Really bad service in the shoe department. Came here to buy my son baseball cleats. This guy Jordan was least interested in helping me even though I was the only customer there. People here really live up to the name of the store.

Dont go buying any pair of shoes that you plan on wearing daily. If anything happens within the 90 day period ( only 36 days) they WILL NOT EXCHANGE them if a hole appears. They will give you a story to contact the manufacturer, then the manufacturer tells you to exchange at the store. Says its stores final decision to exchange or return your item. Even if its under the 90 day period they can tell you NO!!! Staffs customer service needs improvement. Should have known not to go here for shoes.

Horrible service, I walked around lost because I couldnt find what I was looking for. Many different workers walked passed me and didnt even ask if I needed help. I finally asked for help and he just told me downstairs. Where downstairs? He didnt tell where or even show me. Horrible experience, never will return

Jody in softball is the man!! So knowledgeable when it comes to baseball and softball. We had purchase a glove that we just count break in and he helped educate us on the options. Great personality and great guy! Kidd in shoes is the man! What a great positive experience. He happens to be a shoe collector and helped me pick out the perfect turf cleat for my softball daughter- even gave me a little back story on how Nike came up with the deign. Great job Brian!

If you need something specific just order it online. I went in twice looking for something specific that said available online. When I would get there I would ask for help and both times the sales attendants said they didn t have it. Ordered it online no joke it would be ready in 10 minutes.

The store has a great selection. Just purchased three pairs of shoes and the staff in the shoe department are lacking enthusiasm and aren t helpful. They grabbed my shoes and put them in the back and I had to go looking for them because I was going to purchase them. We finally got them back but the staff need to be trained better on customer satisfaction.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store, specifically with the footwear manager, Shatoria. Despite showing my proper military ID, I was denied the discount I am entitled to as a service member from a website I was price matching. I drove all the way from Houston to purchase a Yeti cooler item needed due to a recent power outage, only to encounter this issue. The manager was unprofessional and did not demonstrate the respect and support that military personnel deserve. This store s poor service and lack of respect for customers are likely reasons for its low rating. I do not recommend shopping here.

Bad, I bought baseball glove for my son Friday, I try to return on Monday ( only 3 days later ), the employees and manager they don t want me return the item, also I bought the store warranty and they say if imposible return the glove because I use one day, the baseball glove is hard like Rock is hard to manipulate, I want trade for other glove but Ducks employees refused to replace also with store warranty . I try to never back this place, also the employees pretty rude Thanks for watching

I went with my nephew to buy soccer shoes, there are plenty of shoe models, the staff was very patient since my nephew was very picky and tried lots of shoes since he didnt know his size. In the meanwhile I went on looking for lifting belts for my other nephew, I couldnt find them but the staff was very awesome, the girl down in the lobby called someone in her radio and they would take me personally to where the belts are, that was awesome

It felt like a waste of time. Got a cheaper glove. Looked around to make sure on price, no scanners or staff. Went ahead and went to buy it. Didn t have a tag for some reason, they tried to find it in the system. So I let people behind me go as he had a manger figure it out. Somehow a glove that they owned wasn t in their system. The manager just said sorry and I couldn t buy it. Even though the product was literally in their store.

A great big mess of a store. When busy, forget about finding someone to help you. And the past three times Ive purchased items in the store, Ive been delayed at checkout because of mistakes of the store. One time, I purchased two boxes of golf balls that the store display said were subject to a two-for-one sale. Upon checking out, I was told that the sale did not apply to the balls I had selected. More recently, I tried to buy golf balls again. This time, I was told that these balls were not for sale (even though I picked them up from a store display). If youre desperate and time-limited, you may be able to find what youre looking for here because they do have a ton of merchandise. But if not desperate, I suggest shopping elsewhere and avoid the aggravation.

I have been here at least 15 times since it opened. Not once have I found what I am looking for. One time I waited 15 minutes for the shoe guy to check for size before I left. Today I went because they said they had 2 more of an item in stock at this location. Get there but they dont sell the item in store. Have to buy the item for pickup. No way to handle it except to get on phone, order, wait for pickup notice. I just went to Walmart and got it for $20 less.

Michelle cashier was very rude with poor customer service skills. As soon as we approached the register I asked if she was opened since no register lights were on towards the mall entrance on the bottom floor. She rushed and approached the register and rudely asked what was my phone #, so before giving her my # I asked as to why do she have to be so rude, at that moment her true colors came out when she rudely kept repeating how so, how so like an arrogant person. I didn t want to embarrass my girls, and since my daughter had not want the shoes so bad, I would have walked. But she needs to be trained because at the end of the day your team is as good and reflection of your leadership. Also, she needs to he reminded, Dick s is the name of the place she works at, doesn t need to show or act through her actions by becoming one. Disappointed.

A cute guy helped me find the Birkenstock I ve been lookin for for a while ( 2 colored Birkenstock one strap is black and the other is white ). The ones on display Were the only pair left in my size, they were a bit dirty and there was a scratch. He cleaned the pair that was on display for me and asked if it looked better. It did look better but you could still see the scratch so I decided not to get them. Loved how the guy helped me out and tried his best. Plus he was super cute and nice made my experience at dock a million times better. Hope I see him again (and if you re the guy thank you so much )

Today, I got to meet Cameron, an Aggie from the class of 2017. We went in to the store roaming around and we saw the batting machine they had there. Cameron helped me, my dad, and my friend and his dad unlock the machine so we could mess around and hit a little bit. For about 30 minutes me and my friend were just hitting around and laughing while some of the other employees joined in and hit as well. They were very friendly and talkative and I greatly enjoyed my conversations with each of them. Eventually we got to the point where I started talking about this bat I was looking at. Cameron was extremely helpful and nice and helped us with purchasing the bat. If you are considering purchasing an item from this store, make sure you ask for Cameron and to have a conversation with these great employees!

So... non sale items on sale rack - Manager who finally identified himself as David refuses honor sports bra sale price found on one item and not on the same item that was a different color - stated not all items on sale rack on sale - i suggested that the practice was deceptive..and suggested he move non-sale items off sale rack... he strongly disagreed that practice was deceptive.... spoke with Corporate Office and advised this not store policy or procedure and that in fact a discounted price to be given on any item found on a sale rack - even if there in error... strongly not this case as several same Nike bra on the 20% sale rack that were not marked down....

Marcela in the woodlands, Texas is very rude. Not sure what her disdain is but she doesn t assist or even talk to customers without being short unless Nate, her supervisor, is there. I called ahead of time for a biking valve on Sunday. I told her there was a misunderstanding about my name and specified the type biking valve I asked for. She continued to ring up the wrong item, as though I had not specified the errors. When I asked her why she was continuing to ring up when I said there was an error, she then insisted I go find the valve myself. I didn t know where to find it and called ahead so that I could minimize my COVID risk in the store, given the pandemic. I then asked her could she look it up and she literally didn t have anything to say and turned her back to me until her supervisor Nate walked up ready to assist. As soon as Nate asked had I been helped, she quickly interrupted to say she d helped & my item was on the way, [I] was just waiting even though I shook my head no. When the item arrived and Nate left, her disdain continued as she sat my item away from me to grab and displayed poor body language through the rest of the interaction. I won t be back to this establishment

The farthest thing from a sporting goods store. They have more clothing than a JC penny or Macy put together. The Woodlands location has removed almost everything related to a sporting goods store. I have been a gold membership card holder for over 5 years. I will be taking all my sporting goods activities back to academy from now on. Extremely disappointing.
