The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its refreshing that the office works so well together to meet the needs of their patients. Scott Martz, PA and Dr. Pravong really make you feel like they hear your concerns and listen to you. So glad I found such wonderful providers!

Looking to transfer my family to a group of physicians within Texas Health. Was told via phone that maybe one doc would see my 12 and 14 year old. Other docs don t see kids under 16. If looking for family care maybe this family care location will not work.

Stay away from this office! They are just as RACIST as they wanna be! I made it to my appointment 5 minutes late (keep in mind, I echecked in on my phone) and was told they do not take you no more than 5 minutes late! This is my ERY 1ST time ever hearing of this policy! The ora in the room made me feel like I would have been HUNG with a NOOSE if I complained any more! Dr. Latricia Kyle

There is no better care for my family than the staff and providers at this office. We have been seeing Dr Johnson and staff for over a decade and he and his staff are professional, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and above all understanding.

My husband and I have been coming here for a while and no issues, but yesterday I was 2 minutes late past the allowable time and a lead office lady name Lindsey was very rude and unprofessional and said we need to reschedule. I asked her to please ask the doctor to see me and we can cut my time short she said No I will not do that.I lost my doctor visit. She was so concerned about my 2 minutes being late that made me realize this office doesnt care about my health. So I asked for a managers phone number. That manager doesnt takes calls past 3pm. Made no sense. I do not recommend this place at all. Its not about the customers health, but about how late you are to an appointment because life happens. Im moving all my records to another office and not waste my time here!

They do a great job. Just called due to an ear infection. They are able to get me in at 9am. 50 minutes after I called. Efficient. May be pricier compared to others,as I am self pay, but you get what you pay for with them. Alan Martz.

Last October, my husband had an appointment for routine checkup. We paid cash, the full amount we were billed. This is typically 1/2 of total bill, as we have no insurance. Next month, (Nov), we got a bill for $52.50?? Apparently, someone coded something wrong and we got the extra bill. NOT a good way to treat your customers/patients. If someone (in the office)makes a mistake, maybe they should pay the difference?!? So, earlier this week we go in for routine checkup. Had trouble processing my card and when I got home , I xhexked the account. Billed twice... so far, two calls to the office manager and left two messages... still no return call. We love Dr Pravong, she is fantastic, but she might save her business if she gets rid of her current office staff and start over. I have more to say but this is already too long.

I normally do not have an issue with this practice, as I have been a patient for years. I have called over 10x since opening at 7 am to try and get an appointment for today. I am still receiving the office closed recording. I am very disappointed. Usually the customer service isn t too terrible.

LifeTime family medicine has been a life saver! Not only are the doctors extremely capable, caring and skilled but their staff is the most efficient! Youre usually in and out within 30 mins. They are also flexible with hours and usually have walk-ins throughout the day. They can schedule you in as early as 7 am. I was recommended by my grandmother and have encouraged everyone I know to visit LifeTime. It has been great for my whole family. Update: I ve stopped going here. There s been an issue everytime a lab is involved. I somehow end up paying eventhough they say that I wouldn t have to. It adds up and cleans out my wallet each time. Changing my 5 star rating to 3.

The staff was so kind and friendly, they put me at an immediate ease. I was seen in a timely manner, so everyone was very respectful of my time as well. Dr. Pravong was relaxed, positive and encouraging--everything I could possibly want in a family doctor. I am so relieved to find a doctors office which meets all of my needs. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Wright was rude, had no bedside manner, and was very condescending. If I had searched this mans reviews prior to my visit I would have continued looking for another doctor.

Dr. Monica is extremely knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, and cares about her patients long term health. Long Prairie Medicine is also well respected in the community and therefore they stay very busy...However, to respond to the previous reviewers opinion who left a negative review of this Drs office processes, obviously just doesnt yet understand their process. To be clear, they return every call that they receive the next day. I trust and appreciate their service!

I have been going to this practice since I was 16. I usually see Dr Wright or his nurse practitioner. Last summer I was having a lot of pain so i made a 7am appt before work and the office staff didnt even open the door until 7:10ish and Dr Wright ran lab work to test for any arthritis (I guess...he didnt tell me what it was for). I got a call back from the medical assistant a week or so later and they said we cant discuss over the phone we need you to make an appointment. Therefore, I made an appointment and paid a $30 copay just to be told I have iron deficiency anemia. Duh, thats not anything new. So I wasted $30 on that. Dumb. Next time put it in the mail. He then stated he would refer me to a rheumatologist. I called a few weeks afterwards as I hadnt received a call about my referral and the referral lady said oh ya its been here, no one has called you? and she gave me the Drs name and number so I could make my own appointment. I called a month or so after asking for a refill on Ibuprofen and he told me he cant do anything for me anymore and he was referring me to pain management. (Thats a whole other story as that Dr did NOTHING). I then saw Dr Wolfe (nurse practitioner) around the beginning of the new year and she said I had old sports injuries and gave me meloxicam. It made the pain tolerable. She referred me out to a rheumatologist and that is when just 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with lupus. I have since then been in a mental funk and I made an app again with Dr Wolfe (nurse practitioner) and she said I most likely have depression/anxiety from the new diagnosis and Im irritable because the meds Im on make me like that. Therefore she has prescribed me more meds and had to give me a starter kit on one rx. The medical assistant Kevin called me at 320pm today and told me the drug rep dropped off the samples finally. Being I work I at a dr office as well I asked what time they closed. He informed me 6pm. I told him I would be off work by 445pm and Ill be there to pick up my samples. I got there at 445pm and they were CLOSED. Wth? It was 445pm. NOT 6pm. I called to see if anyone was in the building and could let me in real quick....nope. No answering service either. Im starting to look around for a new PCP because my mother in law sees Dr Pravong NO ISSUES but every one I have seen in the last year hasnt seemed to take my health seriously.
