I can t say enough of good things about this firm. Travis was very responsive, and didn t make promises he couldn t keep. I was very fortunate and wound up with the dream team Kyle and Kyra. As someone with legal knowledge I knew this would not be easy, and went into it with the expectations as such. Kyra is extremely responsive to emails and phone calls as well as Kyle, most of the time she could handle my concerns. For the bigger matters when I would have to talk to Travis, he was very responsive as well, and gave me the recurrence I needed at the time. Not only were they hands on about everything, but extremely thoughtful as well. I was never made to feel like what I wasn t feeling wasn t normal or okay, even on the days my emotions ran high they were still there. I can t thank them enough for all their hard work. I truly believe had I gone with a different firm that things wouldn t have gone the way they did. I would recommend them over and over again. There relocating from Tomball TX to Houston TX did not negatively affect my case at all. In fact it didn t make a difference at all. They were on time, and in fact early to any and all of our meetings. I truly can t say enough of good things about my team, and this firm as a whole. Not only did they represent me in my divorce, and child custody case. I hired them again to represent me in another family law matter. I would hire them again, if I ever need another family law attorney.

I ve never had to deal with lawyers and this was the worst experience of my life. Hiring them to represent me in a divorce was a huge mistake. This firm is unprofessional, dishonest, unethical, and, in my opinion, very shady. Just google the firm s namesake and you ll find out everything you need to know before making a decision.

I went to the bar and he was suspended but there are others and I am working on something to try and get him disbarred. Also he has a criminal conviction in 2018 for family assault. Travis Eaton told me he could get my case settled for 3500, so when he told me during discovery before anything had even been done that I was almost out of money I was shocked . I asked him if there was going to be enough to get us through the case , but he told me I was squandering away the retainer by asking questions and filed for removal of counsel , which he said would cost me the remainder of my retainer if not more. They took my money and never did a thing. They still refuse to explain anything or send me any documents from my case- probably because there werent any. They just robbed me. And according to the yelp reviews they do it all the time, and for a lot more money . I guess I should consider myself lucky- but it doesnt feel like it .

Zachary and Tiegan didnt use the information provided to them from me and charged me more for the service than a flat rate fee. LADIES BEWARE!!! DO NOT GET THIS LAW FIRM. Just because you have representation doesnt mean your interests are being represented. They will charge you $80+ for TEXT communications......FRAUD. Worst lawyer ever..discussed all the details with Travis and on court day he sends his young associate(Mr.sanders). Mr. Sanders must have not reviewed my case cause when he showed up he was dumbfounded by the questions the judge asked. To make it worst he doubled booked me and another client so half the time he was busy in another court room. I had a simple divorce with one child and a house ,403b retirement(wife s) to to split. Every time travis called it was for a draw an never any progress on case. After several months(8) the judge signed divorce and I asked about my 403b . The secretary told me travis was working on it. Erika (secretary) lead me on for a month after divorce was signed stating the qdro was being worked on.after 6 weeks of patiently waiting ,I finally called back for status update and was informed by Erika that the qdro had not been filed. Travis told me they had dropped the ball and he would make it up by only charging 300 to do a QDRO to receive funds. The Eaton law firm is a horrible bunch of lawyers who only care about your payment. Run from this guy. If I could give less stars I would!!!

When we first spoke I presented him with my case and he was so confident on me not spending more than what we agreed on but kid you not every month he wanted more and more.
