Honestly the most knowledgeable lawyer that I ve spoken too. So helpful, I m not sure if he has a receptionist on a daily basis but I called him on a Saturday morning and spoke with him directly. Spoke to him about what was going on with my husband and his citizenship status. And we didn t even have to go through him with him, he told us the steps on what to do. 3 simple points that set Jae apart: 1) ever heard of a lawyer who will discuss your problem with you over the phone for free? Now you have. Great lawyer! I had a request for evidence on green card and received it during quarantine. I had been waiting for a response for almost a year and a half already. I was super nervous after the RFE, I didn t want to risk my chances and opted for getting a lawyer. When I found myself in a difficult family situation with my husband, Mr. Lee was the only Texas lawyer I called who supported me, talked to me on the phone and explained the entire process and chances of success. He was quick to answer any questions we had, I do not think we had to wait more than a few hours after sending an email before we received a reply. He set our expectations very realistically and had clear and reasonable pricing. Explained very well all the documentation we would need and was able to provide examples if we were not clear. Jae filed for us in February of 2018 and my husband received his 2yr pr by August of 2018 (apparently this is common for those not married for very long ).
