Chicken was tender and juicy BUT was very much lacking in flavor, fries are crinkle cut so the best youre ever gonna get with that is like a 3/5. Sauce was nice though, toast was also pretty good. If you dont have the time to make this yourself at home (including the sauce of which there are is a nearly perfect copy-cat online) this could definitely make do in a pinch,

There wasnt any visible signage directing to the curbside pickup parking. I had to go through the drive through for the app order. I explained this to the menu attendant. I told the attendant that I will pick up the order through the drive through. Upon arriving at the first window, I was directed to pick up the order at the second window. Upon arriving at the second window, I explained, once again, that I will now pick up the order through the drive through as I couldnt locate the curbside pickup parking area. The attendant then told me to go around to the curbside pickup and wait there. I explained once again, that I had an order through the app that was already put through the way before any of the orders just completed by those going through the drive through. Then the manager came to the window and insisted that I move on to the curbside pickup. Once again, I stated that I made the order ahead of time and it should be ready and available already. There was no reason for me to have to waste any more time to go look for the curbside pickup parking and have them bring my order out there! I maintained my position at the drive through window and received my order in less than 30 seconds. One of the attendants was upset that I didnt go on to the curbside pickup area and told me to NOT MAKE APP ORDERS but to just make the order at the drive through menu as its quicker that way! She then slammed close the drive through window! There was no visible signage indicating where the parking lot was to pick up the order. I had to go through the drive-thru to order from the app. I explained this to the menu guy. I told the manager I would pick up the order at the drive thru. Upon arriving at the first window, they told me to pick up the order at the second window. Upon arriving at the second window, I explained, once again, that I would now pick up the order at the drive-thru since I could not find the parking area to pick up the order. So... The fries were cooked well but there was a very noticeable lack of salt. The chicken strips were also cooked properly (meat wise) but the batter was thin and soggy... Which is to be expected of thin batter BUT from the juices of the chicken, not the oil it was fried in. Thin falling apart greasy batter is an interesting mouth feel. Somehow the chicken didnt have flavor, usually chicken has brine injections but I guess Canes avoids using all sources of sodium in their food? Their sauce was the only source of flavor and its desperately needed to eat this food. Im not gonna lie, I didnt finish my meal.

We ate here when they opened, and their saving grace was the sauce. My wife and I ate here again recently, and the chicken had decent flavor this time! The sauce is a little different than before, but the food was great! If the quality and flavor stay the same, we will make this a semi-regular spot. Just passed through and usually have positive experiences but this time it was not. It all started with the young lady taking the order cutting me off asking anything else before I could even finish ordering one thing. Then we get to the window the guy working did not know what was going on. When he asked out order we told him, and his response was are you sure? When our food finally came out we did not receive the three extra canes sauces which we had paid for, upon asking the guy opens the window and says what do you want? When we asked for the sauce we paid for they gave us one and said there you go now leave extremely rude and lacked any sort of hospitality. Canes used to be a favorite, but after this experience, not anymore.

Good music, so its not quiet & awkward. The food was honestly really good, lol. Though I/ we didnt know if you wanted the chicken to be more crunchy, youd have to say extra crunchy, but it still had a little crunch, so that was nice. I wanna say thank you to the young man who understood that it was our first time ever trying canes & talked us through things (granted, they sell only chicken ) but he was very sweet, respectful & helpful. We got a sandwich combo, 4 tender combo & 1 kids meal & I will say it didnt disappoint. (Total came to just $28) Thank you for the food & nice service. Honestly it s very hit or miss here. One day you could get a great order and wish you could have it again and the next day if it s busy they could forget your toast or give you a raw French fry. The first time order was great, then we had it another day and I asked for Arnold Palmer and I just got a sweet tea. They forgot to give me a bread and gave me a raw French fry. Young lady at drive through literally shut the window on my face . I asked for easy Ice and I reminded her to make sure it was easy Ice simply because they won t take it back if it s wrong.
