I met Mark with Pristine Clean from a friend. I m thinking about selling my home but was concerned that my roof looked old compared to many neighbors who had theirs replaced. He said it could look new again. Overall I didn t quite believe him. For very little $$ my roof looks just like my neighbors. It s really amazing. Thank you!!

It took me awhile after communicating with Mark, to schedule the Cleaning. But I wished I hadnt. The Roof is less than 10yrs old and was becoming very moldy. Now it looks like new again and my driveway is the cleanest its ever been. It definitely helps with the Curb Appeal. Mark is awesome, he will schedule asap and he lets you know when hes starts and completes along with some photos and comments. Ill definitely call him again.

The construction on our street has been done for a few months so we wanted to get the dust/dirt/whatever cleaned off the roof/brick/windows/drive and walk. I have a wooden fence that was old, faded and ugly looking. I spoke to Mark about power washing and then staining it. He quoted me a very reasonable price and set a date for service. A few days earlier than expected, Mark called to see if I minded them coming earlier because weather had shifted his schedule. I agreed and they came that day. In a nutshell, they were able to power wash and stain the fence in a day and it looks fabulous. They are hard workers and very conscientious about doing a good job. I was extremely pleased with the results and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

So we are in the process of selling our home. After doing a bunch of work to get ready to list, our real estate agent recommended that we pressure wash our stone paver driveway, the wood ceilings over our patio, and travertine pool deck. I wasn t excited about having to do more work.... I m sure glad I did! I could hardly believe the difference that the work made. Really made the home show like new!!! OMG I cant recommend them highly enough!! Mark did a FABULOUS job cleaning my roof and driveway, and even washed my patio furniture as well! After he finished, he walked through everything with me and informed me I had algae on my shingles... this could have been a HUGE expense if it had been let go on much longer. I cant be grateful enough for the job he did - CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Mark showed up when he said he was going to. Did an exterior low pressure clean on my house and was able to get all the red dirt staining off of the siding. He gave me a price and it did not change and there was no well I had to use extra chemical blah blah blah . Very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use him again in the future.

He answered right up when I contacted him. He advised that he would be at my home on a certain time. He contacted me to let me know he was enroute and showed up when he said he would. My house has a limestone exterior that was dirty and never professionally cleaned. After he cleaning it, it looks like it did when we first moved in. I manage a multifamily development in The Heights, we experienced a leak during the freeze and had to drain our sprinkler system. There was unsightly rusty water stains across the main enterance of the property. Mark showed up on short notice and made the front of the building look better than new, he was able to remove stains and paint from the concrete that other companies were unable to in the past.

I honestly never write reviews on companies but I couldnt not share the great experience that I had with Mark and Brett. They were very professional and thoroughly explained what services I needed and why. Ill be honest, I had no idea of the issues that we were having with our roof and how bad it was. My driveway and patio look restored as if it were the first day the house was built. Not only that but the soft wash they did on my roof will extend the life of the roof and because of the techniques they use it will not effect my warranty (I did a lot of research before actually hiring them). If I recommend anyone in the area it would definitely be them!
