Love their cake pops. Moist and delicious! Have heard a lot of good things about their bagels but they are too firm/hard/dry for my taste and I always need them to be softer. Service is always good. Their baristas seem really chill! One of their baristas once suggested adding chocolate milk to my cold brew. I tried it and liked it! It is a bit heavy on those whose stomachs tend to be a bit more sensitive but can be drunk once in a while, here and there. I am not a coffee person so I cannot comment on their drinks but I can comment on their chocolate covered espresso beans. I love them so much, I have purchased 8oz and 16oz cups of them! Highly recommend trying those.

Seem like these girls were more interested in my husband since he had a company work truck and it took 4-5 girls to stand in the drive thru window to take his 2 coffee order then once I leaned up and mention everyone must be thirsty today they all scattered not once greeted me the blond just focus on my husband until I made my comment ..come on now girls .. be respectful.. good lesson to learn ..it was quick service though I m not satisfied with the dis respect of that was visually shown until I reacted with my comment

Whenever I visit this establishment, Im always impressed by the speed and deliciousness of their drinks. Dont let the lines intimidate you; they move swiftly. They are usually consistently good. The service is fast and the people are nice. I took off a star because the last 3 times we ordered the service was very slow and the people at the window were rude. I am thinking maybe there was a staff change or the younger ladies havent had training in how to interact with customers yet. Either way I think the drinks taste amazing and stay consistently good regardless of the other things.

This is the same drink Carmel Hazelnut one was made wrong (with regular milk), the other was made with almond milk as requested. As soon as I drove away, the drinks were separating. The taste is disgusting. A few days ago I got the Mexi Moca. They all taste the same and have this separation of the drinks pretty fast. This place is not what it use to be. Back to CPL Rays for me. I hate throwing my hard working money away on disgusting beverages. But these will go to the trash. There is no way to enjoy these. The taste is just unbearable.

Very much pleased with the three drinks I got. One was the frozen hot chocolate for my daughter and it is very chocolatey without being overly sweet. My second drink was a caramel mocha, which at home I used to salted caramel creamer, so I was very much pleased. The third drink I got was a vanilla mocha and that too was very tasty. Definitely will be returning .

Didnt really taste the coffee in my drink. I had ordered a vanilla latte, but didnt really taste the coffee. Milk was super hot, took me a while to be able to drink it. Cup had a sleeve on it and still was too hot to hold. Service was good.

DO NOT TRY ON THE WEEKEND!! This place is great! I like it easy better than Starbucks. The coffee has a good, strong flavor that is not overpowered by the added flavors. Flavor is perfect, not too sweet. Really excellent. HOWEVER - whoever they have working on the weekends sucks! I got a latte a couple weekends ago and it was like they forgot to mix it. Today, not only was all the caramel on the bottom, it was luke warm and the espresso was weak. It was horrible. So if you want to try for yourself, I strongly suggest going M-F.
