Riley & Kylies wedding at the Castle Event Center was absolutely stunning. The venue s enchanting architecture and spacious layout made it the perfect spot for both the ceremony and reception. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that every guest felt welcome. The decor inside and outside was amazing, complementing the wedding s theme and adding a touch of elegance to the entire event. The catering was exceptional, with dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. Threw a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend (now fiance) where I proposed, Friday the 13th. The owner was extremely helpful, patient and welcoming. Its a really beautiful place and was perfect for our little gathering of about 45 people for a Hogwarts themed party. Certainly for us, memories were made. Im forever grateful.

We hosted our daughters wedding here this weekend and it was everything she hoped for. The ceremony was held outside right in front on the fountain which also provided guests and photographers amazing background views. The guests appreciated having multiple bathrooms, a nursery area and places to lay down the smaller children. The caterers loved the easy access from the kitchen to go out and in to serve our guests. The owner was very hands on, made sure everything we needed was taken care of promptly and also provided us with a CD of all the amazing photos he had taken throughout our day & night. Definitely a 5 star rating and will rent again..

I had my granddaughters Sweet 16 Saturday. From the time I called to ask about the event center till the time we left the dance pure Excellence. Very clean, spacious, beautiful inside and out. 06/03/2023 My beautiful niece was married to a wonderful handsome and responsible man this Saturday at the Castle. It went off without a hitch. Wedding outdoors with beautiful weather on a luscious green lawn. After the wedding, we all came indoors to find our seat while the wedding party finished taking photos. The indoors was very comfortably air conditioned to make sure the guest were not hot or cold. The event staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone was happy and happy we were. Once you walk indoors, you begin to notice how well thought out the design is for the seating, floors, kitchen, bathrooms and a romantic balcony. Strung from the chandelier to the railing of the balcony was elegant lighting. If you re caught up in the dancing and romancing, you might look up and dream the lights are the stars in heaven or you are back in time, at a dance in a barn with a good ol ho down barn dance on a wooden floor. The Castle Event Center, would be great for Marriages, Quinceañeras, School Reunions, Family Reunions, or just a get together of any type. THANK YOU!! My daughters dream princess/Disney Rapunzel inspired wedding was held at The Castle Event Center. Such a beautiful venue, built and owned by the kindest man, Mr. Parker Hinesly (ask him the neat story on why he built it!). For a reasonable price, tables, chairs, and white tablecloths are included. We booked from 1-11pm Saturday, and 4-7pm Friday, for a bit extra, for rehearsal and decorating. Mr. Hinesly (and his friendly dog, Rocky 2.0) helped us set up tables and chairs, and offered his excellent, expert suggestions on where to put everything, based on much experience! We were able to easily set up tables against the walls, and then chairs for the ceremony, a d quickly rearrange everything for the reception and had plenty of room for a dance floor in the center. Additionally, 2 full ready bedrooms with attached bathrooms are available, an additional guest bathroom in the great hall, a full kitchen with plenty of room for catering tables, a nursery with crib and comfy chair, a beautiful front lawn with fountain, and plenty of parking. Additionally, Mr. Hinesly takes candid photos throughout the event. Thank you, sir, for allowing my daughter and husband to be a princess and prince, and this mother and father to be a queen for a day! I hope we have a reason to return again sometime!

So my wife and her sister had rented out the castle for a party. Is is a nice place but the issues I personally had is with the owner. I had no idea he lived there, so he was hanging around our party randomly. His dog was with him most of the time so we had two extra guests in a sense. He didn t allow our catering to be inside, cause the was worried about cleaning grease. He didn t allow our caterers on the front port he area cause of grease if we knew or were told earlier we could have brought tarps to put down. Instead the only place was outside at the side of the building. There was a colder wind that evening, no lights cause again we weren t aware of any food policy. Another thing is the owner decided to start taking pictures of everyone without anyone permission, it s not a big deal to some but it s supposed to be a private party. In the contract he bullies you to put good reviews by giving your deposit back if HE has approved your 3 internet reviews. We rent places frequently 3+ times a year and this is the first place I wouldn t rent out ever again.

Such a fantastic party venue! Looks like a castle, so lots of fun in that and inside is clean and beautiful! We held a college graduation party for a friend here. Plenty of tables and chairs, a full kitchen for the caterer to set up in, which made the buffet really nice. Parker, the owner, was very accommodating and let us bring our own caterer, decor, etc. Nice clean bathrooms, which is always nice too! And if you get s chance, say hi to his beauty of s pup, Rocky! Had my wedding there yesterday! It was a very beautiful place. Definitely matched my theme. We had enough room for tables, DJ, and catering set up! The owner was very nice and was available for anything I needed to make my vision come true!! Had many compliments on the venue and how smoothly everything came out!

Had a big birthday party for my wife Rose at the Castle yesterday. Was a Hugh success. The place was amazing, couldn t have been more perfect. They were so helpful from the beginning. Helped our planning , right up to helping when we needed things that we didn t think of when party was starting. Was there through out the party, helping with extra lighting down to providing a cake plate that we forgot. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely plan another get together there.

We had an amazing December wedding reception for my daughter and son-in-law at the Castle Event Center! The Christmas lights outside the castle were an added bonus. There were plenty of tables for approximately 75 guests to sit down and eat as well as easy serving through the kitchen. Would definitely have another event here in the future!

The Castle Event Center in Lubbock, Texas was the perfect place for a winter wedding reception! My husband and I had our wedding reception there in December of 2021 and everything was perfect! The owners went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was exactly what we wanted! It is a perfect place for a fairytale party or any event and around Christmas time there are trees and even a light show at night!

Then text the next day & said someone called him that morning for the same date & time. & then blocked me the rightful thing to do as an owner is tell the 2nd person that time & date is taken up!! This Event Center is amazing. My oldest grandson and his beautiful bride loved having their reception here. The owner is so great to work with. He was right there if we needed anything at all. We were able to set it up how we wanted too and there are some amazing spots to take pictures too. There is a beautiful draw bridge entrance that was an amazing spot to do the sparklers as the happy couple was leaving. The area right in front of the fireplace was the perfect spot to set up the newly weds table. Thank you so much Castle Event Center for helping make this such a special and very memorable evening for the happy couple and all their family and friends.

I attended an event here with my dance team and the owner seemed irritated to have us there. After our event ended we did not receive our deposit back because of a long list of things he said we did not follow or things we touched that we werent supposed to. His attitude towards us and how we were treated made our night less enjoyable. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

The place was nice, but we were treated awful afterwards. Like other reviews everything is set up, but nothing was set up. We wasted our event time to set and tear. Our event finished early to start cleaning and we were charged for the 22min over even though we were cleaning. We were charged for the table cloths when said they were included. He also said we were allowed to use the kitchen and got charged for using the stove even though we didn t. Either way nothing was said about us being charged if we used anything. We cleaned, even took the trash out 3 times. Again no help we did everything. I made sure everything was cleaned before leaving. Our 3 hour event ended up being 1 hour of actual event time. He had the audacity to say we owed him even more than what he took for being there early even though we got locked out and had to wait till our event start time. We are a high well respected organization at Texas Tech and believe we will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Place was nice, but the owner charged us for being there early even though he didnt even let us in until our events start time. He also charged us for staying 23 minutes over even though that entire time we were tearing down ourselves without any help; our event had already ended. We were charged for table cloths even though we were told they were included. I saw that he set up tables for other events like sorority events before they showed up for them, but he had us set up our own tables, again without help. He even charged us for using the stove even though we didnt touch the stove, even though he said we were allowed to use the kitchen. We made sure the entire kitchen was wiped down before we left. I even had to throw the trash into the dumpster myself and we were still charged.

I would reccomend the Event Castle for any man who is looking g to plan something special for the special woman in his life. My wife was so excited about her graduation with her Masters in Nursing with he Nurse Practitioner and she wanted to share her happiness with all whom helped her be successful upon her journey. Came to this event center for a funeral of a beloved friend today. The owner was so friendly and catered to the family s entire needs. Annhya Nunez · married on 11/01/2020 Beautiful Venue and Helpful Owner The venue turned out beautifully for my wedding. The owner was very helpful and easy to get ahold of both before the day of the event and after. The grounds were well kept and we were very free to do what we wanted (no restrictions on food or alcohol providers). We used the outside space for our ceremony and the entrance to the hall as the backdrop, then moved inside for dinner. The owner was very kind and accommodating. He came up to me personally several times throughout the set up and event to make sure there was not anything else I wanted or needed. We were even allowed to bring two of our dogs to participate in the festivities. He does have his own dog on premise (a very playful German Shepherd), but he is very flexible and I am sure he will happily keep his dog up if there are any issues with allergies or the party (he was up for ours due to our older senior dog and all of the decorations). All-and-all a very good experience. We did opt for the platinum package because it fit our needs best. We took good care of the venue and at the end of the night we promptly received back our deposit. Would recommend!

The place is charming in its own way. The brides ready room and the lighting on the ceiling are the best features in my opine. Dirt roads are a part of life in Lubbock . I would much rather do without them. Make sure to bring plenty of people to set up and tear down. Overall it was okay.

This was such an event to go to. It was an event for my best friend who is leaving to go into the Navy. Was very clean, and we were not bothered and got to do our own thing respectively. My husband and I had our wedding held here on December 14th. The entire process was made super easy. The contract was stright-forward and the pricing very affordable. Whenever I had questions about the venue I would get a quick response even if I had to ask the same question a few times over the planning period. When it came to crunch time the owner worked with me making last minute changes very non-stressful, including working with us to add an hour before our contracted time, setting up the tables and chairs for the entire event, and giving us a free package upgrade to help with the flow of the wedding processional. He also helped through the event with set up, clean up, and taking photos that were promptly sent to us. Overall he made handling the wedding venue super non-stressful and it made for the perfect wedding! It is a beautiful venue and made for some great pictures. I couldnt be happier! Thank you so much for all the help on such a big day.

This is a great place to have a wedding. Every girl wants to be a princess, and the Castle Event center delivers. The owner is a great guy to work with, very accommodating. We had use of the full kitchen and the dressing rooms made getting ready easy. The venue is perfect up to 100 people. Plenty of space for tables and a dance floor. Plenty of light Graces the area so your pictures will turn out great. The outside has a drawbridge and is a great location for more photos. As for the price of admission, it was very reasonable. You cant get anyone to discuss a wedding in Ft. Worth for what you get here. Room, tables, chairs and linnens! Very happy Father... thanks again Tim Matthews Amarillo, Tx.
