My husband and I went to Del Frisco s The Woodlands location for date night tonight and it was probably the worst food I ve ever had in The Woodlands. Everything was overcooked. The cheese curds were burnt and stuck together in one giant lump, as if they were one giant curd . The bacon on the salad was horribly burnt, and the salmon entrée was the thinnest piece of tail portion I ve ever seen in my life . and it was way way way way way overcooked . to the point of being papier-mâché in texture and dryness. The manager and the chef came out and offered to make it right , but after that many strikes, it was time to go home. I can honestly say I ve never seen a restaurant of this caliber serve the super thin tail portion of a piece of salmon. Even if it had been cooked perfectly, it was so tiny, it certainly wasn t worth the cost. This was my first experience at Del Frisco s and I have to say I will probably never go back .not when Truluck s is right next-door. Do better Del Frisco.

This restaurant has a dress code for customers in order to mimic a high-end restaurant atmosphere. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfort. The music that the restaurant plays is pop and rock and loud, so you may have to seek another suited restaurant for meeting clients or having a date. The food is sub-par, mostly dry and dull, without proper seasoning to bring the flavor of the food. It is better to ask for table salt to add some taste on your own later when the food is served. Server does a great job bringing the food from the kitchen to the table. Thats pretty much it for the purpose of the job duty. A group of 3 cost about $150 plus tips for weekday lunch.

Jaeden is an exceptional server and one of the best I ve had in all my years of dining. I took my godson to dinner before he left the city to begin his senior year of college. Jaeden made our experience one to remember (my godson will always remember it). Jaeden s attentiveness to our needs, attention to detail, kindness, and amazing sense of humor made the exceptional food taste even better. Tasty Short Rib. We visited during restaurant week. The Anejo Old Fashioned was amazing and unique. Great wedge salad. I had the short rib which was perfect. Everyone else liked their food. Our server was aware we were going to a concert and got us out in time.

We went here to celebrate a late Fathers Day. This atmosphere was pleasant. We enjoyed the view. Our food was delicious, and the service was professional and attentive. Parking: There are a number of ways to park. The most convenient being valet. There is also a garage under the apartment complex that is free for the first two hours. If you prefer not to pay, you can park in the garage behind Whole Foods and walk a short distance.

My husband and I went here for the first time in June to celebrate our anniversary. Restaurant atmosphere was good and service was ok though since it was early on a weekday and very few customers it should have been excellent. We were disappointed with our meal because the only thing to brag about was the mashed potatoes with horseradish. I now put horseradish in my mashed potatoes at home. The steak was not tender nor did it have a great meat flavor as I would have expected. I ordered creamed spinach and it was made with frozen chopped spinach which is a chef s no and no! The lobster tail was overcooked and tuff and for the price this will be the first and last time at this restaurant.

My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary a few weeks back at this restaurant the experience was more than incredible, outside the of the food which was delicious, our waiter a young lady named McKenna provided the best service that we had ever experienced at a fine dining restaurant. Her attention to detail and her timing throughout the night was impeccable. She was the type of waiter that you wish you could take with you when eating at any fine dining establishment, just truly a sweet young lady with a beautiful spirit. I know this may sound over the top for a waiter review but she truly does deserve the shout out. If you find yourself eating here definitely request her you won t be disappointed.!

We had a reservation for a nice family dinner of 4 of us, but the staff provided horrible service. They seated us near the kitchen despite our reservation and refused to give us a better table. We settled for a table in a high-traffic area by the bar, but our orders took forever to arrive. The food was overpriced and of poor quality, and we couldnt even finish our $45 steak. We were disappointed to waste $260 plus a $40 tip on such a terrible dining experience.

We live at the apartments next door and decided to have dinner here tonight. Our waiter was Christian and he was extremely friendly and attentive. Haley came by to greet us as well and made us feel very welcome. The bone in ribeye was fantastic and the cocktails were delicious. Despite it being Fourth of July and busy the service was fantastic. Went here with a group of friends, about 10 in total. The food was mediocre at best. Server lied about special price (admittedly this was fixed at end). The worst part is that they informed us they they couldn t split our near 700 dollar bill more than 3 ways. This was confirmed by there manager tonight. At first we were informed this would overload their system which is a joke then the manager stuck with they simply wouldn t. Will absolutely never eat here again. When we arrived the hostess gave my husband a card that the entire staff had signed that I thought was so cute and very thoughtful. Hannan was our server. Had a wonderful visit this past weekend with my wife and friends. While we waited for friends we stopped by the bar and had a drink with Caden the bartender who had the best recommendations! Once our friends arrived we were sat immediately and our server was very quick and prompt we didn t have a single empty cup or want through our whole meal. The food was absolutely amazing we both had steak and it was quite delicious and cooked perfectly. So we went to this place on Christmas eve and had a less than perfect experience. I let the restaurant know this when they did a follow up phone call a few days later. So Gus the GM asked if he would allow them the chance to make it up to us. So my wife and I took him up on it and we made a reservation for our anniversary. He sure kept his word. The experience was perfect the service was perfect and the food was well perfect! He even brought us some complimentary off menu tempura lobster tails that were just incredible. Gus and his staff treated us like rock stars. Making sure that this visit was flawless. I highly recommend this particular location because what I had found out after our first visit was he had just become GM and he was working hard to get the restaurant the way he needed it to be. So when we returned 5 months later it was a different place. I will be a regular customer from here on out. Just a great place! Thanks to Gus and his staff.

Best spot on restaurant row, has always been the go-to spot since living down here because of the consistency of service and food. Servers are friendly and tentative. Plenty of variety of food options and quality drinks. The management is very accommodating to their customers. Cheesesteak Eggrolls and the Ahi Tuna tacos are a must. I dined in for my birthday. I was pretty disappointed with the experience overall. The patio and music were nice. We ordered the steak sandwich for a starter and it was tasty, but the fries werent very good. The server didnt pour our bottled water and she did not ever refill my drink. We tried 3 wines by the glass, but they were all gross to be honest, so ordered a bottle. First, the server brought the wrong wine bottle, then came with the correct one but struggled to open it. Sadly, the wine was really bad. The steak was sort of good I guess, was juicy but, overly salty... my baked potato had no salt and little butter ..and there was no salt and pepper on my table. I didnt see the server when I wanted to ask for salt. At the end I asked her to box it but she threw it away. She told me I could have a free cake for my birthday and I asked for it Togo but she didnt put it in the bag. I asked for a drink To go and she never brought it. Overall, it was a very mediocre experience, not worth the price and is definitely not fine dining.

I had the best lunch experience with my coworkers and had to share! Our server Jose was amazing! Not only knowledgeable about the menu options but fun and engaging. He had some great recommendations. We had the cheese steak egg rolls and the sticky garlic ribs. Ribs for the win, so good. I had the burrata and wild mushroom salad with out any protein and didn t miss having it either. There was so much burrata and the mushroom and farro tasted very close to a risotto. It was creamy and really delicious and I have been craving it ever since our visit. Their whole team was really attentive. I would highly recommend. 10/10.

Celebrated Admin Professional Day at Del Frisco s in the Woodlands on Wednesday and had a wonderful time! Our waitress, Caroline, took such great care of all 8 of us needy women! She is amazing. Took pictures for us, boxed up our leftovers and even continue to wait on us when we transferred to the patio. The management and host are very hospitable and friendly. Love this place and the staff! From the Landrys chain, so it is to be expected that they have a super rich menu. You have the option to sit outside and enjoy a meal overlooking the lake, very nice. Over priced! The steaks were ok but needed more seasoning. Very short food menu but a very large wine selection. If wine is your focus this is the place to go. If you want something other than steaks, maybe not. The restaurant spends more effort on presentation than taste. My guess enjoyed some of the appetizers but the price killed the joy. We were charged $7 for garlic butter. That really killed any chance of a return visit.

Recommended by a really good friend for my 50th birthday(party of 10) The atmosphere was chill casual but elevated. We were sat immediately and our server Kaitlin was the BEST!! She was on top of EVERYTHING!! She did not miss a beat!!! Extremely engaging and has some great recommendations. We ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses, sides and DESSERTS. I wish I would have gotten pictures of everything but I was enjoying the moment and the food so much. If I can remember appetizers: deviled eggs, sticky ribs, crab cake and Philly cheesesteak eggrolls. Main Course: Caesar salad with chicken, penne pasta, filet mignon, prime rib, grilled chicken, mahi mahi, cheeseburgerc shave steak sandwich and chicken sandwich. You wont find a better service experience. Shout out to Gustavo for running a well oiled machine. Went for a company dinner and attention was given to each persons needs. Everything was brought out quickly and accurately, and if it wasnt, it was all hands on deck to get it fixing quickly. Yes, the food is yummy . . Yes, the drinks are great . .
