Positive side of the review: Shea and Alyssa R. Are amazing and had great customer service and were incredibly friendly. It was my daughter and I first time there and we will definitely be having her next birthday there as long as these two are there!! Negative: my husband got HORRIBLE service from a bartender and the drinks were just GROSS! Nicole was on her phone a LOT and kept flirting with a boy and his friends at the bar and seemed to care more about the little boys there than the actual customers . Its always a hood time when I go the food is really good the atmosphere is great and the lady at the fast food area I think her name was Brianna she was really nice and sweet and made she I got everything I needed.the manager Collin definitely helps me out everytime also the African American manager with the shaved head hes really nice abd has awesome customer service so 10/10 for me keep it up guys . My kids had a great time upon arrival. We were a bit confused because this was our first time visiting this place however, the lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. She explained everything about the main event and all the games and fun s that are available for kids, so it was very easy to Get access through the kiosk. It s a little bit expensive but it s a lot of fun. They have so much fun games for kids. They also have laser tag. However, people who have medical implants inside their body should avoid laser tag,I wish they had a warning signs about that or any kind of information displayed outside. The wait time for bowling is very high we waited about three hours and still were not able to play so we had to cancel the bowling. Some of their games are bit slow. The manager was very kind and very helpful. Very soft-spoken guy. He helped us do the refund, the winners get amazing prizes. Winners Store is very good. They have very unique toys for kids. The food is extremely delicious. We loved the pizza the wings the french fries and the drinks were too good very nice and clean place and also very safe place for all ages not only kids, but we as an adult. We had a great great time and we are surely going to come back here. Thank you.

I spend $2000 total for this event. I have hosted several events with Main Event in the past 10 years at the Sugarland location. This location was a first given this was a family event. The preparation and planning of this event the day of by hostess was horrible and a bad experience. I had no hostess. My event started late an they tried to rush. Food was not refilled prior when requested but was advised when reminding the team after 20 mins where is the food that they could not be refilled. Spending $2000 on the event without 31 guests and no hostess was horrible. There was one manager Shunn or Shannon and Demertis was kind enough to assist since I had so much complaints and issues. Several game cards for my guest was not working and the service desk refuse to help my guest. My family was excited to attend the event we were hopeful this event would lead to others every month for the family. But to the horrible services and lack of concern that will not happen. In addition I requested to add meat to my quesco upon arrival for my guest. It was never added after an hour of receiving the quesco they brought the meat on the side. Guest had ready finished the food and they still charged me for the cold meat. Wheelchair accessibility: Was happy they had rap for the handicap. Had family members in wheelchairs.

I just went to celebrate my cousins birthday at main event and it was the worst experience ever. One point in the night we had a designated time to play laser tag. At first everything seemed fine until the workers started talking to us. they seemed very uninterested and like they didn t want to work there. Once we got inside to listen to the instructions some people accidentally touched the equipment before we had to and one worker said why can t people just listen . I understood that they told us but there s no need to say it in a rude and arrogant way. After that, a mother of a child came up to another worker and asked for help to tighten the vest and the worker said the instructions were on the tv, you should have been paying attention. So I got involved and told the worker to fix her nasty attitude and to be kind to the mother. I had felt her rude energy from the beginning. i also mentioned that the mom didn t speak english so she didn t understand the instructions and another worker said then learn english. that is extremely ignorant and clearly she needs to be educated. There is no reason i should go to a place and then being treated as less than. There were three workers involved in this story. One was a black guy with dreads, another one was on the bigger side and it was a girl and another one was a short skinny girl with fake lashes. I share this experience because i hope no one has to experience this inhumane and racist treatment again. I hope they are held responsible and learn from there actions.

Came here for our nieces birthday party. The service was good and on point, I believe her name was barbara, we also met the manager Todd, he came around and introduced himself and just was friendly will definitely be back! The food was hella salty- we did have pizza wings and fries but SALTY. Other than that our experience was good

SO FUN!! This place has it all! I came with my three kids while another was with a birthday group. The staff here is beyond awesome. So kind and helpful! Manager Nicole was super welcoming, came over to greet my family, and answered all my questions. Our first visit today certainly won t be our last! 10/10 would recommend!!

The most unorganized service ever! Over $500 for a 2 hr bday- all that was agreed on call was wrong-deposit not applied, bowling not reserved for the entirety, food not served on time, attendee not following time to get kids to activities, horrible service with random extra charges. Never again!

We always bring our children to this location! It s out of our way, but the drive is worth it. We always bowl and have our meal and you will never be disappointed with the food and service. They go above and beyond. Julieta is our server and make sure our drinks are always filled and comes to make sure we don t need anything. Todd the manager came by to make sure everything is great and makes sure we are pleased with our service.
