This was an unexpected surprise! My family and I discovered this on our walk on the old railroad walking trail. Our experience was delightful. Great goodies and a cute boutique in the back!

I couldnt finish my drink, and the snack I purchased was subpar. Ill try again because the atmosphere was nice and potentially relaxing. I dont get what they do there, so they have some work being obvious about their products and services. I hope they succeed because the concept is cool. The atmosphere is similar to The Grove, but there isnt a place to hang out, relax, or socialize unless you sit outside. There was no diversity, and they seem to cater to a typical clientele. Ill update when I try it again. I hope my second experience is better.

Bought a massage as a gift & had entered my credit card. They were so non communicative about the fact that they had my card on file but hadn t charged it & asked the person I bought the massage as a gift for to pay. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes for them to tell me that they had the card on file & that they could charge it, even though the person I bought the massage for asked if this was possible. The massage over all seemed to be great but the operations and customer service were inconvenient and could greatly be improved.

Super clean, modern aesthetic and ladies are always inviting and kind, even when I m indecisive about my order. I love getting to make a coffee stop after my morning run, even with my dog on the patio! Great selection of grown up options, and options that my teenage baby sister loves.

The Coco Bean is a gem of a coffee shop! We stumbled upon it while visiting friends in town, and are so glad we did. Dietary restrictions: I was thrilled to see so many options that were gluten and dairy free! Kid-friendliness: They have the sweetest playhouse outside that my little one spent almost an hour enjoying!

My daughter and I rented a bike/scooter and had a blast. Will definitely be coming back! Dietary restrictions: They have lots of healthy options like organic oat milk, herbal supplements you can add in, vegan friendly pastries and more. Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: They have a play house outback for the kids

This might be my new favorite place. I love the peaceful vibe of the outdoor seating (or as peaceful as it gets being quite close to 2493), the handcrafted coffees, and the fact that you can stop right off after biking the legacy trail. There s cozy seating and a fireplace inside for when it s cold and it s a great place to come to meet with a friend. It is quite small, so keep that in mind before inviting a group of more than 4 or 5 people.

Clean, cozy and welcoming. Outdoor seating available right on the Legacy running/bike trail. Comfortable inside seating as well. My wife and I enjoyed a coffee here on a Sunday afternoon after our bike ride. Staff behind the counter got what we needed but personalities didnt match the vibe this place looks like it wants to portray. They were just kinda there. We both had the brown sugar bourbon hot latte (I ordered mine half syrup). Both were VERY sweet. The location and atmosphere will definitely bring me back to give them another try.

Just went to a little family owned jewel called the Coco Bean in a new retail strip nearby the Fresh Marketplace in Tyler Tx. They serve Porch Culture Coffee products, Sola Bakery baked goods, delicious salads, sandwiches and fresh squeezed juices from 1948 in Tyler, and more. I enjoyed a seasonal apple spiced chai tea on the rocks in front of a gas fire pit outside by the trail. If you feel like a bike ride, rent one of their bikes and take a ride! Y all go check it out and support this newly launched family business!

Here s why I recommend this place: First, it s bright and clean with some awesome plants both indoor and out (aloe plans and loquat trees anyone?) they have a small indoor seating space and plenty of outdoor seating. Second, they use Porch Culture beans and Sola Bread pastries so you know you re getting quality coffee and baked goods. Third, the staff is friendly and informative. They had so much patience with the kiddos I brought. Lastly, the location is ideal for many: the student in need of wifi and sustenance, the parent who needs a caffeine fix and a place for their children to play outside in a playhouse, or the couples who need a good date night (they ve got BYOB from 5-8 on the back porch backed up to Legacy trail). Come support a local coffee shop and see for yourself.

The Coco Bean is a sweet little oasis to visit here in Tyler. Cute on the outside and even cuter on the inside. When I last visited, one of the baristas, Elijah, was very friendly and sat down to visit with me between customers. He was attentive and welcoming to me and all customers. Looking forward to heading back soon.

I love good coffee. If you do too I would choose somewhere else. Cold brew didnt taste like actual cold brew, very watered down. Asked for drip, which they didnt have even though advertised. Unapologetically was offered an Americano which I dont care for and is not a replacement for good dropped coffee. The small cold brew my wife got was overpriced at 6.50. The person behind the counter seemed indifferent at best that he had customers. There was a lady interacting with him who appeared to be the owner or manager. She cut across in front of us to talk to the server and also made no gesture towards us of excuse me or anything. Overall a poor experience. There are other very good options in Tyler many close to this location with excellent coffee and fantastic service. I would recommend any of them over this one.
