Im so frustrated with this place. Its a beautiful venue but dont let that fool ya. There manager Cindy is terrible. Oh she was ok nice while showing me the place, but wanted to make sure I understood she would contact me and me not contacting her first. Its been over a week still have not heard from her. I tried calling several times at different times of the day, but no answer. All she had to do was just tell me if 3 dates were available. She was right there at her computer to check the calendar. She seemed bothered that I was disturbing her ice-cream break. This place would have been great for my mothers 80th birthday, but later after seeing all the horrible comment reviews about these incompetent mean managers, I realized its probably best not to use this venue. I dont understand people, you work in a hospitality job but you ack like you dont like people, or dont like helping people or just basically hate their jobs. It just doesnt make sense. I believe they pick and choose who they want rent to use this venue. I figure its probably best to find another location then to deal with issues during the process of planning. I know myself and Im not the one to allow someone to miss treat me. I will go over there heads to make a complaint. Save yourself the trouble, dont waist your time.

managers are the worst here. my family was trying to get this place for a birthday and we haven t gotten a response from anyone even after we met with cyndi. making a report to the higher ups soon. don t fall for this place just because it looks nice. Please read the reviews before wasting your time and money

Very disappointed by the response from management. I called within business hours to ask questions about potentially renting the venue for my wedding. I was informed the person in charge of rentals was not present and they could take a message and call me back. They called me several hours later and left a voicemail. I was working and called back 20 minutes later to find out the specific person had gone to lunch. I asked when would be best to follow up and was told in a hour. When I called back more than an hour later the specified person had still not returned. I informed them I would be heading into work shortly and could try back later at a time that worked better for them. The general manager called me back and claimed because I had called so much and have a confidential voicemail, that was causing staff to go in circles that I should look at other facilities but they do a very good job . I suppose I didn t realize that having to answer three phone calls under a minute would be such a burden for a facility Not what I would consider customer service or a good job. Very disappointed by the rude and disrespectful management and lack of any follow up from staff in an appropriate or timely manner.

Rude!! its 02/09/2024 4:49 pm - I just got off the phone with a lady, trying to turn my water on. She was very rude and hung up on me when I very obviously had a few questions for her about getting my water on. Maybe she was ready to leave for the day? No excuse for being rude and hanging up on a customer. Someone please talk to her and teach her some customer service!

Extremely rude management. Debbie and Cindy have terrible customer service and I m glad I never booked this venue or it would ve been a headache dealing with them. I m honestly flabbergasted at what even transpired. We called them to ask to come and look at the venue. Debbie said they didn t have any appointment availabilities that day. I asked if we could just come by and look at it ourselves without a tour and she said that s fine but there wouldn t be anyone to help answer questions. That was totally fine with us. When we showed up, a very nice gentleman, Tony, greeted us as soon as we came in and asked what we were here for. I said I just wanted to look at the place and he voluntarily offered to show it to us (we never asked for help but took it since he offered). In the middle of seeing the place, Debbie came and very abruptly pulled Tony away. I thought this was really weird but brushed it off. Then when we later called to ask questions and book the venue they accused us of demanding a tour last time and refused service to us. I was shocked at the accusation because at no point did we ever demand anything, and was never anything but polite to them. I tried to reason that there must ve been miscommunication but they refused to listen. After reading other reviews, seems this behavior is normal for them!

Absolutely horrible customer service experience ever!!! The general manager and the front desk manager Cindi Alvarado need to be fired! If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. First, I had to call a few times before Cindi finally emailed me with availability on the venue. I called to make an appointment for my sister to tour the venue since I live out of town and my sister lives there. My sister toured the venue with me on FaceTime and Cindi seemed nice and answered all our questions. She explained all the fees that were due and venue being non refundable and the deposit fee which is refundable had to be paid by the 15th. My sister books the venue that day with credit card and then informed Cindi we would pay the deposit by the following Friday before they close for 2 weeks for holiday break. I made a phone call to Cindi inquiring if it was too late to downsize the room we booked since we may not have as many guest. She explained the venue was non refundable. I then asked if we downsides could the difference be used towards the deposit fee that we still owed. She said she would get back with me. She never did. My sister goes up there to pay the deposit that we owe and to follow up on if we could downsize. She was told that she couldn t help her cause they were BUSY and she needed to come back. My sister comes back on Thursday to once again pay the deposit that is due and was once again told to come back and they are busy. My sister tries to explain that she had already been up there twice and that she can t come back up there again. Cindi gets rude with my sister telling her she doesn t have time to follow up on her question about the room and can t take her deposit right now even though she told us Friday it had to be paid. The general manager steps in and decides to cancel our event and gives a refund back on our card after they told us the venue is non refundable. I call to Cindi to get an explanation of what happened and she transfers me to the general manager who was real nasty over the phone saying this is their busiest time of the year and that my sister keeps coming up there and the manger is busy! Well, how is that our fault that y all are busy, we are the customer who is giving y all business and keeping yall busy. My sister was only up there twice and that was to pay the deposit that you told us had to be paid by Friday. Just very ugly and rude attitude. Never answered our question or told us when they would follow up just kept saying they would call back and never did. I don t recommend booking here. I don t care how nice the place is, customer service matters. I wouldn t be surprised if they are racist.

Worst community hall. The general manager and the person at the front desk are very rude. We didn t do anything wrong. There was some kind of miscommunication that happened and she was not ready to listen to us. I tried to even apologize because we were in a dire need of the community hall. They are not professional at all. Please be beware of this place. They do not have minimum courtesy to people who travel all the way to see the place. WORST PLACE EVER! PLEASE BE AWARE.

I have been emailing back and forth on trying to book a date for our wedding reception. Lady was rude when we toured, my son had a small cough due to allergies and the lady told me she couldn t afford to get sick and had a disgusted face on. This was my first choice and still haven t receive a email back on availability to book. Beautiful venue but bad management.

Stopped by to inquire about the pool key and the woman at the customer service desk was not only spike in a very rude and inconsiderate manner but in addition was arguing with about where I got my key last time. This person should not be allowed to work with people.

First time here. Meet with the RRISD Librarians & Assistants for an end of the year celebration lunch. Great venue with easy access to kitchen (lots of counters!) a huge hall with large tables (and confidante seats!) And ample parking. Trees, shade, and greenery abound making it feel nestled in the woods.

General Manager of MUD Janey Miller is completely unprofessional and will not give out information that residents need for the deed restrictions unless you file an open records request. This MUD allowed 46,000 gallons of water to be wasted on a residents property and only left a note on their door. The apathy shown by both allowing a resident to incur such charges and the complete disregard for water conservation is astonishing. DO NOT MOVE TO A HOME LOCATED IN FERN BLUFF.

This facility does NOT care that we are in a pandemic and will not work with a struggling family during this time. Their lack of compassion and understanding is completely unbelievable! The manager, Janey, did not care whatsoever and said... , fees incurred by the district for an individual customer must be passed on to that customer rather than absorbed by all customers of the district. So instead of them assisting with any fees they would distribute them to the community?

Beautiful event center. Spacious ballroom and plenty of space in the outside patio. We had a quincenera at this location. The kitchen was used and served our guests just what we needed. The kitchen had plenty of space to move around and plenty of room for the food to be stored during serving time. The event areas are very clean and managed by courteous professionals who helped us when needed. I would highly recommend this location for booking major events.

Very beautiful, many different areas to use, like: a Great room with fireplace, kitchen, patio, and more. Various sizes and shapes of tables were available. Very comfortable, cushion chairs there too. Made for a memorable wedding venue.

If you are looking for a venue to have a meeting, or any kind of party, this is a place to consider. The location is convenient to north Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and Georgetown. The center is very nicely decorated in a Tuscan style and has a large kitchen facility for caterers. There is a decent sound system and a dance floor that can be placed in the meeting space to suit. They also have a nice outdoor area that is great for photos. Also plenty of parking.
