Dave helped me setup my business in Texas and he has also setup my will, advanced medical directive and more. His offices have given me advice on immigraiton issues for my wife as well. The Law Offices of David Leon was quite literally a life saver after the loss of my mother. She didnt have a will and I had NO clue what to do. I googled probate attorneys in Dallas and Davids firm popped up pretty close to the top of the list. The responses from the firm were quick and helpful. The first call I had with David I was given a to do list and scheduled a meeting to sign documents. That to do list was the MOST HELPFUL thing that I had throughout this whole process and I still look through it even though I have crossed off all the steps. It walked me through every step I needed to get through my probate hearing, and all of my mothers stuff. I was given direction from Davids team in the most difficult moment in my life. They were professional, kind, and even made me laugh a few times (which was needed). I know that Davids firm handles more than just probate cases, and they have a lot going on however, I felt like there was individualized attention to me and my case anytime I needed them. I never felt rushed to do anything, and there wasnt pressure to hire him after my initial phone call. I was tasked with assisting my mother-in-law with her probate case and was unsure where to begin. After encountering unhelpful lawyers and getting the runaround, I found David. His online reviews were promising, so I decided to reach out. David personally called me and provided an almost consultative review over the phone. When I brought my mother-in-law to the office, he had staff available for Spanish translation, which was crucial for her. I was not aware of information from my own lawyer that Mr. Leon easily confirmed in seconds, what I didn t understand for years. This is at 7-8 pm and didn t bother him to check this for free!! I didn t think he would check what he did on his own and at this time without asking me for a dime. I found David on a Google search for a Probate attorney. I was able to start a text message through his Google account and I like smart people who are keeping up with marketing and technology. I eventually connected with him by phone and he spent 30 minutes with me reviewing my situation and gave me a lot of advice and did not charge me anything. Dave has been the most helpful and knowledgeable person I ve dealt with in this past year. I thought I had everything handled and good to move forward after my fathers death, but when I found out I didn t, Dave answered all of the many questions I had, he was very responsive by phone, text and e-mail, and he was on board, ready to ride the waves with me. And these were some gigantic waves. Thankfully, the easy stuff was already taken care of, but I know that I wouldn t have been able to arrange documents for probate court or clearing a lien on my dads property. I was on an extremely short timeline to have everything completed, as I was buying a home of my own, but who would have known that having a property quit claimed with a hefty lien to you would hurt the process. Dave didn t hesitate and was always one step ahead of me. He played hard ball with the OAG, and even though we didn t win as big as we wanted to, we still won- and that counts! Mr. Leon is an outstanding attorney, i needed information about getting my moms property signed over to me, he gave me all the information i needed to begin the process. When i was ready, he did everything that he could do in a couple of weeks (i took a week to get papers notarized), had i not taken a week im sure he wouldve finished everything on his end in three days. What other attorneys said was impossible to do Mr Leon made it happen. Although we dont live in the same city he was able to execute absolutely everything that was requested with no problems at all. I text a number on his website that says to text. This was on a Thursday morning. I got no response until the following Monday morning. I received a text from Anna. Asking for info. I couldnt have been more pleased with David Leon and his firm of extremely pleasant people. He went out of his way to help my family and I in every way possible and made the probate process after my Grandmothers passing go as timely and as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend David to any of my friends and family.
