My husband and I went to this spot once since we were hungry and far from home! The chicken was so good, we went home and couldn t stop thinking about this fried chicken, we came back days later. The second time was the same thing. Golden crispy well-seasoned juicy fried chicken lol We loved it. Best fried chicken we have had since living in Houston, TX. We bought wings too but we ate it before remembering to take pictures

The lady at the front was very disrespectful. I have came to this location a couple of times and have never felt this uncomfortable before, I asked a question and instead of saying respectfully that she does not know, she spoke in such a rude manner and was showing lots of attitude. I asked her what fried okra was and she said disrespectfully, Okra is Okra, I don t know . Her tone and attitude sounded like she was working forcefully. I used to love this place but after her attitude today, I would definitely not suggest anyone to come to this place

The lady at the drive through was so lazy. I asked for the orange sauce for the seafood. I spent $41 she she acted like she did not know what I was talking about. She said they had ketchup and tartar sauce in the bag already I said, what about the orange sauce for the seafood that all Louisiana is known for she said they are getting some more tomorrow all of a sudden . I also ordered fish tacos. They had the orange sauce all over the fish tacos. she basically did not feel like making me a couple of containers of the sauce. They did not have any customers whatsoever. So they were not busy at all.

CLOSED- This is out 2nd time coming here. It is Sunday 4.00pm and last time we came few weeks ago on Wednesday 8.00pm. Both times it was closed. There was a sign on front door to indicate that only. They need to update their timings on the web. We drove from far only to see the same notice again. Disappointed.

My frist time visiting a LFFC and Seafood. place was clean. cook fixed my fish beautifully, but no season on the fries, no fork to eat with. The soda machine needs to be changed. The husband and I order from this location often. The food has been cooked to order lately for safety reasons which is great. However, I got deathly ill this past weekend after eating from there. I had shrimp fried rice and 2 chicken wings and started to feel sick before I could even finish. I was not sick before eating and I havent been able to tolerate anything solid since...and today is Monday. I did a virtual doctors visit and I am being treated for food poisoning :(...be careful.

When this place first opened it was wonderful but now everything is just going downhill. When i first bought mashed potatoes here i could tell they were fresh and had butter and it had the red skins. Now ive returned and these have gotta be instant mashed potatoes,totally disgusting. The red beans and rice have no flavor. I think they had biscuits for a week and now their serving grocery store sweet rolls. The french fries have even changed. Nothing is consistent at this place ever. I never know what im going to get that day. And i have given so many chances hoping for better.Whoever owns this place better do something real quick because you will not make it like this.

I have really been trying to support this store because they are in my neighborhood and their freshly prepared stuff is pretty good, but their customer service has been really frustrating as of late. I usually order from their website and pick it up, but there always seems to be a problem. I would NOT use the Menustar thing attached to their website. When there were problems, they didnt really try to provide a resolution. It was almost like they were surprised they had any business at all.

People make this place look bad like a guy name raza abdi and some lady name Jackie but Raza came in at 9:30 when we were closing and asked for everything fresh and we gave him everything fresh, he told us to leave little opening in the chicken box because he live far away from us but yet he makes a review complaining about the stuff was old. Of course its not gonna taste fresh if you live far away from the resturant. You wouldnt wait over 10 minutes (because thats how long chicken takes to cook) if it wasnt fresh.

Poor customer service experience my first and last time. Food quality is poor, and incredibly spicy. I asked for original not spicy, she said they only had original and not spicy. Some of us couldnt eat it due to excessive spiciness. Called manager, he wasnt apologetic and explained that their original is spicy. Nevermind that we bought food that we couldnt eat under the premise that it would not be spicy. No offer to refund or make it right. Flies in kitchen visible from drive through. Major management problems here. They are always out of basic things such as ranch and fried okra. Came thru drive thru at 1105. No one answered. Drive to the window and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They open at 11. Sat at the window for 10 more minutes on my 30 minute lunch break, before getting my food and was the only customer. Lady was rude and kept closing the window in my face when I would ask her for things. Wont be back. Edit: I asked for their signature sauce that was supposed to come with the tenders and surprise they are out of that too. Also, the rude lady at the window was a manager. This food was terrible. The fried chicken was so over cooked and dry. The wings werent even edible because they were cooked down to nothing basically. The green beans had that frozen squishy texture to them. The mashed potatoes were soupy and tasted like instant potatoes. The red beans and rice just had no flavor. And lastly the biscuits were hard as a rock.... we will never be getting food from here again. The only thing that was okay was the chicken tenders.
