Paid $500 for an online consultation regarding a LLC. She was very condescending, would giggle under her breath when giving us bad news and gave us nothing but bad news. She basically told us we were going to lose everything, including personal property, told my husband to get a second job to support his family and was sure to let us know how busy she was and how valuable her time was. We have since found a more professional lawyer that has actual advice and solutions for our situation. I would not recommend Ms. Shank to anyone.

I was in a bad spot to say the least. I was 20K behind on the mortgage, and my house was scheduled to be sold at a foreclosure auction in 10 days. After consulting with Ms Shank, I filed for chapter 7, and was able to halt foreclosure for 3 months, allowing me to successfully sell my house. Yes, Im homeless now, but I got 90K in the bank to start over. Thank you x 9000 Erin and Sharlyn!! Gateway Mortgage can Kiss my @$$!!!

A grumpy company decided not to negotiate a reduced settlement like the other 5 companies did, this caused us to be forced into choosing a lawyer for filing bankruptcy. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our wonderful Lawyer and her staff. Erin B Shank and her team handled the process with little hardship to us, they made processing the mountain of paperwork seem so simple. Ms. Shank and her associates, particularly Sharlyn, are very professional and knowledgeable regarding bankruptcy law. When I came back from my last deployment to Afghanistan it was right into a divorce, during which I discovered not only did my spouse carry on a extramarital affair while I was gone to war, she emptied the bank accounts, ran up the credit cards, and sold off much of our stuff doing it. I made the mistake of trying to make things work after the divorce, but my financial sisuation just got worst. A friend at Fort Hood told me Erin would know what to do, so I took my problems to Erin and she did. Erin reviewed my sisuation and quickly charted the best course of action right through my mess. I was discharged from bankruptcy at the end of 2012, and it was the beginning of a new start. Looking back on things all I can say is that I should have taken my problems to Erin sooner. She knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. Erin is AWESOME, and I would strongly recommend that if you have major financial issues, do not wait for them to worst. Bad news doesnt get better with age, make a appointment and go and talk to Erin ASAP!
