My wife and I enjoy exploring different coffee shops when we have a family fun day. We ordered the fatty daddy and even though it wasnt what we expected, it was still good. The customer service was great. They also gave a coffee sticker to me since I collect coffee stickers everywhere I go. When were back in Tyler we will come back.

It was nice to find this treasure buried back in the offices by the hospital. Very convenient if your visiting family at the hospital and want to walk there, or want to escape the college campus for a moment instead of fighting traffic and long lines at the other baristas. They had a seating area we used to sit and enjoy our drinks.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Tyler. Its SO GOOD. Ive never had a drink here that wasnt 10 stars. I normally have stomach issues with coffee from other places and dont have to worry about that here! Great quality coffee. They have a Holiday menu that is unbeatable, I cant wait for it this year. I will admit it was the wacky waiving inflatable tube man that caught my eye when leaving one of my mothers many appointments. We decided to drive through for an afternoon treat. Not only was the coffee delicious, the customer service at this place is top notch. Every time I have been, it doesnt matter who is working they take care of you. Its not just walking in and getting coffee it is truly an experience. Its so easy to get caught up in the day to day grind and routine. I ve always had the best experience when going to Jumpshot in the mornings and the employees attitudes always brighten the start of my day. And they ALWAYS make my fatty fatty perfect. Delicious every time. AND I JUST HAVE TO POINT OUT THEIR PUP CUPS my dog had never finished one from Starbucks hardly takes a few licks but DEVOURED his pup cup from Jumpshot this morning when he tried it for the first time. Jumpshot is doing something that Starbucks just isn t these days. They are very conveniently located on my way to work at the hospital as a night shift RN. The coffee is delicious and they are very friendly. I wish we could get them to open their shop in the hospital for the night shift staff. The extra shots of coffee definitely do the work and keep you going. This place has the perfect location! I love that they are right by both hospitals to quickly serve the frontline workers who always need coffee. I also absolutely love that they donate proceeds on Sundays to charity! We need more coffee shops like this! I also absolutely love that they write a different little encouraging message on each hot beverage. Its the little things like that that shows they truly care and it makes my day! THERE IS NO SEATING. There is no where inside to sit, and at the moment they dont have any outdoor tables either. You can go drive thru or walk inside and order but the only option is to take it to go. I would love to see some form of outdoor seating, even if its just picnic tables on the little grass area. There is also limited parking so if you go when its super busy you might have a hard time. Staff was super friendly! They have a great variety on their menu, something for everyone from coffee, tea, and smoothies to unique lemonade and pastries (that are gluten free and some are dairy free). The Fatty Daddy is really good, not too overly sweet, the Carmel adds the perfect flavor. The White Irish Mocha was also very good (perfect for those who like sweet coffee). They also suggested a dirty Hazelnut Chai and it was surprisingly good! The bacon cheddar scone is a must have. I cant wait to go back and try their lemonades!

Checked these guys out on my way into work tonight! I love how conveniently located they are to the hospitals and how they have given new life to an abandoned building. The owner was the one working the drive through window and he was very kind and enthusiastic. Can t wait to go back and try out more items from their menu.

I saw this place on my way to work one day and what caught my attention was the man outside holding the now open sign. He was so enthusiastic about it! I didnt stop by that day because I was on my way to work but did go back with my sister. She ordered the cookies and cream frappe and I ordered the Fatty Daddy and the Strawberries and cream Frappe. The Fatty daddy was delicious, not too bitter and not too sweet. Now for the frappes, my sister and I finished them before we even got home, thats how good they were!! Will definitely be back to try the pastries too because they had already sold out when I went.

Great local business. There have been a few hiccups starting, ie: the intercom being faulty during orders, running out of pastries too quick, etc but those are things any new business can experience. What has impressed me is how they handle each situation. They have been very apologetic and helpful. The owner is very polite as well as the employees. They are also great at making drinks! Twice I gone and asked them to surprise me. Both times Ive enjoyed my drink a lot. Sure the location is a bit weird, but honestly I can overlook that because that location has been empty for years. They have taken an eyesore and made it into a beautiful little coffee shop.

Walked in this morning to try their coffee. The staff was friendly and recommended their signature drink which was the Fatty Daddy. It was very delicious and not overly sweet. I also tried the Quiche and it too was very good! Would definitely recommend and will return.

I work at the hospital down the street and Ive been excited about the prospect of a local coffee shop opening near my job. Tried it today and the cappuccino was good. Met the owner and she was so sweet and personable. My friend bought a salted chocolate brownie for me yesterday and it was fantastic. Period.

This morning I tried a small vanilla latte and my husband tried a medium Americano. It was very mediocre. We couldnt even drink all of it and threw over half of it out and went to a different coffee shop instead. Not very impressed at all. Im all about supporting local businesses but you can definitely get better at other locally owned coffee shops. This place is by far our least favorite that weve tried. The location is also super weird. Its in an old bank building and theres nowhere to sit inside so I wouldnt even bother getting out. Parking is also very limited. They also gave us a cookie to try and we werent impressed with that either and threw it away (usually we love gluten free items). The salted chocolate was just a weird combination. The owner is nice in person but not that great to deal with over the internet/text. We wont be going back.

havent tried you guys yet, but I work nights at the hospital and was hoping for hours till 10 pm for the night shifters. Im sure it would do good business for you.
