When you go in you sign an agreement that they are not liable if somebody gets hurt in there yet they have no rules about kids fighting in there there were so many different kids fighting in there it was unbelievable so they are very unprofessional its kids running the business instead of responsible adults they need to put some rules up children should not be in there fighting each other

Its great for older kids like 2 grade on unless you dont mind following your smaller children around . The snack bar takes forever unfortunately and not very secure as far as a child could walk out . We enjoyed our time there though .

Had my child s birthday party there on 9 1-24, ver dissatisfied. Paid for a private room/host, room was suppose have TVs and it did not. There was no extra seating for adults, the AC wasn t working, when asked about AC they said we don t control that. The host made minimal appearances. An employee cussed at my son, manager on duty did nothing about it. I was told to come pay, so I walked to the front and waited over 10 min for the manager to come take payment, host went to tell her again I was waiting to pay, then the host comes out and says I guess you can go back to the room she isn t coming out right now, the room had already been cleared out because we were told our time with the room was up. My children s grandparents had to miss party of my daughter s party because of the heat in there. Absolutely the most waste of money ever spent on a party. I absolutely will not spend another penny at this establishment.

It takes an act of congress to cancel this stupid membership. They cannot do it in person, but they can sign you up in person. They got rid of the crack tickets and offer cold stale popcorn. My kids are homeschooled and they are not open until the evenings so it s useless for us to have a membership because we have other obligations in the evenings.

disappointed that there is no consistent supervision on the middle obstacle course, and no rules being followed nor enforced, suppose to have 1child at a time go thru, and not just lay in balls that prevents kids turns, and when employees walk by, they don t enforce or just ignore them. i go consistently with my child and she loves the course but almost always there is an issue with other kids not following rules and employees not enforcing rules.

Got there and the warrior course was closed so they could deep clean it. Why in the world would you do this on the last week of summer!? Cmon, wait till school starts. Then, our kids were trying to do the zipline thing n it literally took 25 minutes for them to get harnessed n sent down. The two worker girls were busy chatting n occasionally tightening a harness strap. I even went up to see what was happening n stared at them, but they just kept chatting away. When my kids got done, they were recounting the conversation about their boyfriends. Its super expensive n not very clean. We will not come back again.

Update to 4 stars: My kid loves it first of all and they have a great midsummer deal right now. And all the staff so far have been really nice! Also one of the staff just checked my kids height for the zip line which I really appreciate them checking things like that! Ok since we have come so much in the last few weeks, I have seen such an improvement on staff coming out and hanging around certain spots to help guide and watch all these kids. And every staff member has been very nice. However I could recommend for safety, please, get more bright lights. Especially in key areas like the big climbing area. You can t see your kid in there. This is not a dance club where grownups are trying to meet up and don t want to be seen as well! Haha! I mean seriously kids can get hurt if they can t see and then we can t see them if they do. I truly don t think there is any emphasis on cleaning. I mean you take a risk anywhere you go, but it feels pretty sticky and unkept. It truly is a fun place for kids but if they would increase lighting in certain areas and clean better this would increase in awesome status!

I always take the kids early before it gets crowded. The staff at the ticket desk was really good. Staff out on the floor not so great. At times they would run chasing each other playing. I was afraid at one time they were going to run over the little kids.

I ve been to urban air plenty of times but this was my first time at the Tyler location and it was the absolute worst. My son is only going to turn 4 one time and urban air ruined it. Our party host was terrible, lacked customer service skills, and complained to us about how she only makes $2.14/hour and gets paid off of tips. They were out of some of the items that the package included and we had to consistently ask for water, plates, utensils, and details. The party packages are simply not worth it and the service of the party host doesn t compensate. You re better off just taking them to play. We may never visit this location again.

Saturday 6/29/24- we have been to location a dozen times. This time was the worst. I have never seen the place so dirty and torn apart. The wippit has been taken out, 1 of the flyer machines was not operational, dirt chunks were everywhere! Dirt all over the trampolines and chunks of mulch or foam everywhere. It looks like it hasnt been vacuumed, wiped down, or sanitized in months. Very disgusting and in need of repairs. Waiver computers not working, staff not watching in key areas, bathrooms smelled and dirty. Dont waste your money unless your willing to risk your health.

The restaurant is a joke. One guy working it and was a fifteen minute wait to order. Kids were cutting in front of us and the worker was waiting on people sitting at the counter before those waiting in line. Then it was going to be 3-5 minutes for more popcorn. Had to wait in line again to get our popcorn. Two thumbs down. The trampolines and workers there are on point.

I took my 3 grandkids to Urban Air on Saturday. I paid extra for the unlimited ropes course and zip line. Unfortunately the ropes course was closed for at least 1 1/2 hours of the 2 hours we were there. My granddaughter even asked a staff member if it would be open because she really wanted to do it. When they finally opened it she was getting harnessed up for her turn when they announced that our time was up and the person running the rope line would not let her do it. Instead they made her take off the harness and leave. When you pay for unlimited, you expect it to be open so they kids can actually use the unlimited. While they had a good time they were all very disappointed not to be able to get the full experience.

We used to love coming to Urban Air when pur daughter was little for the toddler time jumping on Friday mornings. We even had one of her birthday parties there in 2019 but lately every time we visit the facility is so understaffed and disgustingly dirty we find we dont ever want to come back again. During our visit yesterday we saw a fingernail in the climbing jungle gym and a dirty Bandaid, amongst tons of dust dirt trash and other filth. The apex trampolines had cheetos spilled all over the place and again, pieces of the mats, trash and other debris. It looks dirtier every time we go. Whoever reads this review - managers - please do something! People considering visiting beware it is so dirty. Not sure they ever clean this place, much less sanitize it.

This establishment is understaffed! You have to wait in line 20 minutes to pay $100 for 3 kids to play. Then the kids have to wait 10-15 minutes in line to get a drink at the concession stand. The bathrooms smell terrible and are filthy. I told the staff about the bathrooms and on hour later they still are filthy. The floor is covered in food and trash. The entire place is dirty.

Kids were having fun until the bigger kids started to run over them and do what they wanted without any concern for the smaller ones. Areas are supposed to be monitored but when the employees monitoring are the same age and friends with the kids doing the damage they dont care. When manager was spoken to she didnt seem to care about the issue either and brushed it off. When kids get their jollys picking on kids less than half their size thats an issue.

They typically open at 10 on Friday, this week they changed those hours and we didn t realize it. Which wasn t a big deal. We came at 12 and walked in and they told us they weren t going to open till 1 and to come back then. At that point we saw a guy working on their zip line. We left and came back at 1:10 and the door was locked. We called and the lady said they were working on their zip line and no one could come in till they were done. I asked why we weren t told to call or come back later when we came in at 12? No answer. Then I nicely asked for her to give me an idea of how long, 5 minutes, 5 hours? Anything. Her response was, I have no idea how long it ll be, but you cannot come in until we are done. So we left and headed to ijump.

Only 4 this time because an hour and a half before closing my kids were excited about a snack and....? Sorry I didnt make any of the snacks you get with a snack ticket, and all the rest Ive already put away. No offers for a substitute, just stood there with a blank look. Thankfully the kids decided to just get a drink or water and go back to playing. Somewhat disappointing visit after quite a few. 10 minutes till close, I understand. But an hour and a half?
