after we booked the florist, they closed their doors...out of business! Esther handled it immediately! She got our deposit back and booked a different florist. She is dependable and efficient. The wedding was amazing! The floral was gorgeous, everything was set up just how we imagined it would be, the DJ was great and the food was so delicious! If there was a problem, I didnt know about it. She made sure the bride and groom were relaxed and the night went so smoothly. Best night ever! Esther is wonderful!!!

Esther is an incredibly hard worker and an amazing person. She is always there for her clients and is very available. She made my wedding day so special and I would not trade her for anyone else because she is the best at what she does.

Esther is an absolutely amazing woman! She loves what she does and is extremely good at it! She s very organized and always helped us stay on task. Everyone always says that weddings are so stressful even with a planner, but we can honestly say ours was stress free from start to finish. You will not go wrong by choosing Esther/PlanIt Events!

I am so glad we chose Plan It! Events to help us with my daughter s wedding!! Esther s organization skills and experience were invaluable. Her vast knowledge of venues and relationships with vendors turned what could have been a very stressful time into a lot of fun. She organized and coordinated visits to venues, florists, bakeries and caterers. Esther met with us regularly providing timelines and guidance. She helped us with save the dates, invitations and wedding favors. She will do as much or as little as you need. One of my biggest concerns was the typical chaos I had heard wedding day brings. However, due to Esther and her team, I was able to enjoy my daughter and her wedding day and not be concerned with last minute details. Esther handled everything with grace and style. We made great memories not only at the wedding but during the planning process. Thank you Plan It! Events and Esther Yeager! You are simply the best.

Esther was the BEST thing to happen to our wedding!! There are not enough positive things I can say about her skills to even do her justice. Going into the wedding planning process can be daunting and overwhelming but as soon as my Mom & I hired her to assist, we knew we were in good hands. She s got a knack of really getting you & knowing what you want for your special day & then executing it in a way that exceeds your expectations ten-fold!! She s extremely professional and organized and such a sweet person. She would meet with my mom and I every couple of weeks just to check-in and keep our planning on track. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does and she ll be as involved as you need her to be. Her experience & knowledge is such a plus as well. She gave fantastic recommendations for all of the vendors we needed to get the job done and every one of them exceeded our expectations!! Her ties to the community are also very evident I can t tell you how many people told us along the way that we chose the best planner in the business. The vendors love working with her as well, because she s so professional & personable. She s very attentive to your budget and lays out your options to achieve what you want on for your day WITHIN that budget. As for the day-of, everything went SO smoothly! Our guests couldn t stop raving about how wonderful & organized the entire wedding was! The only thing I had to worry about was getting married that day because EVERYTHING was so perfect & better than I could have ever dreamed of! If you re looking for someone that can do it ALL look no further! Thank you Esther!!! You are the best!!

Plan it! Events, did a fantastic job as my wedding planner, it was to be a small intimate ceremony and the week before, the guest list doubled. Esther was able in less than a morning to secure a venue with a varied menu appropriate to the original plan and budget, she used the original decorations and made it all come together with such ease. She was there the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly.... including refilling the brides wine glass! I will use her again for any future events.

I am even sure where to start. Esther Yeager and Plan It! Events made my dream wedding come true! Esther helped put together my entire wedding weekend and was amazing to work with. She is so organized and efficient and made everything go so smoothly. Esther made planning my wedding so fun and it is obvious that she loves her job! If you have an upcoming event, I highly recommend Esther Yeager and Plan It! Events. She does day-of coordination to full service planning with extra staff and everything in between. She has great relationships with the area vendors and can make all your ideas come to life. The best decision I made for my wedding was contacting her.

Do not even know where to begin! Esther, is over the top amazing! I work in the wedding business myself, booking my wedding day coordinator one of the first few things I booked for our wedding and definitely worth every penny!!! Esther, we do not know how to thank you enough! You made our day perfect even with all the crazy monsoon of weather! You and your staff were right there every step of the way! Esther did such a wonderful job on everything! She made the day/night go so much smoother than I ever could have imagined. The ceremony and reception sites looked so beautiful. I had many guests and family members comment on how nice she was when they asked about something at the reception. We couldnt have picked a better wedding planner!

We used Esther with Plan It Events and we would not have had it any other way! She was always quick to respond night or day! My family and I could not have done our wedding without her. She made everything so easy for us and scheduled all of the appointments that were needed. She would also come to any appointments you wanted her to to make sure you get the best deal and to make sure that she gets all of the details she needs. We would highly recommend Esther and Plan It Events to everyone for their party/wedding planning needs!

I used Plan It! Events for my wedding. Esther did a fabulous job throughout the entire process to help me plan the perfect wedding for my husband and I. In the beginning, I was unsure if I needed a planner or not, but felt that I did not know enough about weddings to be able to plan one for myself! I am so glad that I found Esther. She helped me navigate the ever changing etiquette and traditions of weddings. She selected great vendor options to help me stay within my budget but that came together to make a beautiful event. She was able to help read my vision and guide me throughout the daunting choices that would have easily overwhelmed me without her. She was so organized that she was able to reassure me of how we were doing with the timeline and was confident of where the to-do list stood leading up to our big day. Having her expertise allowed me to be sure in my decisions and enjoy the planning, rather than stressing over the details. I am so happy with how our wedding turned out and know that it would not have been the same process or event without Esthers help!

Im writing this review as a guest because I was so impressed with Esther, the wedding planner. The atmosphere of the ceremony and reception was very relaxed and fun because everything ran so smoothly, and everything from the flowers to the cake to the place settings was breathtaking. Esther was efficient and kept things running smoothly, but she was so warm and friendly at the same time. She was attentive to the bride and groom and their parents, wanting to make sure they were comfortable and happy. She is very creative and provided some great ideas to the bride and her mother. I would highly recommend Esther and Plan It! Events.

Esther of Plan It! Events planned my fiftieth wedding anniversary party. It was absolutely fantastic. I left it all in her capable hands and she did everything. The (destination) location, buffet dinner, wedding cake, flower arrangements and decorations were perfection. She even had a video of photographs to highlight the events in our marriage...our wedding, children, family, etc. Our guests were so impressed--several mentioned it long after the party and said they plan to use her when they have an event. I would highly recommend Esther for any upcoming event you may have...

Verbal, written and photographic instructions were not followed. I had to rush to fix all decorations. There were several unexpected and unapproved charges. When I asked to discuss some of these issues, there were no apologies - instead she informed me that she had contacted an attorney.
