Just her alone will make me recommend this location to everyone I know and this location was very nice and clean and also has trucker parking at the hotel beside it (I m a truck driver) and I would definitely also recommend this location to any truck driver passing through the area!! Love their buttermilk pancakes. Good food and friendly, efficient staff. But now that I eat Atkins/keto I love that they readily substitute to meet my needs. My favorite breakfast is sirloin steak and eggs with summer squash - soooooo yummy! Wait staff is great, especially Robin. Dietary restrictions: I eat moderate low carb, as I am diabetic. They are always willing to make substitutions to meet my dietary limits (I.e. sub sauteed squash for hash browns, etc.).

At first coming here and deciding what to eat with my friend I was saying I was an IHOP girlie. Well Robin and the amazing food changed all of that! I ve never found such amazing customer service and accommodations anywhere! Ive been to my share of Dennys over the years but the one on Hwy 69 in Lindale is by far the best Ive been to in a long time. A lot of this had to do with Robin, our waitress. From the moment my boyfriend and I entered she acknowledged our presence and got us settled in a seat that we preferred. There were no long waits either from the time walked through the door until we sat down and had our drinks ordered. In addition we only had to make eye-contact to get her attention, and she would walk over to see what we wanted. Also she didnt forget or take forever to fulfill our request for things like extra napkins, etc. She also didnt needlessly hover either or interrupt constantly to see if we needed anything else. I might add the food at this Dennys was the best that I have had a restaurant in a long time and it was done exactly the way we ordered it. Robin was also friendly, knew the menu and would help us find exactly what we desired and compare choices that were available. Finally, I want to add she has a good sense of humor and I mean this in the nicest way possible and I told her she was the live entertainment with her wit and disposition. It wont be long before we go back there again. Do yourself a favor and try this Dennys in particular, you will be glad you did!

Everything was great! The food was great! The atmosphere was great! And Robin was FANTASTIC! I enjoyed her commentary and she had excellent customer service! Everything was great until my fiancé spilt my Dr Pepper on me on accident but Robin cleaned it up an replaced my drink quickly an she had me laughing a smiling the entire time. So I recommend going after 3pm to see Robin and have a lovely dinner

Its our only Dennys in Tyler but well worth the drive from anywhere in town. Octavia makes it that way. Shes one of the best waitresses in ETX. So my friend and I were driving around looking to purchase a BLT sandwich for a friend. We stopped here and Robin (waitress),was there to greet us. We asked her if they had BLT sandwiches and she said, My friends, we have tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon, we will make it happen. And what kind of toast would you like that on? We had no intentions of staying to eat ourselves but she insisted we stay for a nice meal, and we did. I went to this Denny s about a month ago and I still can t get over how I felt at this restaurant. Not only was the coffee extremely burnt, the table service could have been better. When I went to leave the lady handed us our change and when we put some money on the table as the waitresses tip while putting my money away at the same time, and before we could finish putting it away she came over to the table grabbed the money and walked off without saying anything. Usually in restaurants you don t grab your tip until the customers have left or handed it to you directly. Absolutely ridiculous.

Walked in the lobby at 4:45am and the young lady playing on her phone with her back turned towards the door quickly took off to the back and left me standing there for about 10min. One of her co-workers alerted her she had someone waiting and she still did not bother to come to the front and tell me they did not open til 5 which I was totally unaware of til I opened this to give review. I thought Dennys was open 24/7. So I drove across the street and got very fast service at Whataburger. Be nice to just be told we arent open yet instead of getting ignored.

I always like eating breakfast at Dennys. I enjoy their coffee, but I wish they would bring back the hazelnut creamer . This one in Jacksonville, Texas, is pretty good. The food there was very good the burgers and the fries that I had got even the breakfast the only thing I had a problem with was the state now they cooked it two done like well done but she gave me a discount on it so everything else was okay so all in all it was a good place to sit down and eat

I cant remember what the girls name was. She had really short blonde hair. But i will say this. She was the BEST waitress Ive ever had in my life. This was a non planned trip, and i didnt have much cash, but if i was traveling with the normal amount of money, i normally travel with i would have blessed her with a couple hundred bucks. It was a weekend, and banks were closed, so i only gave her what cash i had left, which was still about a 30% 40% percent tip. She was so damn friendly. The food was ON POINT, and it was cooked so fast and perfect. We are from Arkansas and will be traveling back thru soon, and i will be sure to stop there again.

This amazing Denny s restaurant is under new management. They have one of the best breakfast menus in the Tyler area! I also give their coffee 5 stars!! The service is excellent and the restaurant looks clean. The ultimate omelette is delicious!

Unfortunately, I will not be back. This is supposedly their version of a $12 salad! SMH. The host was nice but the atmosphere and food is poor. Waste of money. I m glad I didn t dine in because I would have simply sent that food back and declined any further service.

This is the nastiest Dennys Ive ever been to. Our waitress was rude right off the bat. Service here is terrible. What do you expect? Its in a bad part of town... so... you never know. There is a seafood place right up the road thats really nice so I gave this Dennys in a bad area a chance but I wont be back.
