Do not recommend!!! Chicken was very hard and tasted old. Had 3 pieces and was not able to eat most of the chopped pieces because of how hard it was. I brought it up to the waitress and she said she could not do anything about it. They made me paid for the food I did not even eat. Panda Express is more fresh than this place.

Love Vietnamese food but this was not it, paid extra for the fried rice but it was hard stale and looked nothing like the egg fried rice that you see in other pictures. Left disappointed and service wasn t that great either, i let them know about rice, they apologized but did nothing to fix it.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the quality of the food and the lack of proper customer service during my recent visit to your restaurant. I ordered several items off the menu, including the Vietnamese General Tso tofu dish. Unfortunately, this dish was an absolute letdown. The tofu was encased in a thick batter that had an overwhelmingly bitter taste, making it inedible. Despite being quite embarrassed to complain, I finally spoke up after forcing myself to eat 3-4 pieces, hoping the bitterness might have been a fluke. However, the unpleasant taste persisted, and it was clear that the dish was simply not up to standard. When I brought this issue to your staffs attention, I was shocked by the lack of understanding and refusal to honor my complaint. Given that the dish cost $12.95 and was, in my estimation, worth around $6 to prepare, it is baffling that you chose to prioritize a few dollars over customer satisfaction. For a mere $6, you ve not only lost a customer but also left me with a bitter taste, both literally and figuratively. This experience has left me questioning your commitment to customer satisfaction and basic respect for your patrons. Your restaurants unwillingness to address a genuine concern speaks volumes about how you value your customers or rather, how little you do. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback to heart and reconsider how you handle customer complaints in the future. Ignoring issues and letting your ego dictate your actions is a surefire way to drive your business into the ground. I had expected much better from your establishment, and I am deeply disappointed by the experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Check all the one star reviews!! This place is EXTREMELY deceptive!!! Avoid here at ALL COSTS! I was seriously so excited to come here based on all the positive reviews which now Im guessing are paid. I show up and the waitress was extremely rude I should have known then to just leave. Instead I ordered the bahn mi with NO jalapeños, appetizer egg roll and tofu which I asked not spicy because my 17 month old was going to eat the food. I came and asked for a refund for the tofu since it was so spicy myself or my daughter couldnt eat it. They said they would remake it and gave me HALF the original portion accusing me of eating half of the food.... Even when I brought the entire container BACK. Oh and the bahn mi was covered in Jalapeños. I have Crohns disease and CANNOT tolerate jalapeños. They also made me wait 30 minutes for the food but served other people food who came in 10-15 minutes after me. In total I waited an hour for food I couldnt even eat. I asked for the managers number and they gave me a number that DOESNT work. Stay away!!!!!!!

My grilled pork bahn mi today was SO good! I love bahn mi and this one was one of the best Ive ever had. I usually order extra vegetables because I really love the marinated carrots, but there really is no need... the bahn mi is already stuffed to overflowing with pork and veggie deliciousness! I have tried several other grilled pork dishes and they are also very good.

Avoid at all costs. We ordered a lot of food because we love Vietnamese food and we were hungry. Immediately lost our appetite after tasting everything. So bland and I have a hard time believing anyone who made this food had even eaten Vietnamese food before. Bao buns were inedible. Hands down worst pho I ve had. Tofu spring rolls had strawberries what? Why are there red onions in the pho and wonton soup? The fried rice tasted old and off. We both feel totally sick. Peanut sauce and wontons in the soup were OK but everything else tasted like it was made in a gas station bathroom last week. Absolutely foul.

I had an exceptional lunch experience recently. The food presentation was top-notch, earning an A+ in my book. Moreover, the customer service was excellent, with a young man, whose name escapes me but who had curly hair, providing attentive and friendly service. My husbands favorite, the General Tsos chicken, exceeded his picky expectations, attesting to its quality. I opted for the shrimp Pho and dim sum, both of which were delightful choices. The variety and quality of dishes added to the overall enjoyment of our lunch experience. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would highly recommend.

Updated review 4/29/24 Im disappointed to say that my husband and I both got sick from eating the food here last evening. We both ate the wonton soup and shrimp rolls. We are in the seafood restaurant business and the shrimp were fine in the shrimp rolls. Hubby says it was the soup as the meat and broth tasted different to us and we thought maybe they had changed spices. We suspect something was past its expiration date. . I love everything about this place as you can see from a previous review, but this last trip Sunday, has left a bad taste in our mouths with sick stomachs. I was in so much stomach pain I couldnt sleep and still feel bad today. Serving out of date food or food thats been at the wrong temperature in storage is a sure way to kill your business. Just throw it out. Its not worth losing customers over. You may know the saying in this business: If 3 people complain, you can multiply that by 10 as to how many experienced the same thing and never told you. My husband was sick until today, (Tuesday.) I dont see us ever going back as we believe this practice will not change. Youre ruining your business. ------------------------------------- Previous review 4 years ago. This used to be my favorite pho place until just recently. About 3 weeks ago I came in with my husband. I had the seafood food and he had a shrimp dish and dumplings. The food tasted good like always.20 minutes after we left the restaurant my husband and I fell violently ill. For a whole week, we had the worst food poisoning I had ever had. I and my husband had horrible stomach cramps we constantly had to use the restroom. I could not sleep at night because of how much pain I was. This was my favorite pho restaurant and my husband used to travel just to eat there. I am so disappointed and concerned and I am just wondering what horrible sanitary practice they have in the restaurant for us to get so violently ill.

This is one of our favorite places to eat! It is a small operation with a kind staff. They always remember our order. I am not vegan or a big fan of tofu, but I crave their vegan pho. This place is great whether you dine in or have take out. The pho tastes fresh and their other dishes are fantastic. If I don t order the beef brisket pho, I order the orange chicken, their chicken fried rice, Vietnamese egg rolls or the Beijing broth dim sum. The staff are nice and attentive as well.

i have been to this location many times. the only problem which is a big problem is the do not know how to fill a order properly, unless you go through the order in front of them you might not get everything you ordered. I just placed an order which only had two items, only 1 item was delivered. their response is well we will credit it back to you, yes that solves the financial aspect but not the fact that they cant fill a order with two items, the lady and the manager both told me well we only missed one item, yes its one item but its half the order. too many other pho places in the woodlands area to keep going to a place like this.

Awful. Refused to provide plates/utensils for us after explaining that we were taking the food to the hospital. Asked for an extra empty container to use as a plate and were denied. Food was subpar at best. Only thing that was decent was the beef broth. Combination fried rice had basically no meat/all rice. Veggie pho ingredients were raw and not seasoned, tofu was gross. Love this place. I pop down there from my studio for lunch regularly. The staff are so friendly and the food is fresh and fast. Highly recommend the fresh spring rolls for a quick and healthy bite. It breaks my heart to write this review especially for a small business that used to be so good. We ordered takeout this evening about a 100 worth of food and we checked the menu online and all our meals were white meat only. When we received them they were mix (mostly dark). It would be okay but they have not updated their online menu. I get prices are higher but I would rather pay more for food I like and know what I am ordering. Regrettably we will not be back and lost our neighborhood asian restaurant.

This is by far my favorite pho spot ever the customer service rock. I don t know how she did it, but the waitresses remembered me from a couple of weeks ago when I came in only one time and they remembered what I ordered. PHO was delicious very tasty and full of flavor. Our waitress was very sweet and courteous and she was efficient. We will definitely come back again. Now as far as the atmosphere itself its very simple typical Asian restaurant.

VEGANS BEWARE, I was served a dish that contained EGG tofu and was assured it was vegan after asking our waitress multiple times. It is NOT vegan, it is a product made with eggs, hence the name egg tofu. I didn t feel quite right when I got home so I looked it up because I ve never heard of it before despite being vegan almost 6 years.

Perfect little spot. The sushi place next door tries to overshadow Saigon, but it doesnt matter because this place is amazing. Great crispy eggrolls, soup dumplings, shrimp tempura, bun bowl, and Thai tea. Didnt try the pho yet, but it looked delicious. Next time!

Stopped by here because the pho i usually goto was closed. I went here with my mom and 19months old. I needed a high chair and instead grabbing the chair, the waiter pointed where the chair was located. I thought that was kinda rude, but hey i guess they were busy? Anyways, i was not very impressed with the food, the noodles were way over cooked in the spring rolls and in the pho. There was also a fruit fly in my water will never return here,

Optimistic to try based on good reviews but, we were quite disappointed. Service was fine. Food was sub par. Fried appetizers were cold and soggy. Serving sizes were disappointing. We counted a total of 9 small pieces of meat in our large combo everything pho. (Only a few pieces of sliced meatball and beef brisket. Nothing else - definitely not a true everything combo pho.) Combo rice plate came with 4 thin slices of pork and 3 shrimp. Again, very disappointed with serving size. Also, we asked for no cilantro but definitely got cilantro. Will be looking for a different pho spot in the future.

Had the Pho, it was every strong in flavor and aroma! A full flavor explosion in your mouth and for your nose. Broth was very clean and clear. Will definitely be going again and would definitely recommend. Also had beef spring rolls that where just as good. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu was good had home made chicken nuggets that where gluten free too! Very crunchy crust my daughter loved them.

Oh noooo. I will not be back here again. The food quality is very very poor. We ordered varieties of food and it was obvious they were all frozen food, probably the pho was the only barely fresh meal. The chicken wings were the worst. As in breaded chicken wings and they stink.

Excellent food and service with an expansive and tasty vegetarian selection. Waitstaff are always attentive and fast, not to mention the quiet and laid back vibe about the place. Plus they are open every day which is nice and their prices are decent. Vegetarian options: Their vegan noodle pho and vegan banh mi sandwich are both delish, large portions.

Vegetarian options: While I was very happy about all the vegan options, what I ordered was WAY too sweet. The person that was with me ordered two entrees and his were way too sweet as well. On the other hand, our server was extremely friendly and receptive to our needs and feedback. Also, we both felt ill for a few hours afterwards-we think maybe from MSG (?) I will give it a try again.

I ordered a vegan/plant based stir-fry with tofu (wasn t on the menu) and was impressed with the portion size and variety of veggies. And it was not greasy, in fact there was hardly any oils. The rest of our plant based/vegan family loved their rice noodle dishes, also with copious amounts of veggies and not greasy.

The vermicelli was pretty good. But man, the sweet and sour chicken was just horrible. It tasted like the batter was frozen before and ended up soggy after cooked. The chicken itself was bland and I couldn t even try to keep eating it. Ended up throwing it away after the first bite. I ll go back to give something else another chance.

The restaurant and service was great, but it wasnt my wifes cup of tea. My daughter and I both greatly enjoyed our meals. But my daughter was able to educate her mother about the food culture on our way home. I believe she will enjoy the food experience better the next time we pop in for a visit/meal.
