We love this place. I always order off of the menu instead of from the ready to order counter. Our food is always fresh and hot! I ordered the Chicken Mei Fun and Fried Dumplings (both pictured). Even when you dine in the food is served in to go containers, which is perfect, because you will always have leftovers. They have nice clean bathrooms as well.

I love the food here but for some reason there customer service has went down and they do not like to give sweet and sour sauce unless you ask for it. Even then they have a issue with that. I came in today and was completely ignored while waiting for the line worker to finish cleaning the line to give a special order until they started to serve another customer that just walk in. There is ONE thing I ABSOLUTE hate seeing here and its the fact that the green beans are openly stored in milk crates about 7 inches from the mens restroom door. Not sanitary at all! 2/1/24 update: The green beans have been removed from by the bathroom door and chairs have been placed there. Dont know if the move is permanent or temporary but I hope it stays that way!

We dined in for the first time visiting this establishment... SUPER pleased because they allowed us to taste before we paid! Not only was the staff very friendly and efficient but the portions sizes were good...not to mention everything I ordered was tasty! I m visiting Tyler for business. I decided to stop here to eat for the first time, I have to say that the food is awesome. I ordered a 3 entree plate to go. I have to say that I am glad that I decided to eat here. They give you a lot of food and the prices are pretty cheap. Thank you so much. Whenever I am in Tyler, I will definitely stop here to eat. I have been here several times before but I always did take out. But today I decided to sit and have lunch just to pass time, that was the biggest mistake I made today. The staff was rude had my food all over the place on my plate. The drink I had was awful. And the most biggest disappointment was that when I went to the bathroom and came back out to return to my table where I left the rest of my unfinished lunch on the table where I had already thrown away what I didnt want to take with me, in other words I had leftover I wanted to take with me that I did not get to finish up eating, the staff threw away my drink and my lunch. Thats the most disrespect I have ever seen . As small as this place is I know that currently someone saw me go into the bathroom and knew I had not exit from the building. Never will I return again. I am a fair person and I definitely know what is right and what is wrong. Being a business owner you are supposed to treat your customers with respect. You cannot pick or choose who you want to treat disrespectfully unless they are being disrespectful to you and or your place of business. Very DISAPPOINTED.

I dont normally give reviews but Im glad I dont pay any attention to those posting reviews with no reasons why they gave 1 star so I just ignore those posts! I ordered pans of food for a birthday party, orange/Teri/mushroom chicken, vegetable fried rice, vegetable rolls, crab Rangoon, egg foo young and it was DELICIOUS The flavors were ONO and everyone wanted to know where I got this food from. The pans were FULL, the order was ready on time and the owner made special arrangements so we could pick it up early. We ate there a couple of days before my big order, the people are friendly and the restaurant is clean. This is my new place to go to for Chinese food!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I do not like the owner or how he operates himself. He asks unnecessary questions that comes off as making fun/condescending more than trying to make a joke. Hes kinda close to acting like a scammer- upping the price of something after his one of his employees already said the price. I came in one day hoping one of his employees would stay on the register but as soon as i got to it he had to get on. Other than that, the food is mid. My family usually depend on the sweet sour sauce to eat their food sonit shouldnt bee too mad. The mushrooms are a no.
