I highly recommend Michael! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and gave us great guidance along the way. He helped us put together a fair offer, negotiate repairs (he is very handy himself so did a great job walking us through the inspection report), and worked well with our lender and the selling agent along the way. Michael went above and beyond in helping us find our second home in Buda, Texas. His expertise, experience , knowledge of the area together with very helpful info on New Construction Builder communities made our decision quick and easy. He helped us navigate and gave regular video updates of the construction since we were out of state in CA. After our close, he also recommended multiple vendors for the interiors. I highly recommend Michael, if you are looking to buy a house. We were moving from abroad and had a very limited time in Texas to find a house. Michael helped us quickly narrow our search and find a great house. He walked us through the process and gave us realistic expectations from the start. He made sure the process moved smoothly by keeping in close contact with the listing agent and title company. Michael is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. In addition, he is very responsive and quick to answer questions across email, sms, phone calls, etc. He is very open about what he knows and doesnt know. Whenever he didnt know an answer he would always find out or point me to someone who can answer the question. When you are buying a house, you need someone who will give you straight answers and keep track of the details. Michael did that perfectly. We couldnt have bought a house without him.

Thank you Michael so much for finding us the perfect home. Michael Martin is a fantastic realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the housing market in Austin/Buda. He has great rapport with listing agents, which made placing an offer and getting it accepted a smooth process. He has been very helpful through the whole home buying process, especially because we are not local. We recently bought a house in Austin using Michael as our agent. He was absolutely one of the best agents I have worked with. He worked tirelessly representing us every step of the way. His response was always prompt - email, text or phone call. He went above and beyond our expectations helping us every step of the way which put us at ease especially since we were from out of state. We bought our investment property through Michael in Austin. Throughout the process his professional attitude and communication has been nothing less than 5 stars. At every step he has gone beyond what was required of him. We were out of area and were not present in Texas, Michael took care of everything and kept us informed of the progress through out.
