Quiet, out-of-the-way #resort feel to a country ambiance with catered menus, away from the hustle & bustle of a growing town. It would be a 5 but in summer there is no temperature control!!! 106 outside translates to 110 inside. The views are gorgeous!!!! In fall or winter Id give it 10 stars

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding venue out there! Having my wedding in a Barn has always been a dream but The Barn at 5s Ranch exceeded that dream by a long shot! Where the ceremony is located, the sunset is put on display!! It was so gorgeous seeing that right before our eyes and taking some of the best photos! Caitlyn is very kind and helpful to whatever you need for your wedding. She keeps you updated if things are newly available to use for free or a small fee. I say this because in our time waiting for our wedding we got news of a new bridal cabin and new arch right away! The cool thing about this place was we could have COWS in the background of our wedding and there was a wheelchair accessible room at the venue that my 92 year old grandparents could stay in comfortably. The price was sooo affordable and like I said there are many things you could borrow that was free or a small fee and I just loved that. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and I would have my wedding here all over again if I could :)

This venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The price range is SO good for all it offers. The sunset is beautiful and at the perfect spot. Everything about this venue is just perfect. Caitlyn is SO so so helpful and I absolutely loved working with her. She answered all my questions and even helped me get some ideas on how I wanted to set my wedding up! Highly recommend!!

Magical is what comes to mind. I could not have found a better place to have our wedding. From the long, beautiful country road in front, the pasture in the back, and that beautiful starlit barn in between, your day will be nothing short of a dream. Just wait until you see your pictures. Caitlyn is very quick to respond and has a beautiful and caring nature about her. You cannot go wrong. We just need to find another reason to rent from her again!

My grandson and new bride chose this venue for their wedding. It was lovely. The barn was lit with strings of lights looped from on high. It was spacious, and had a sound system. Very nice.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This venue is beyond beautiful, just absolutely breathtaking!! We had a sunset wedding on 10/8/2020. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin the night before, after our rehersal dinner. The cabin fit all of us perfectly, nice hot showers, comfy bed and a killer AC (I sleep like a polar bear). The standing table in the living room was probably the best thing Ive ever seen! Definitely my favorite piece in the cabin. The Bridal suite was so luxurious and made us all feel like Queens. The suite has perfectly placed stations for hair and makeup to be done onsite. And Ive gotta give the wet room shower/bathroom some serious credit, that was impressive. I was the bride who forgot to shave her legs so let me tell you, the set up is perfect! The guys loved the Grooms cabin and we got some awesome pictures of the guys getting ready. Working with Caitlyn was a blessing in itself, shes so understanding and made my dreams come true. Not to mention, shes a superwoman! I was freaking out a week before our big day and Caitlyn, 3 days after giving birth, was right back at it and reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. She was right!!! If youre considering this venue, take my advice, DO IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I also highly recommend renting the venue the day before for set up and rehersal, our guests loved it and it took the stress away from the day of. The cabin is a necessary expense, trust me, just do it. Staying onsite was perfect and really took the stress away! Take a look at the extras and seriously consider adding them to your package. I can not wait to get my portraits back of us on the cowhide couch, that was a huge fan favorite. I wish we had rented the cooling fans to cool our guests off, Its Texas yall... take the heat seriously. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I couldnt be more thankful to Caitlyn and her incredible family for all they did for me and mine. <3 You can not beat their prices or communication!!!

First of all, I HIGHLY reccomend you get married here, like please do it! From the start Caitlyn was so helpful, very prompt in her responses and so accommodating to every thing I needed. The venue is beautiful, the barn provides an amazing backdrop as well as the acres of pastures. My wedding was pretty large and I was worried about it being tight inside, however everything was perfect. Literally no hiccups what so ever. The bridal suite and grooms cabin are so convenient and definitely comfort for getting ready all day. They also provide some beautiful candid shots when getting dressed. Caitlyn let us at up the day before and bring in our own catering and that took so much stress off me, you have no idea The day of my wedding ended up being so cold, however we were able to quickly pull out the space heaters and add them to our tab with no hassle. Im telling yall, it was such a smooth process and the venue is breathtaking, please get married here, it was such a perfect choice for us!!!!!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at the Barn at 5S Ranch! The venue itself is beautiful and the pastures surrounding it make for some gorgeous pictures and sunsets! The on-site bridal suite and grooms cabin were so handy and the ability to rent the venue for the day before was so handy and convenient, most venues dont allow that! Caitlyn was also super awesome to work with. She was very prompt from the moment we toured the venue to the day of our wedding.

I had my wedding here in early October, the barn was absolutely beautiful, it made for such great pictures and the space itself is so simple that it really doesn t need much decor. Caitlyn, the owner, was amazing from our first talk to the day of when she saved the day by bringing a sewing kit after one of my bridesmaids dress broke. BONUS: We stayed the night at the bridal suite and when we woke up there were baby cows playing in the pasture right outside.

Found this place searching for a venue for my daughters wedding!! From the first message to the actual day of the wedding it was a pleasurable experience.
