Rene Rogers helped me with the legal part of the car wreck I got into when someone ran a red light and I crashed into them. She did a fantastic job mediating between the car insurance and the health insurance companies. She was able to negotiate settlements efficiently and did so with my best interest. I was rear ended and just thought the person who hit me s insurance would do as promised. A friend suggested they were dragging it out for a reason and to contact Ms. Rogers ASAP, so I did. Wow am I grateful! Apparently the driver s insurance said they would pay for my medical hoping I d wait so long I couldn t prove my injuries (and they were never going to front that money as they finally admitted). Without Ms. Rogers, they d have gotten away with it! She helped me find proper medical care (which was an immediate help - I was really hurting, but I was trying to tough it out which wasn t so smart). She kept in touch, worked really hard, was straight about the pros and cons at each step, explained what was happening, and got me a great settlement. I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign. My car was totaled and my neck and back were injured. The man who hit me tried to get away but witnesses stopped him. Mark Wham is the measuring stick all attorneys should strive to be for representing the client(s). The wreck I was in, left me the loss of an eye and blind in my other eye .and my left side of my body disabled. I suffered over 20 broken bones. I was in an automobile wreck hit by fully loaded 18 wheeler out in the country and the small truck I was in was totaled and ended upside down in a ditch where no one could see the total wreck. Gas tank broke, a flash fire and left for dead. The driver of the 18 wheeler did not stop to render aid nor call the authorities. The driver was represented by multimillion dollar lawyers. The driver did not even have a CDL driver license. Mark fought for me with great fortitude he made sure that I was taken care of medically and financially for the rest of my life.
