Imagine it raining and thundering and storming and you thought you found somewhere safe to get out of the elements even briefly. Then, some security guard makes it seem like it s a federal crime for staying over a hour in inclement weather that was strong enough to knock out the power in my house. With baggage (a backpack). I m glad we have brave security guards to protect the mediocre artwork from the vicious loiterers of the night. If you want to be somewhere downtown where they ll send you out into the soaking rain to die, please visit this place! Otherwise, better accommodations are probably available at the smith county jail tbh.

So sitting inside your building to fill out job applications is considered loitering. Okay Loiter-verb. To stand or wait around idly or without apparent purpose. Completing job applications seems pretty purposeful to me

Had to go here for some business. Right smack in the middle of Tyler on the square and super easy to find. The only negative is parking is horrible because you are literally in downtown Tyler businesses, the courthouse, and other legal buildings. Regardless of that I was able to find a parking spot and even though it was metered, it only cost me 25 cents because I knew I would be there very long. Found the building and the office that I needed. Was in and out within 10 minutes and had all my business taken care of.

I had Family visiting and brought them to Tyler then decided to go to Andy s and the Coffee place and, the establishment s cleaning crew and security was very disrespectful and rude about using bathrooms. Even after we showed we were customers they wanted to take slips and receipt for bathroom usage. Nettle to say they had us escorted off the property for bathroom pases. We spoke to the management team of this place and even after the situation was explained they decided to not do anything. If you have children or have a lot of people with you expect to have issues using the restrooms.

This building has a lot to offer. There are a lot of public amenities, including connected coffee shops, frozen yogurt shops, a bar, public meeting space, art galleries, and the citys souvenir shop. The office spaces include a great view, as well as multiple private meeting spaces and game rooms. I only wish there were more bathrooms on the lower level.

While in Tyler on business, I had the opportunity to check out Plaza Tower and the planned renovations. WOW! The new owners vision is ABSOLUTELY what downtown Tyler needed! Renovation for success whilst honoring the buildings history. What a breath of genuine, fresh air! Alyx in leasing office answered all my questions, from square footage pricing to the offerings at Jack Ryans (the beautiful restaurant located on the main level). The customer service and attention to detail can only be described as outstanding! For someone being in the corporate world as long as this reviewer has, the opportunity to utilize the words, outstanding and customer service has been rare, which is exactly what is found at Plaza Tower, rare, genuine and professional. If you are looking for a place your business can call home, project success and you WANT to come to every day, Plaza Tower should be your only consideration!

I have worked in The Plaza Tower building for a long time and I have been extremely happy with the new ownership and management. They are so kind and personable. They are always asking me how everything is going and to contact them if we have any issues. I look forward to the innovative ideas and transformations they have in store for the charming Plaza Tower property. Look what they did to the Petroleum Building!
